It's not like crystal, even at 25% is has the exact same stats as when full. I don't know how the smithing level thing works; i'd assume since 99 smithing is half price, with 51 smithing you will be paying roughly 75% of what it would normally be, but that is nothing more than an assumption. As for the best barrows set, it depends entirely on what you do with it. With the exception of the full torag set (the armour alone is very good though), they are all "best" under certain curcumstances. I wouldn't want guthans for kqing, or veracs for slayer, but switch the use and they're the best there is.

MTA give 25% less xp. It's in the calc iirc, theres a flipdown menu where you can select MTA spells with their correct xp. Also, i beleive it is 72.75 not 73? it's bee n a while but i think that's right.

Agreed with what has been said, aside from two points. You can do the urns in the last TWO rooms fully once you get the rhythm down. In the room(s) you check the urns in, do the chest/sarcophagus LAST, not much point having mummies or scarab swarms attacking you the whole time you thief when you could have just done it at the end.

I second the lvl 87 enchant idea. S'how i got mine. I'd imagine the bloodveld idea would take several billion million zillion octopus-illion years.

Do slayer for combat. It's more variety, and the cash will start coming in once you have it up a little. Some quests...do Priest in Peril. That unlocks the eastern side of rs. Do troll stronghold, unlock the troll lands properly. do up to underground pass on that quest series to unlock western runescape (although there are a few quests before you can do that one), and then you've unlocked most of the areas. After that go for the rewards you want quest-wise, desert treasure is a popular one as is recipe for disaster (really good rewards). Most people fresh from f2p tend to enjoy castle wars minigame, it's pvp fighting but totally safe. Cashwise woodcutting yews is very profitable at the moment with their prices, so that might be a good idea: take advantage of the much larger number of trees, and much fewer macro's in members. I recommend training agility fairly soon on, it will help your run energy rate go up quite a bit faster without a whole ton of work. Otherwise just explore and find the things you like best =] members is a huge place, and everybody likes different things. Give everything a try and you'll soon find your love.
