I know it's too late for you, but in case someone else sees this... You DO NOT need Super restores for Nomad. As you're not using pray all that much, normal restores with a couple of supers thrown in, is much better. Grats though.

Got all 3 pieces from GE (ty geupdate.com) Top took longest to get (about 2 weeks). What can I do to improve my equipment that's sorta reasonable (not spending more than 20m). Is it worth getting tome of frost? (don't know why I'm wearing SW cape)

Unless you're pure DIY or something... Rather than spending 1 hour and getting 200k worth of nature runes drops, you'd be much better off spending that 1 hour doing a better monye making technique, making 500k and buying natures from the ge.

OK, think of it this way-- you make 500k gp/hour doing some simple money-making method (should be no problem nowadays). Using wind strike, it'd take you about 5 hours to fund 85 magic, and about 400 hours of training to level up to 85. Thus 85 magic will take 405 hours. Using the lunar string amulet spell (high magic req, I know-- but I'm just using this as an example to demonstrate how poor of a decision wind strike would be), you get about 130k magic xp/hour at the cost of 5gp/xp. So if you were somehow able to train 1-85 with that spell, it'd cost you about 16M (gasp!). That's 32 hours of money-making (remember, you make 500k per hour). After you have 16M, it'd take you about 25 hours of training to get 85 magic. Thus 85 magic using string amulet would take 57 hours (32 hours of money-making and 25 hours of training). So, in comparison, string amulet is 8x better than wind strike. You could get 99 magic with string amulet in the same time it would take you to get 78 magic with wind strike. Keep in mind, there are also much better alternatives to string amulet which are available to you at a much lower level. Anyone who ever mentions "Free Xp" should be forced to read this.

Sorry, but I cannot understand why you'd bring a z spear, diamond and ruby bolts. If you're melleeing and only using range when frozen, you shouldn't have ruby. If you're ranging you shouldn't have z spear. Forget your unicorn, he's not your standard boss. Kyatt is the way to go.

It's a copyright/intellectual property issue and they are both against Jagex and Tip.it rules. You can either delete the link in your sig, or a mod'll do it for you (I advise you do it first). Also, you won't get banned for using one because you cannot be found out, but it is against Jagex rules.

I personally did orange trees and maples though that's probably not quite the best method, it would be in the top 3 for around your levels. Best advice I can give you is read zaaps guide in the AOW. It has everything you need to know for all levels of farming.

Or you could just, you know, use normal restores? Since they're about a billion times cheaper and they do more to restore your combat stats (iirc - pretty sure of this)

Basically, prayer flashing is switching prayers like piety or protect mellee on just for when the animation for the attack begins, then switching the prayers off for when there's no animation. This means that for the time between attacks, when you're receiving no benefit from the prayers, they are turned off and you don't have your ppoints drained. Imo, it's more hastle than it's worth, but other people like the money it saves and the ability to camp it grants.

I hope so much that it isn't too late to suggest this: Make the clickbox for Glory teles in your POH much bigger. Always takes me about 5 clicks to get the exact pixel that the game randomly decides it wants on any particular day.

Look at my stats, I beat him fairly easily (and they were even lower than they are now). USE A KYATT!!!!! I swear, thay're vital. Bring a BOB, then when it's empty, use a kyatt and scrolls. On beserker mode, I was getting hit so much that there was no time to brew, restore and actually hit before I had to brew again. So instead, I just brewed and spammed kyatt scroll. Good Luck.

I know for a fact that I (and several other players of much higher levels) just spammed brews and kyatt special on beserker mode as he was hitting so hard (even through pro mellee) that there would have been no time to brew, restore and hit again before needing to brew again. Kyatt rips him up, use it.

Tbh, if Absolute virtue virtue had existed on runescape, I get the feeling he would have killed it with flowers by now... Are you serious? You honestly think that wasn't a challenge? He got down to 1LP during that video at one point. The 3rd round was lucky that he finished it. I want to see your make a video killing it with no armour like this :shame: Wow, way to read my post but totally not understand a word of what I said. I was saying how it's sad that Jagex seems unable to create a boss that truely presents a challenge to it's players. They constantly have to rehash and change the rules for a boss to make them harder (corps stomp ability, saradomin room shrinkage etc.) In this case, the corporeal beast, meant to be the most difficult monster fight in the game was killed by 1 person in three different ways. all of them with rediculous limits put on himself (no armour, no summoning. no cannon etc.) This one video makes a joke out of the toughest Boss in Runescape. I also said the Woo16 (sp?) has "god-like monster hunting abilities". I have an AWFUL amout of respect for the guy. I've watched all of his vids (even commented on a few - the kbd challenge is my favourite). I know how ahead of the curve he is. There is no need to "shame" me with your emoticon. The message of my post was to say that Jagex appears to be unable to create a challenge. The only reason he even came close to dying was because he imposed such rediculous rules on himself. As Jagex didn't impose these rules, I cannot give them credit for making a "challenge". It also said that he is amazing at what he does. This is evident. Penguin points and TOG (if it's your lowest skill) should get you to a better level... Also quest rewards, with these 3 I didn't train summoning til about 60
