Fatties Can't Fight?
It's just a program they set up. I'm not sure how one applies, but I know it exists. The National School Lunch Program is more common and universal, though.

Fatties Can't Fight?
Huh? Things are very different here, haha. For the price of three lunches at school you can bring your own lunch for two weeks or something, haha. I don't know if the European likes his/her drinks lukewarm. I prefer them cold, but lukewarm is fine as well. In the U.S., school lunch is grossly overpriced (except in non-profit cases, which exist in many places-especially military bases). However, to the children and teenagers on the low-budget program, the Army covers the entire price of school lunch.

Fatties Can't Fight?
Many people are too poor to afford to bring their own lunch. In many cases, school lunch is the last meal students eat a day. I have had several friends who were supplied lunch money by the United States Military because their parent/s couldn't afford it otherwise. Not everything is as cut and dry as bringing heathy food.

[URGENT] Stupid software...
Unfortunately, I cannot let this thread stay open. :( We cannot offer any advise on how to bypass the software, because to do so would go against the words and actions set forth by your guardian/s. I'll let this thread stay open, providing that the replies stay off the subject of circumventing the software. If you have any questions regarding my action, feel free to shoot me a private message. :)

Forum software you like best?
Well then definitely IPB. Moderator-specific features work far better. To prevent a myriad of polls popping up, this addition has been restricted to moderators and up. Users are always free to send a PM and request one. That's possible with phpbb too. I only have administrated and moderated some phpbb forums, so I can't really judge seing as I never had access to that on IPB, most people prefer to use free software for forums. I was not saying phpbb lacked this feature. I was just informing the OP that users can't create polls.

Forum software you like best?
I've only used phpbb3 and IPB, so I'm not all that experienced with them. I suppose I prefer that latter of the two, but that's not for coding or anything.

24-Apr-2010 - Jagex Presents... RuneFest 2010
Did you picture them in the Harry Potter train? Lol, it's cute seeing Englishmen talking about long distances in their own country. 300 miles max. is not far! If I played more RuneScape and lived on the same continent I might go. 300 miles max? Typical American knowing nothing. Its over 400miles (just) from london to Glasgow. London isnt even as far south as u can go and glasgow is a 200miles off the northern most reaches. It was a hyperbole. In any case, he made a reference to Englishmen. So assuming we aren't dealing with the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the length of England-conorth to south-isn't that far off of his approximation. Berwick-upon-Tweed to Portsmouth is about 400 miles. Mind you, that is the route distance and not the displacement.

Deoderant and Antiperspirant
I put on Axe in the mornings, then Dove in the locker room to save face. Both seem to work well and I think they are both antiperspirants.

Should Jagex make a rule that forbids price manipulation aka "Merchant clans"?
A rule that says no advertising of merchant clans do help Have you not ventured to world 2 as of late? Advertising clan chat spam has recently been made an offense, a reportable one at that.

Headphones
http://www.apple.com/support/headphones/replacementprogram/ If you want to replace them for free-it covers most of their headphones. Even if you don't have a shuffle you should be able to get a replacements set. I bought the in-ear ones for running and they are superb. The bass isn't that boomy, but not too soft. I tried out other headphones and the bass always threw me off (especially at higher volumes where it would be horribly distorted). While they aren't noise canceling, outside noise is significantly lowered given their intrinsic [in-ear] nature. I'd recommend them, but not if you're on a low budget.

iPhone games and apps
It allows things such as multitasking, customization, and a myriad of other tweaks. I finally succumbed to jailbreaking after the home screen became too bland. I quickly found that it was well worth it; I wish I had done it sooner. On the flip side, jailbreaking voids your warranty, should you have your device serviced while it is jailbroken. However, your device can easily be restored to its factory condition [or restored through backup] via iTunes, negating any such detriments to your warranty. It also drains the battery much quicker than a locked device, depending on how many themes and such you have installed.

Should Jagex make a rule that forbids price manipulation aka "Merchant clans"?
This is one thing I can agree with you on. There's so much of a gray zone here that many non-manipulators will be unfairly punished, and many manipulators will go unpunished. It's a respectable idea, and it will even out the economy to be more stable- but it will be nigh impossible to implement it to be 100% accurate at only punishing manipulators. In Poker a player can bluff, but it might not be a bluff either. Now if Jagex releases a rule that says they forbid price manipulation, and in the mean time they can TRY to find a solution. A solution that will work pretty good. And then the rule will in mean time scare players to do price manipulation. And those that keep on doing it, will one day find themself banned. Fear of punishment only works as a deterrent for brief periods of time. Considering that the Grand Exchange has been out for over a year, I don't see that being a particularly effective method, even given its brief implementation.

The merchanting clans that do the most damage aren't the ones being advertised. The moderating team has been at work quelling the spam; it is very difficult to advertise these clan chats for any length of time at the Grand Exchange.

[IMPORTANT] Getting hacked LIVE
If you're doing it on the same computer, they will simply steal that as well. By default, Chrome saves passwords and by default it does not clear them. To do so, you have to navigate to "Under the hood" (I have no idea where this is on Windows, I'm assuming one of those two options-the cog and the wrench-on the right side) and clear your browser data.

Blu Ray in Laptop - Worth it?
If you have a laptop with a resolution lower than 1920x1080 then I wouldn't bother with a blu-ray player. Even then, I'd stick to movies on the HDD to maximize battery life.

Blu Ray in Laptop - Worth it?
It's not a Dell, but I just wanted to ask, what is wrong with them? (I apologise in advance for the noob question). What is wrong with them, is that they put cheap parts in their computers and then when someone get's a Dell, it will break within a few months, and I've seen that happen with every recent Dells I've seen. Dells went through a bad aptch when the original owner sold it but hes back now and they have greatly improved. It's still quite absurd for one to have to contact an attorney general to get a refund on (several) defective units. I told them I was never going to recommend their products again after such experiences with their frustrating customer service. Mind you, this was all under Mr. Dell's watch. Then again, I'm sure almost everyone here knows my story by now.
