How do you think I got to 72 crafting? Flax into bowstrings. Crafting is a horrible skill (unless you wub it so much ), and very expensive, except for flax-which earns you money. Making other things might be faster, but they'll dent your pocket and are still just as boring.

No, he wants to spend it for smithing or mining. Well, if you just want smithing xp, you can buy coal and iron and smelt it to steel, make a pretty good profit. Mining is a free skill, dunno how you would spend geepees on it :-k Bah! Curse you Nicrune008, and all your helpfulness!

WRONG. It clearly says in the 2nd or 3rd sentence its a form of poetry. Don't act like you know everything. The most common definition of a bard is a type of poet/singer. We're not talking about you being a poem, are we? But I think that it's safe to say it won't come out as well. I kinda expected the dragon full helm, it's like having a rune short sword and thinking that there won't be a longsword.

Even though I believe that you're right in the location of it, I would like to know why everyone brings up the book. It's not a good source for proof, as the dwarf is WATCHING a BATTLE going on. And considering, as far as we know, he didn't find the dungeon, race back to Keldagrim, write a book, put it in the library, and dissapear in a month, did he? :? EDIT: And he talks about the Poison Wastes being traversable :o I need to go do Mourning's Ends :shock:

I don't agree with any of it :? Farming is just what it is-Farming. If you want livestock, ask for a Ranching skill. The people who think livestock come with farms have never experienced one at all. Construction-Obviously you've never done Barrows with an altar and Kharyll Portal in your home (Sure I don't have one, but my friends that do give me free stuff. Teehee). Hunting:Chinchompas pl0x?

I thought it looked like a dragon. Maybe it's one of those ancient dragons like the green dragon in the Mithril Dragon caves. Now we get red ones? If you actually read the book, you'd see that the dwarf saw an actual battle occuring-live, while he watched. According to JAGeX, they've only recently (or just :-k ) been unthawed. While I doubt that a dwarf would scamper across Gielinor, write a book, and get it in the library in less than a week :|

Plus, I'm sure people are buying prayer potions in anticipation of the brand-new dungeon coming out. If it's really that great, prayer potions will soar.

I saw a thread in the RSOF where people, as well as some very intelligent forum mods were discussing the possiblity that the Varrock Museum Island might also be linked to it. Then someone posted something along the lines of..."I wonder if maybe the dungeon and island could be connected underground?" It's supposed to be a large Third Age dungeon, after all. WARNING: LONG WINDED-IDEA AHEAD. I was thinking, Guthix awoke during the God Wars and ended them, for his wrath was of Gielinor itself (or something like that). Perhaps the battles in the Wilderness sank into the ground? Heh. Just an idea....That wasn't long winded at all. :P But also, in that book he describes seeing a LIVE BATTLE..."the orks surrounded a demon of the lesser type and slew him, but were immediately set upon by a hell-hound!" (Yes, I sort of just recited that from memory. Teehee). The explorer obviously did not explore this area, write a book, and get it published in said library before the dungeon was even unfrozen (which is apparently starting to happen today). So, to be honest, I'm a tad confused. I wish that topic was still up, I'd give a link, since most of my ideas are from it. :|

Hmm...Did you have a picture? I'd hate to think that the top players would get such preferential treatment-although, if it is new, they would probably be the first people JAGeX would go to to get feedback on it... :-k

Yay! JAGeX gave me the best birthday gift ever! August F.T.W! (And Kill, you said the Dark Bow was aimed towards higher-leveled players, which the drop is, but really, you don't see those people using them non-stop, it's mostly pures/ pkers :? ) Oh...and..DANGIT! I really wanted to get full third age melee, now we're getting weapons? Poo :x I hope they make it so you actually need to earn it/them. If they let some little...Bugger get one without stepping foot in the Wilderness, I will be upset. :( EDIT: Look what I just found in the recent updates forum.
