I was recently talking with my friend about my idea for curing AIDs and he told me i should share this idea with people, because maybe nobody else has ever thought of such a thing and somebody might be able to do it. And then i thought of here, we have a mass of smart people, we could all share our ideas that we might not be able to to, but maybe somebody else can, or in the near future can. Really you could be the only one to ever think of it, why let it die? Say your idea and spread the knowledge. My idea: This probably isn't able to be created yet, but i have no doubt it could be possible. Nanomachines, have nanomachines programed to recognize the HIV virus flood the blood stream and latch on to every single HIV cell, then we get the nano-machines out of the body using a system of tubes somewhat like dialysis.

See, that's the idea. Make a new armor that is better for some things, and worse for others. A godsword is a good example; good for PVP and higher defence monsters, but worse then a whip for low defence monsters. Something that didn't offer very large defence bonuses, but had some sort of chance to reduce the severity of hits, might be a good idea. It would take a lot of testing to achieve this though. It wouldn't take that much more development, i mean we already have the crystal shield that degrades after absording so many hits. So it shouldn't be too hard to go from there.

I agree, make it something very difficult to get, like maybe a version of fight caves, except make it abyssal monsters and only up to wave 30, then the lvl 444 abyssal queen that actually drops the armor, and you have to get through the waves plus the rarity of getting the actual drop from the queen would make it rare. And like the OP said, have the armor reduce the damage, its possible, i mean we have a crystal shield and it depletes after absorbing so much damage, so we already have the base programing right there, just make the armor not degrade.

Again i had the wrong thought reading the title of this thread lol. Really personally i could care less wether they make fur or not, i will never buy it. If they do kill animals and leave the rest, least they can do is compost the bodies for plant food.

And look at the dogs legs when he first holds it, they bottom ones aren't sagging down like you would expect any normal animals legs too, it looks like a toy designed to sit like that. And you can see no wriggling motion of the dog when it is thrown, so fake. Nobody would be stupid enough to record that and then post it if it was real, its a fake dog.

Your arguments hold as much water as a bucket without a bottom. You have to figure the rarity of these items, and not only that, the desire for them. Guthans is ten times the price of Ahrims because people want Guthan's healing ability. And look how long Barrows has been around, the market is absolutely saturated with the armor now. On the other side look at GWD armor, people are finding it HARD to buy some items at maximum price on the GE. The market is spindly and barely even there, demand way out weighs demand driving the price through the roof. As time passes the amount of items existing will increase and the price will decline, within 2 years i expect GWD armor to be no more than 5 mil. Just ask any older player about the price of whips when they came out ( i can't speak from experience on that subject because i wasn't around back then). And plus you have to figure the fact that within 2 years there will most likely be even better armor out there, or another armor with around the same stats from another sorce, and that would decrease demand.

My biggest regret is deleting my first friend after he hadn't been on in 6 months, now i can't remember his name because it was akward, Luke followd by some combination of 1s and 3s, now i wonder everyday if he is palying again.
