Erm i don't know what you're aksing, but the random dude that attacks is lvl 95 and uses a dds, utilities specs, poisons you, just dispose of him. Think of him like a cracked up random event. If you can kill the 4 bosses of the quest you can deal with him no problem.

Well i have 99 fishing and cannot make double nats, but nats are still much much much faster cash than fishing, so i'd say nats.

Well experiments are great for pures as they don't hit often, and have a lot of hp relative to their cb. But looking the the stats in your sig, you would do better to fight different monsters with better loot, yes experiments are probably very good for "safe xp", but you can do much more with your stats since you have 70 def. Monsters you can profit from whilst you train, personally i would do slayer, I'll always recommend that for training, but like i say whilst experiments are probably some of the safest xp around you could get much more from different monsters.

Your best bet at times like these is to go to a mage log cutting spot and offer people a -teeny- bit above market price.

Yep. the gem you get from each rock is random, it's not like theres a separate rock for each gem. at least thats how i remember it, it's been a looooong time.

If you're happy to sacrafice a nat per run for that little protection go for it, bust most don't. Most people seem to bring a sara brew (heals + def boost) to try and hold out as long as possible for a better chance of running away. This one is really an opinion thing, but i wouldn't even bother.
