Well, you might really not be growing all that much more. Of course, if your dad isn't shorter than you as well, you'll likely shoot up within a year or two. The two or three southern Asians I know are pretty short. But I'm about 6 feet tall, so I can't really say anything.

They aren't particularly hard, but I have this. And I worked out and only grew a bit of muscle on my arms. It looks seriously [bleep]ed up. But, hey, I can do a lot more than I could at the start of this school year. 11-minute mile to 7:20, 100 max bench to 170, 150 max squat to 245 ... I do want a six-pack, though. >:l
