Well tbh the USSR wasn't actual communism anyway, it was a warped form to suit Stalin and never really acheived the vision of Marx. However it does have a strong resemblance to Communism with the control of resource prices(to some degree there is still a free market but only within the 5%). Though the joke cheered me up :) very entertaining, soon we will have the update where 'Comrade' will be added before all our names :mrgreen:

Doesn't that solve your argument? if there are 4 of the same steels free why not go for one of them? They are all the same right? I don't mean to be too patronising becasue it can get annoying for me but only when all the monsters are taken.

I reckom I could get used to the Wilderness changes because honestly I hardly ever went there. However what I'm really annoyed with is the loss of choice. I cant not choose to use the Party Room and have an old drop party. II can't choose to sell my items cheap becasue they are clogging up my bank. I can't give gifts to my friends during holiday events. I'm just starting to feel restricted, like Jagex are now saying you are going to play THIS way not like before when you were free to do what you wanted (as long as it was within the rules of course)

I would renounce all the F2p updates we got today (even bank space) for Runescape 9/12/2007 back.

I don't really care much about the profit involved as I'm one of the self-sufficient 'Jack of all trades'. Though it may take much longer I get 100% profit and experience :mrgreen:

well maybe summoning isn't the big update? Maybe its something bigger? just a thought.

Like everyone has said above it was for fun not for profit, I personally got jumped on and killed (with the help of lag) before I could even use protect item and lost my runelong. Did I care? no I just bought another it's like 20k MSSW is just to have alaugh and support your site nothing more.

I agree with Pie Eater, I would seriously love to have Green Dragons on F2p. Heck I'd even settle with jagex letting us kill Elvarg more than once, I'd love to slay another dragon! The only problem with that is the Green Dragon Autoer problem will include F2p as well, something I'm sure Jagex won't want

Heres another topic thats going to turn into a flame-fest. I can save the breath of the poster and everyone else whos thinking of commenting. This 'All P2p's are snobs' and 'All F2p are scammers' is all generalisation, the very few are misrepresented as the majority. Its just the way its going to be and you can't change peoples biased opinions. Just learn to get along.

Hmmm sounds like a good month, however it seems to me that Jagex are trying to take influence away from Pking in the Wilderness;. For example, Clan Wars, no need for clans to go Wildy anymore. Bounty Hunter, sounds strangely like Pking to me thus no need for people to go Wildy again. Also if both Bounty Hunter and Clan wars are P2p (as I expect) then it'll seem like the Wilderness will be populated with mostly F2p's. Though it's probably just my paranoid thinking :wink:

Sounds like a good update to me. Haven't seen how annoying the bankers hollering can be though as I'm going to be on Crandor for a while. However it looks like the end of 'Private' F2p parties in the Party Room.

What goes down will always come back up. Like stocks that someone mentioned earlier, the price of rares will probably crash for a while but will recover eentually. These things don't usually last long in Runescape

In the war on bots and real life trading there always be casualties, its a sad fact. Still doesn't mean I think its an fair decision though.
