You can bank via the pirate banker without a seal iirc, but other than that i think you still need it.

Use prayer, pots if you have to, kill it dow nto half health then dds the hell out of it, get it poisened, just give it the most demolishing hell you can =] With your stats you can do it.

What's the point? Just get full ghostly. Hood and etc. is in the set. f2p is the point no it isnt, the point is that the hood would be completely black, which would look really kickass. makes you feel a little more assasin than with full ghostly. But theres slayer hood >.> will make slay hood kinda, less impressive.

1)is there any generally accepted etiquette? Those with it will hop, but with mining very few people are nice. It's probably the worst skill for people doing that, a big reason i hate it. Mining lacks etiquette. 2)what do you do in these situations? Hop, or get a black mark for cussing =] 3)Are the P2P worlds any better? Slightly. But there are more rocks so people tend to be gits less since they can go somewhere else. f2p is horrible for it, p2p is a lot better but far from perfect.

Bloodveld are one of my favorite tasks. Low def. Huge hp. Don't hit too hard. Range or meleeable depending on what you want to do. Can finish task on a load of sharks. Drop a healthy amount of bloods. Don't ever skip bloodveld they're amazing for combat xp. The only downsides are no cannon and they're usually pretty full of people.

Not sure if Runescape is the best solution to stop boredom o.- but either way, i recommend doing some social activities. People are fun, the game isn't. Join a clan (any kind), make some friends and chill with them, chill with current friends, chill on the forums, play minigames...to name a few ideas. Training, say, fletching, will not stem boredom.

Santa - for flash, and a long term investment Inf - for mage..kinda, very high risk to use in actual combat, but can be used in some situation. Drag - For combat. But you can buy much better armour much, much cheaper. So ask YOURSELF, will you ever use infinity? or do you just want it to show off? (in that case, keep your santa, thats flashy too, and you won't lost money). Will you use drag? If so, why not get some torags, very cheaply? If you just want it for flash, again the santa is just as good and you won't lose money. It's all down to what you want, not really a debateable question, but i would say keep your santa.

Wear d for flashiness, guthans for function on slayer, torags if you're eating when you're fighting.

People are gonna hate the rock cake thing (though i couldn't care less). Other than that, looks good.

I only ever lag in fally w2, which is minimal lag, or when theres something up at my end. What i do get, however, is booted from the game. And i don't mean, "Connection lost - attempting to reestablish", i mean, going from 100% fine then out of nowhere BOOM login screen. Like i idled but i was clicking and typing. THAT could be dangerous. I'll never plan around that possibly happening, no, but i'd be annoyed if i lost something because of it. If we forever plan for possible things going wrong, we'd never get anything done. It's not so much taking a chance, as being realistic. There is ALWAYS a chance of me dying, say i get a random just before i get booted....so why ever buy anything remotely valuable if i could lose it? Nope, i just cross my fingers =] It's worked so far.

They're aggro, have good hp, theres a ton of them, they respawn fairly fast.

Defence already has this affect. Anyone who isn't a noob headed 10 def pure will know all the max hits (thou still hittable) are greatly reduced if you have a decent def level Also alot of the ones with 99 str to get these uber hits don't both that much with attack either so they often "miss" and hit 0 i'm sorry, you are quite wrong I'm sorry but I'm not. for my level I have high def (considering I trained att str and def equally) and wherever I fight players I've never got hit for more than 32 and even that has only happened 4 or 5 times. Mostly the hits i get from other players are around 12 - 23 if at all. This includes dharok ppl,99 str ppl the works. From the KB "The Defence stat does not affect damage in any way. Your Defence level will only effect your chance to be hit in the first place."

I always tele'd to ardy and then took a ship to karamja and carts to shilo. Theres a method that only takes a little questing.

Fishing - 99 (23m xp, rank 124) My favorite skill to train. Laid back, easy to multitask/talk with people and my true rs home is in the fishing guild. Cooking - 99 (17.7m xp rank 1006) Basically just comes with being a fisher, i don't like it much but it's very easy xp. Prayer - 99 I always wanted 99 prayer, even before skillcapes, i don't know why it's just my one true favorite skill to have (if not to train). Everybody has one skill they like, even if they hate training it =] Every bone was bought and used on my guilded alter. Str - 96 Just kinda of came with slayer really, it's really easy xp that's why it's so high relatively. Mage - 96 I wanted every spell and my gf decided to help me pay for it =] just for spellbook swap so i can utilize every teleport in game on a whim.

Just for completeness, my method. (Everything he said about the randomness of p points/fungi collected is the same for me, and i also use the same spot as him with 3 logs, a little south west of the one you're using): Weilding air staff, 100 laws in invy, 100 earths in invy. Need a kharyll portal and an alter in your house. Fill your inv with fungi. Tele to your house. Charge prayer. Step through kharyll portal. Bank. Rinse and repeat. Yes you use up laws (one per 25 fungi collected, so 40 laws if my sleep-deprived mental maths serves me correctly), but it's much faster. It's your choice over cash saved -> speed. Sicne i can make 40 laws in one trip i find my method great for me. If you don't have a house with the above, then you should get it, not just for this, those two things in your house are a godsend. If you do, then good :D

NO i do not find ascii penises amusing. Actually that's a lie, but after the 40th time it gets old.

Yea and what about total exp? there are ppl over 1bil on that. Is the max 2.14bil on exp total? I'm no expert but i'm sure i can work it out :o In each skill they set it to 200m max so it doesn't go over the highest possible. Each skill is a separate number, stored in a different place, it's not all added up into a number too huge for the engine to handle. Notice your total xp isn't displayed anywhere in game? Thats probably why. Because the game can't add them all up as for some people it goes over the limit. Highscores, however, doesn't use java, it's a totally different system, basically just a spreadsheet with different limits, so it's all totaled up there no problems. This is purely speculation on my part, but i can't see it being that wrong, and if anybody can correct me i'd love to hear.

I prefer the old: slayer, wc , mage, fish. I don't understand why jagex would waste time doing this, there are things people complain about, which they could be fixing. or working on new content. Why waste time "improving" something i have never heard anybody complain about? If we cared about graphics we wouldn't be playing RS >.<

Just training rc through the abyss pays for most things for me, plus a ton of shark fishing on the side. Combat and slayer all comes breaking even, eating sharks but alching drops. Most people use guth, same idea. Prayer was gotten through rc, with help from a friend. Mage, once againthe runes where rc'd the runes. Rc, i rc'd :D Con was mostly through rc and fishing, my two cahs skills. Agility is agility, break dead even no matter what. So fastest route lal the way. Herby and farm go together, using seeds from drops and thieving and wcing, i've never bought seeds aside from about 70k xp in willows one day on an impulse. Thieving i usually PP (profit from gold seals) or master farms (seeds that go into farming) depending on the mood i'm in. Crafting i use hides, can break even if i sell some tanned hides, but i usually end up making a loss and buying it up with rc cash. Purely because i'm not serious enough about crafting, and need the rc xp anyway. Fletching you can't help but profit/break even (since i don't want to alch the bows, it's not great xp at my lvl anyway) Hunter you cannot help but profit, i sell red chins not use them since i was slayer xp when i range, and few slayer tasks compliment chins properly. Mining, i have power mined and mined gold. Gold funds good smith xp. Power mining because i hate mining and just want the fastest possible to get it over with. Smithing was bought through rc and a little gold mining. Also some sharks cash went into it. (i had a ton of help with this from my friend too, but the principle remains). Fishign and cooking go together, i did sharks mostly, as this is my favorite skill i didn't mind the slower method and made some cash along the way to 99 =] I still rank fish, and cash it a good bonus. WC and FM go together hand in hand. I burn my logs, keep the tree seeds, break even, get hawt xp, and get farm xp in the bargain. So yeah, i spend a lot of cash on skills. But why not? i need to rc more anyway, and inevitably i will make cash. Instead of just letting it sit there i buy xp with it. I think anybody with decent rc (who also likes skilling) will have a similar system to me.
