Jagex is just giving out more crap as distraction and diversions. Instead of great quests or new storylines they release these. Courtcase, Shattered hearts and Ancient effigies - what's the use of these? EXP is no good without content.

Is it me or is Jagex planning to raise cap of skills to 120? Think about it? Shattered hearts, now "Ancient effigies", XP Bonus weekend, Dungeoneering with lvl 120... And in recent interview response to raising caps was "not yet". There is also the level 120 bug/glitch (maybe result of Jagex experimenting?).

Magic is two-in-one skill. It serves as defender of magical attacks and also as attack. 90 Magic is nice and round number. I rate it 5/10. But don't look at my rate...the 90 level is very good itself. The rate just tells you how usual 90 Magic is, not how great it is.

1) I was about to say "Trip, you forgot to colour the book (zamorak)", but my memory told me "Hemen, don't you remember you saw the book coloured?!!". You see i saw the book when you were done with it for the first time (blog entry). So i went back to first post of this thread and saw the coloured book once again. 2) I predict Trip winning a craftmanship contest that Jagex will release in near future :thumbsup: Here's a suggestion and also training for you Trip (for the future contest): Make a Royal Crown! I'm aware your busy, but if you ever get time or feel like crafting something, there's the suggestion. Also when your done making it, maybe someone on Ebay will buy it from you? These things can sell you know!

200M EXP in all skill is many things... Sad, depressing, Great, Sick, crazy etc And if someone gets it, there is a high possibility that this person will die or is in danger of dieing. If not physically dead, then probably mentally dead. So i hope noone gets it.

I voted Pumpkin seeds, those should be nice. But as always holiday events in Runescape are pathetic as always. A quest verbally adapted for kids, and rewards that rarely will be used and "holiday" cheer [cabbage]. Jagex should release more Halloween related clothing though, that would be nice for Runescape video editors. Example of this Halloween set of items: 1) Scythe 2) Scarecrow set 3) Mummy set 4) Witch set Result === HAPPY PLAYERS (Not me, but those who like this kind of stuff). A simple reward is just crap.

Event i planned had so little interest that i decided not to go through with it. Thanks to those who showed interests.

Nice Shadie. Hey are you interested in Smithing event? I'll be holding one with great rewards, and i really mean great rewards. The game will start after i get the tiny exp left to 99 Smithing. You can even help out with the event if you like, but then you can't play the game, but only be part of it. Let me know. :) The game which i have planned out is called "Master Smither's Assignments".

Many of them work yeah and some event works with fantasy world. For example Smithing. But serious irl stuff is just plain crap. When i did the quest related to Merlin's quest, where you had to go to the court near Seers and Camelot, it was so bloody boring and stupid cutscenes.. Elf and God quest stories on the other hand are interesting. And i am eager to see rest of the stories. Court case? It's just stupid. But maybe it will be good... But if it will be another lame content like Mobilising armies, Shattered hearts etc it will just another wasted attempt at good content.

I'm expressing my view of it. It's sad that real life activites are put into the game. I've always loved RPG games for a reason - it has fantasy involved in it. Realistic things put into it makes a RPG game more modern, which makes it more boring. I had about Modern times in literature history in Norwegian subject, and god how boring and hard it is to comprehend some of the texts. Anyone else agree that modern activities taken from real life makes a RPG game boring? Please say so.
