Secondly, you clearly have never bought a VALVe game, if you torrent it you'll be forced to play either single player, or be stuck trying to get it to work with Himatchi, which is not even worth it. It's a game you have to buy or not get. Besides it's worth the US$44.99 to get the pre-order, it's cheaper and if you can find 3 friends who want to get it too then you can get the 4-pack for an even bigger discount. Wow, that's pathetic. Not that gore really effects game play, but just because one person gets stomach upset about this doesn't mean they should change it for everyone. Medicinal Marijuana is already legal! You don't need to defend it! Not everywhere! I've also been thinking that rather then straight up legalising it, start with decriminalisation of it. Rather than making the sudden leap, it is more of a step. Decrim is not good enough. It means they can't give you jail time but they can still do things like fine you. I said start with, it's more likely to be accepted by society, then we could work to legalising it. If straight up legalisation is accepted by society then I'm all for it!

The only reason it's considered a gateway drug is because people have to buy it from dealers, who might say something like "Hey, wanna try this? It'll give you a better feeling!" and then give them a hard drug, which they may get addicted to. No dealer = no gateway idea.

Nothing compared to Ausfailia. To get your learners you have to be 16. While you're on your learners you must: - Always have a fully licenced driver in the passengers seat. - Always fill out a log book of your driving. - Drive a total of 120 hours. - Drive a minimum of 20 hours at night. - Have the driver sign off things that you must do as you go along, such as parking, driving in rain, driving in the country, driving on freeways, using toll booths. - Must be done in 5 years, else you must take the learners test again. A few years ago it was only 50 hours total driving. There was a guy complaining once because he lives in Central Sydney (average speed is 30Km/h) and he had triplets. That's a total of 360 hours of driving he will have to do with these kids, his wife doesn't even have a licence.

You bring up a related issue, I will also answer: Romans enslaving "white people" isn't as simple as that. From what I learned in high school it was a social/economic class issue. Blacks selling off other blacks when slavery was accepted was also a economic issue. But whats your point? Does a black man selling slaves to white men make it okay? Does it take the blame off the ones who started and promoted the act? The only difference is that people seem to have forgotten that black people would sell each other as slaves, or that white people have been slaves too, it just seems to be that in this day and age black people can take advantage of that, and then call anyone who question why they can get this special treatment racist. If I wanted to start a college fund program for white people, I'd be call racist, if I started one for black people I'd be congratulated for helping make the world a fairer place. :wall:
