  1. I remember when I paid 200k per page and thought that was a lot.
  2. Well, to be fair ISW are the most cost-efficient mage training in the game (provided you can use Fire Surge). In the average task, you'll use up about ~800k value in runes/pots, and you'll get back about 500-800k value in miscellaneous drops, not counting SoL. You'll also get like 150k magic exp for an hour's work.
  3. That's an advantage to training slayer, not an advantage for having slayer levels. 99 slayer doesn't help me get effigies any faster than someone with 1 slayer. It does if you're cannoning giant cave crawlers for the effigies. No, not really. You only need 35 slayer to access them, so...
  4. He rule switched to make his money. Some (many, probably) will argue that if you are too careless to notice someone changed the rules then you deserve to lose your money, and I don't disagree although that still doesn't make it honest. And he may or may not have been cocky (I don't know, I didn't talk to him in-game) but he most definitely was an attention [bleep].
  5. Oh gee the irony, you made that in a a day, and lost it in a day. You should have known it was coming, ever since FT you've been too cocky, hopefully now you won't be seeking as much attention from everyone? Karmic justice at its finest?
  6. The inquisitive side of me, would like to ask, whether you may divulge, the reason for the change in our lovely home... cc? In a nutshell, Low_C owned the cc account and it was a pain having to ask him to fiddle with it all the time, as he's quit Runescape. Much easier now that the account belongs to me. Wat. I thought he quit for like three days and then started playing again.
  7. I'm looking for some pernis chaps, got any for me? I'll pay you cold hard cash Pernis. Heh. Heh. And so, Mazzz, it seems to me that based on that data, Jagex wasn't lying when they said they made Z bow and Virtus more common than the other items.
  8. Well, with discovery of the Rapid Renewal exploit, I would venture to say that Rigour/Piety will be the norm once news spreads about this.
  9. If you die at Nex, what do you do about retrieving your crap? Won't Nex rape you while you're trying to loot?
  10. How can people be so goddam stupid? <_<
  11. Woox has balls of steel. Balls of steel Balls
  12. Very impressive.
  13. Nice grammar, and rule switching =/= pwning. Don't encourage him, he's already too full of himself. Inb4 "people who are too dumb to see that he switched rules deserve to lose their money." InB4 you suck at Nex... , sorry just had to say it. Hey now, I was agreeing with you. :( And yea, I know I suck at Nex, so anyone saying it doesn't really hurt my feelings. I know I did terribly, and I probably ruined the trip, which I do feel bad about. However, I learned a lot and will do better next time.

  15. Yeah, I tried this and I suck really bad. <_< I got wrecked so hard that I couldn't do much else than spam brews. This led to me being out of position and not really contributing much damage. Meh. I need more experience.
  16. Yeah these were my exact thoughts. I'd rather go with people in whom i can find at least a little trust and respect. But also i want to feel like i'm pulling me weight. I don't want to be a burden on a team. So if i have to wait for a Maul, EEKS or whatever i might need (aside from Div/Ely) i don't mind. Likewise, I have all the gear but I am still one level short of a Yak. I'm sure I could probably convince Losing to let me tag along, but I'd rather wait until I can pull my own weight instead of having to bank in the middle of a kill and putting more strain on the rest of the team with my absence.
  17. We all knew DK luring would make a major resurgence after lootable graves. It sucks, but people in RS are greedy, malicious [wagon] because there's almost no accountability in an online game. So knowing that DK luring is a possibility, always be prepared to switch to Mage Pray or tele. That said, DK luring is different than Wildy luring and should be treated differently. DK luring, while dishonorable, is perfectly within the mechanics of the area. It's meant to be a dangerous area, and there's nothing wrong with it. Wildy luring plays on the greed and ignorance of other players and is tantamount to item scamming. Wildy luring WAS against the rules in the old Wild and it fell under the umbrella of item scamming. In fact, Jagex once decided to legalize luring, and a major ****storm occurred on the forums. Many player mods resigned because of their disgust with Jagex, and in the end, Jagex reversed their decision and made it illegal again. I have no idea why they are turning the other cheek now. I guess it falls in with the cavalier attitude towards rule breaking which they've developed recently.
  18. Bad thing about RSOF teams is that if you die with a lot of risk (Arma/Ranger boots, etc), they might not bless you in hopes of looting your [cabbage]. Also, if you don't go with teams you know, chances are very good that if they are a splitting team, you won't get a share if you're currently returning from a death when something drops. Any reason they can find to screw you out of your split and get more themselves.
  19. Luring should be a bannable offense, like it was before the Wildy was removed.
  20. Uhh, need to smoke out the snitch from dgs until i can start making racist jokes again. Okay, I'll admit I lol'd. And they denied my appeal. *shrugs* At least it's only a 24h mute. Now I just have to wait a [bleep]ing year for the black mark to go away.
  21. :shades:  More hands to [bleep] with!
  22. Yeah, I wondered about that. Well, sorry for accusing you.
  23. Real cool, whoever reported me for a joke. String, if that was you, you can suck my [bleep]. At least it's only a one day mute, but it's still a black mark. The great irony is that this was just after we were talking about stupid mutes. Someone in that CC is a gaping [wagon]. I don't see anything wrong with the mute. Other than it was a joke, and everybody (likely including the person who reported me) knew it was a joke? These abuse reports never tell the full story.
  24. Well, it could be construed as a phishing site. Whether or not it actually exists, I don't know.
