  1. Yay for the new skins. Not entirely happy with the background colours you can choose from though, but it's a lot better.
  2. A lot better IMO, I really like the vector brushings you added. Colours are better too.
  3. Already commented on dA, but I'd like to add that you might want to make some details (grass, rocks) a bit sharper. Less smudging, more hard round brushing. :P
  4. I believe I already commented on your other work before the forums went down, so I'll just give some C/C on the pixel. It isn't bad for a first, maybe you dither a bit too much but it's good to see you actually shade quite well. The linework, however, is something that could definitely use some work. Again, the anatomy is off. Something that might help is drawing a stickman with the right proportions (anatomy tutorials will help with this) first, and then drawing all the armour etc. on him. You might want to work on the guy's face too, his nose is rather huge. Other than that, just keep looking at tutorials, working on anatomy and linework and keep practising, and you will get better. Good luck. =)
  5. Really nice shots, I also love the colours. Especially "Like Fire, The Skies Burned" looks great, the detail on the clouds is fantastic.
  6. I've always really enjoyed looking at your work, you're a great pixel artist. Especially liking the Duel Arena Guy and the Pking from the Pk'ed viewpoint ones. I do think your sigs are a little dark, but that's your style so it's fine.

It isn't, I can see it too.
  8. I pretty much agree with what the previous posters said, the red text is really bad and the design is a bit busy (and quite messy, the different parts just don't seem to go together).

The background looks cool but the 'glow' that seems to be coming from everything kind of ruins it for me. I don't like the white lines either, they're quite boring IMO.
  10. Pretty nice, though I'd also suggest removing the top and bottom lines of the border. The chunky part on the left is quite good IMO. =P Maybe add some more different coloured vectors too.
  11. Not bad, but I'm not a big fan of the blue flame-ish things at the top. They just don't seem to go very well with the rest of the design. I also think the black circle thing in the middle is too distracting, it will be especially when people try to read the text that's going to be on top of it. I'd definitely try lowering the opacity. The font in the header could use some work too, doesn't look great IMO.
  12. A lot nicer IMO, the colours look good too now.
  13. They're all great, I love your work. Especially the 'Mightiest Roar' one looks fantastic.
  14. The clouds are amazing, I love the colours. The bird looks great too. The only thing I don't like is the text, it just seems a bit messy. The red doesn't really go with the colours of the clouds and sky either IMO. But, great job.
  15. Quite nice for a first, but like said before the background could do with some detail in there. Also, I personally think the splatters are a bit distracting, but maybe that's just because they stand out so much against the plain background. I really like the flow you created with the C4D, though.

Agreed, I also think the bullet hole could use some work. The black coming from it looks a bit strange. Other than that, it certainly isn't a bad piece, but not my favourite from you either.

Yeah the hair is my least favourite part of the portrait actually, like you said it isn't very detailed. The edges of it seem a bit messy too. Other than that, not sure what to say that could be useful to you, but it's a nice portrait.
  18. Looks like a really nice little program so far, not sure what else to say. What I really like in graphics programs is the ability to lock transparent areas of layers, I think that would be quite a useful feature to add.
  19. Not a big fan of it TBH. First of all, the white lines are distracting, and the font really doesn't fit. I don't really like the colours either, and the sig could use a border. Not my favourite work from you. :| Don't like the new smilies... :uhh:
  20. Not bad, but the text is indeed not great. Also, I'm not a big fan of the white sun ray things around the logo, they're too distracting IMO.
  21. First of all, did you make the avatar yourself? If so, pretty nice. If not, you probably should have said so in the first post. As for the sig, it's really simple. Looks like a gradient colour background with some resized RS images around the edges an text added to be completely honest. Try doing a bit more work than that.
  22. Not bad, I quite like their simplicity actually. Though I think they would look a lot better with simple borders added.
  23. It's not bad, but not really interesting. The focal point is just a bit... ordinary. Also, the sides look slightly weird like pointed out before.
  24. Did you keep the image tags when pasting the code in the box? You need to use the link to the image without image tags, otherwise it won't work.
  25. Oh no, please don't. Adding an untouched copy of the render on top of everything else will make it stand out way too much.
