If they users who speak another language can veiw the english only boards, then why shouldnt we be able view theirs? :/ It's not like they have private issues they need to discuss. if local news is topic worthy in one of those forums, then a topic will probably be made in off topic anyway. Unless you're suggesting that some rules are waived for those boards, but then that'll give even more reasons against it...
