You are probably on the same level when it comes to dungeoneering skills as those "idiots" you so nicely talk about. If you get your DG level up a bit more, there's a TIF clan, their thread is in this forum, first page. Go check them out. Reason to get a higher dg level is so you can actually do the floors they do.

Void pures take a loooooot of time, esp to get the void and risk it all the time... Lots of possibilities at low levels, obby mauls are cool, like your build atm. Umm, obby tanks are also cool, idk haven't much experience with P2P pures.

Can't see goaltending being a problem for ANA now that Hiller is back and Emery is playing as well as he has. I forgot about the Cooke suspension though - that'll really hurt them. He's arguably the best penalty killer in the league. Hiller didn't play today b/c of vertigo, again. Which sucks though because he's a great goalie.

Think pit has more experience then TB to be honest. ANA vs. DET will be a good one for sure (if it happens). My reason is the injuries to Crosby and Malkin, along with the suspension of Matt Cooke (who when he doesn't do [developmentally delayed] things, is a solid defensive guy). TB just has too much, via Stamkos, St. Louis (who's been on fire), Lecavalier, Roloson who I think will be great. If you think about it, TB has excellent leadership AND experience in St. Louis, Lecavalier and Roloson. And yah, ANA vs any team will be great, especially with the way Perry and Selanne have been playing. Their goaltending might be a worry though...

Why would it be when the average scaper will see DFS +7 str, DDef +6 str? They get by just fine with their dfs, so why does it bother you?

But aside from that, I've seen you in the clan chat maybe once or twice (at most), and only in the past couple days. It's typically true that people who are more serious about dungeoneering will have a much easier time getting floors in DGS. We have a multitude of people who hang out in the clan chat all the time and do just about every floor that pops up (and I'm talking about non-keyers). You can scrape by if all you want are chaotics and frost dragons, but don't expect keyers to cater to you or regulars to flock to you with that attitude. It always amuses me when one or two people complain about not being able to find floors. You would probably be in a floor right now if you had used that energy to find one instead of posting here. I am quite serious about dungeoneering, and I don't know which "attitude" you are talking about. I usually log on, join the cc, ask around for floors, and if I can't find any in 5-10ish minutes, I start my own in 148. If you are certain that you always have a multitude of people hanging out in the cc doing just about every floor, why is it that whenever I ask, people always seem to be talking about other random rs stuff? No one answers? Is that because of my attitude? I don't consider myself a "pro keyer" but I figure my floors would go faster if dging with people who'd be willing to gate stuff and not be afraid to run through a room to do a skill door.

A more reasonable explanation, because not every RS player reads TIF and gets themselves an eye-full of comments like the previous everytime someone wields a DFS.

I thought you were trolling at first. China is already an international superpower, no doubt about that. There's no way that China is as strongly dependent on the US as the US is on China. The US owes China billions and the only reason why consumer goods and electronics are affordable for many Americans is because of China. Controlling overpopulation through limitations is hardly barbaric--it benefits the greater good in that population density is manageable as is food supply. Definitely not on the same scale... All in all, nice try kiddo? 1)Power maybe, but not a superpower. 2)If China (Excluding ROC) disappeared tomorrow, the US would undoubtedly be hurt, but they would survive. However, if America either disappeared, or severed all ties with China, CHina would be ruined. They'd have no market for their goods, and their economy would collapse 3) Whether it's morally right or not, it will hurt china when the majority of their population is too old to work 4) A lot of countries are in debt right now. While the debt to china is a concern, it's not like China can just walk over and demand the money though. Every time a thread that mentions China comes up, there's always those who are in denial. Only one reason I can think of, because China is Communist. Therefore, relationships with the West are not on the best of terms. Which means you people only receive information from one side of the spectrum. Myself, I have spent half my life in China and half in Canada+America. I have first hand experience in both countries. China is indeed already a superpower, and if they disappeared tomorrow, I doubt the US would do any better than China if the US disappeared. I'm not going to get into which country is greater than the other, blah blah blah, but China is alot stronger and has more influence than some of you know.

That's some hard work (55 slayer at 1 attack mostly) to give up so early IMO. Keep training that str, 70ish and start dishing out 300s oh level 45s :thumbsup: Key thing is not to give up. Because if you went 50 attack now, you'll have spend time on 55 slayer for nothing, and be just like everyone else. Once train up once you have gotten enough of pking with 1 attack.

This is where I want to get to too. At what time of the day (or night) do ranks do DGs with non-ranks? / At what is the chattuh most active? Uh, there isn't a set time of day where ranks dg with non-ranks. The only time ranks don't dg with non-ranks is when the ranks need their high warpeds done, and even then there's a few non-ranks in there. Weird b/c i've never been able to find floors. I ask if anyone is doing occults or abandonds and people just keep on talking about slayer/frosts/random. So I started a party, then this guy said he'd prefer if a ranked keys and no ranks wanted to so I went to w148. Got my rapier in like 3 days, keyed some 35-40 minute floors which was fun, and that's the end of my story. Point: hard to find floors.

Everyone can have their own opinion. 2006 RS was great fun imo.

Not everyone has a great memory or can even train themselves to memorize floor layouts. While I usually don't have a problem remembering doors, there is the odd floor where the amount of information I have to memorize is overwhelming, so I'll write a few things down. So just use a pen and pencil. Even better if you're ambidextrous.

Caring about stats =/= caring about ranks. I know ranks are a big focus of the 200m thread, but most botters just want the stats; they don't have their 99s yet. I've seen rc bots with capes. Maybe they do it for the money, but nats are so low now...

What would you need to write down anyways? Most stuff you should just memorize. You'll get better at that the more you key.

Thanks again for all the help! I cleaned out the fan a little with compressed air yesterday and my laptop hasn't been overheating as much, it's actually noticable! I also do run ccleaner regularly, but did not know what defragger was. I think I'm gonna put off the whole building a new computer thing for now, but I'll keep in mind the ideas suggested for the future :shades:

So what time are most of the floors at? I've been asking around the cc past two days and no floors seemed to be going on. :huh:
