  1. Thatnks everyone, and that sounds very interesting blink. :) I'll need to come up with a little bit of start-up money to buy some hides (I'm planning on getting around 600) though
  2. VERY NICE! I wish I had the money for 99 crafting :P
  3. He did something good? My opinion: Bush= :^o Edit: First: A few bumper stickers: "Be nice to America, or we'll bring democracy to YOU'RE Country!" "Well, at least the war on the middle class is going well..." "Can you impeach someone who wasn't elected in the first place?" Also, in response to someone who mentioned the Civil War, no, it was not about slaves, not until Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation, and then it was, IN PART about slavery. What the war actually was about was taxes. Let's list a couple good things he did... 1. Walked the country through 9/11 2. Has ended a massive genocide (Saddam Hussein) And there was one very large, very good thing George Bush Senior did. Somalia. There was very little open warfare during his Presidancy, and he helped organize peace operations with NATO, delivering food to villages as well as defending them from the Habr Gedir militia that often killed to steal said food. I'm sure everything I've said will have a counter argument, which I hope will be actual fact or reason, and not "U say big words. Haha u dum!"
  4. I'm sorry, but if I'm just stating the fact that this is the man 53~54 Million people voted for...He better do something good! and please, if you truly believe how he's a good president, give me a list that opposes that..and come on, how can someone that did that much damage is liked? For example: If Someone has a great personality, and is known to be a good person, but then shoots his neighbor in the head...because he was drunk..would you remember him for being the "great personality" or the fact that he shot a freaking bullet on a person's head. (sorry, the only thing I can come up in these few seconds) One big reason is he guided us through 9/11 , that was a very tough time for all Americans, and Bush did an EXCELLENT job of doing that. What also pisses me off is when people, who are old enough to vote, choose NOT to vote, then they start complaining that "this president is doing a horrible job", well you should honestly keep your mouth shut, since if you choose not to vote, you have to right to complain. I have this rather lengthy email I received If you're not a Jay Leno fan read what he wrote anyway. My respect and esteem for him has really increased. "The other day I was reading Newsweek magazine and came across some poll data I found rather hard to believe. It must be true given the source, right? The Newsweek poll alleges that 67 percent of Americans are unhappy with the direction the country is headed and 69 percent of the country is unhappy with the performance of the president. In essence 2/3s of the citizenry just ain't happy and want a change. So being the knuckle dragger I am, I started thinking, ''What we are so unhappy about?'' Is it that we have electricity and running water 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? Is our unhappiness the result of having air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter? Could it be that 95.4 percent of these unhappy folks have a job? Maybe it is the ability to walk into a grocery store at any time and see more food in moments than Darfur has seen in the last year? Maybe it is the ability to drive from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic Ocean without having to present identification papers as we move through each state? Or possibly the hundreds of clean and safe motels we would find along the way that can provide temporary shelter? I guess having thousands of restaurants with varying cuisine from around the world is just not good enough. Or could it be that when we wreck our car, emergency workers show up and provide services to help all and even send a helicopter to take you to the hospital. Perhaps you are one of the 70 percent of Americans who own a home. You may be upset with knowing that in the unfortunate case of a fire, a group of trained firefighters will appear in moments and use top notch equipment to extinguish the flames thus saving you, your family and your belongings. Or if, while at home watching one of your many flat screen TVs, a burglar or prowler intrudes, an officer equipped with a gun and a bullet-proof vest will come to defend you and your family against attack or loss. This all in the backdrop of a neighborhood free of bombs or militias raping and pillaging the residents. Neighborhoods where 90 percent of teenagers own cell phones and computers. How about the complete religious, social and political freedoms we enjoy that are the envy of everyone in the world? Maybe that is what has 67 percent of you folks unhappy. Fact is, we are the largest group of ungrateful, spoiled brats the world has ever seen. No wonder the world loves the U.S., yet has a great disdain for its citizens. They see us for what we are. The most blessed people in the world who do nothing but complain about what we don't have , and what we hate about the country instead of thanking the good Lord we live here. I know, I know. What about the president who took us into war and has no plan to get us out? The president who has a measly 31 percent approval rating? Is this the same president who guided the nation in the dark days after 9/11? The president that cut taxes to bring an economy out of recession? Could this be the same guy who has been called every name in the book for succeeding in keeping all the spoiled ungrateful brats safe from terrorist attacks? The commander in chief of an all-volunteer army that is out there defending you and me? Did you hear how bad the President is on the news or talk show? Did this news affect you so much, make you so unhappy you couldn't take a look around for yourself and see all the good things and be glad? Think about it......are you upset at the President because he actually caused you personal pain OR is it because the "Media" told you he was failing to kiss your sorry ungrateful behind every day. Make no mistake about it. The troops in Iraq and Afghanistan have volunteered to serve, and in many cases may have died for your freedom. There is currently no draft in this country. They didn't have to go. They are able to refuse to go and end up with either a ''general'' discharge, an ''other than honorable'' discharge or, worst case scenario, a ''dishonorable'' discharge after a few days in the brig. So why then the flat-out discontentment in the minds of 69 percent of Americans? Say what you want but I blame it on the media. If it bleeds it leads and they specialize in bad news. Everybody will watch a car crash with blood and guts. How many will watch kids selling lemonade at the corner? The media knows this and media outlets are for-profit corporations. They offer what sells, and when criticized, try to defend their actions by "justifying" them in one way or another. Just ask why they tried to allow a murderer like O.J. Simpson to write a book about how he didn't kill his wife, but if he did he would have done it this way......Insane! Stop buying the negativism you are fed everyday by the media. Shut off the TV, burn Newsweek, and use the New York Times for the bottom of your bird cage. Then start being grateful for all we have as a country. There is exponentially more good than bad. We are among the most blessed peoples on Earth and should thank God several times a day, or at least be thankful and appreciative." "With hurricanes, tornados, fires out of control, mud slides, flooding, severe thunderstorms tearing up the country from one end to another, and with the threat of bird flu and terrorist attacks, "Are we sure this is a good time to take God out of the Pledge of Allegiance?" Jay Leno Then again some points here have to do with Religious aspects, I'm not saying anything to anyone, I just simply posted something that I thought, some people should read. If you don't like it, just don't flame me, again I'll stress, This is an email I received, and I thought it had some good points to it. If you disagree with this, you can go ahead and PM me about it, I don't want to get this thread locked. Whoever wrote that e-mail is perhaps the most cool-headed, most amazing people ever. Honestly. Here's an e-mail I've been sent as well. All the people that wake up full of anger, then storm outside with their signs and shirts complaining about the current government are, in essence, spoiled children. Much of the world would kill just for running water...Oh wait, they do, while we often waste the same amount of water in a day that a village in Africa gets in a month. They protest the war after hearing about another hundred troops dead, or that one of a million went insane and killed a civilian. So the other 999,999 are blamed, prejudiced against, and in general hated. The media doesn't show the pictures of soldiers jumping in front of a civilian to save them from an insurgent's bullet, then dying in the street as the family says prayers to their God, thanking Him for sending such a brave man to their aid. We talk bad about our friends when they're not near us, while many soldiers know they might not see their buddies again. We roll our eyes, and try to keep a crying baby quiet, while that guy in the hangar-as well as his buddies-bawl over a recording of his child crying. We're pissed when something runs 5 minutes late, but when a soldier is told he's going to be in Iraq another two months, he quietly thinks about his family and friends back here in the States, and wonders if he'll ever see them again. He sees his best friend's blood spattered along the road, but he just picks him up and keeps going. This really made me think. And I think every bit of it is true. Go ahead and flame me, whatever. I won't really care. I've saved this e-mail, and plan on putting it on a poster, which I'll hang on my wall, to look at every day. I find it inspirational, but others might not, but those faceless soldiers are fighting for their right to not care, and-more importantly- for the people of Iraq's right to not care. And now, I bid you adieu.
  5. The Illumanati and Freemasons are both REAL GROUPS. However, the Illuminati are a group of, well, people that aren't exactly tolerant of everyone. The Freemasons, however, are an all-male secret society that isn't completely secret. However, with modern standards, I suppose that you could call the Freemasons the good guys. I'm sure that there's some scandal or something the someone will throw at them sometime, of course, but hopefully nothing too bad will happen. I personally know several members, and I hope to become one myself (not for a few years though). :) And to Baron, Angels and Demons is a fictitious work based on real groups, technologies, etc. While it might be fiction, everything described is completely possible.
  6. These kind of things are just awesome. If a country can completely kick [wagon] in soccer during a war, you can tell how strong they are. :)
  7. You need to go down a hatch in the beginning area. You obviously skipped over a few parts, as there are no elementals in the room that you need to be in for this part.
  8. I think you're question is if you get a free membership when you cancel it...That's false. You can never get free membership.
  9. For the VERY best results, always check back and make sure you're at 100%-mine a few coal or cut a tree or two, really. And flax is also a good money-maker, although in that time, the prices for all the MTK items could inflate or deflate wildly.

    Seeds

Even though the nests can be calculated, there's no way to tell how many rare seeds you'll get. But, with only 38 nests, I doubt you will get very many.
  11. Hehe, have fun. And Castlewars will never end, as EVERYONE, espescially the non-pures, would start a massive riot. It's where we normal players actually have a chance to completely pwn a group of 5 pures  In fact, even if you're a really low level, I'll be your castlewars buddy : And if you want anything crafted (I have 71 crafting \ ) or smithed (only 44 or so, but meh), just tell me :
  12. Nicest from me: 1. I gave a friend a black cavalier for his birthday. 2. Got my friend full torag's just as a surprise present :P 3. Helped friend from #1 get unbanned (don't ask how, I helped him type something, and it may have been against the rules (no, I didn't get onto his account and send an appeal)) Nicest to me: 1. Nerdattack16 giving me like his entire bank, since he's (kind of) quitting. 2. Friends 1 and 2 help me out a LOT. Friend 1 actually gave me a lot of phr33 st00ph when he quit his main, too.
  13. A level 9999 black dragon with no defense, attack, strength, magic, or ranged, with tons of hp and a drop of a billion or so black dragonleathers. 8-)
  14. Yesterday I made a friend who spent time at the willows in draynor for the most part to 99. It took him a few months, but he said that you could cut magics around 5-10 levels past their requirement. He just liked willows, apparently :P You could probably also do yews pretty effictively. But you might want to ask a real woodcutter for a more proffesional opinion
  15. 1. In free-to-play, the majority of the poopulation is underaged, or at least immature 13 year olds. I became a member from the start of this account, because I remembered the hell-hole free-to-play was a few years back when I found out about Runescape. But, since it's your VERY first time, I'd reccomend free-to-play first. Once you decide for members, though, there will be a number of people-at least of your maturity- that you will find. 2. Kinda answered that with number one, huh..My bad. If you ever need advice, or just someone to talk to, go ahead and add me-Lenticular J And remember not to beg...scam...macro...or use offensive language. :D Welcome to tip.it AND runescape :
  16. I thought you left to watch Big Brother? *Starts up "owned" chant* But seriously, Jamse, have you read anything said? It's NOT RANDOM, just has different values. The Kalphite Queen has a 96% chance for providing total junk (not exactly, that's sort of a value I've decided on), and a 4% chance for something pretty good. And Paw is right, your morphing his explanation into chickens dropping 5gp is false because, well, chickens just don't drop that. He's saying, each monster has drops that are all assigned a number-or many numbers. Phew, I'm tired now.
  17. I think I love you Everything she said was awesome. And I will defend those words with my mighty Third Age bronze dagger! And my anti-flaming shield :notalk: . The only school "history" I pay attention to is ancient history, they were interesting little buggers.... Anyways, I think they pretty much used weapons like the barrows brothers did-spears, hammers, flails, axes, staves, and crossbows. Perhaps throw a few bows, maces, and swords into there, and ta-daaa!
  18. My friend said he pked full dragon with a full helm. I wanted a picture, since I didn't believe him, but he showed me somthing like 40 mil from selling the helmet and chainbody, so I believed him. :P
  19. I need to do these quests, as well as get something like 10 mil. I think I'll do 100% flax, 20% hardwoods, 10% maples, and 20% coal. Leave it for around 150 days, keeping it at 100% as much as I can. (The flax will help me earn money and get high crafting, for free-ish :D)
  20. What? This is about discussion of the ability for a new skill to be implemented into the game. Know what you're actually talking about before you post, that's just pointless spam-as well as the whole caps lock thing...Bad taste. On topic..I think that a scroll bar would be amazing. They're so fun :D
  21. Actually, I don't think tickets matter at all. To be experienced, you just have to be an avid fan, team player, and pretty helpful. Although if you want to be experienced with tickets, I'd say full gold decorative and another thousand :P
