Am I understanding this correctly?? You put actual cash (not a check or money order) in an envelope, addressed to an address in the US, and you put no stamp on the envelope ??? If that is the case ...I hate to break it to you, but you may have to kiss that money goodbye. Even to mail a letter to your next door neighbor requires a stamp. And Putting cash in the mail is never a good idea, always at least get a money order ...it costs a little bit, but is made out like a check so nobody else can spend it. I hope I am wrong, and somehow your money gets through ...maybe they are still catching up on mail delivery from the holidays. If you don't hear anything soon, check with your local post office, not sure in Canada, but here in US, the post ofice usually has a dead letter box where they put undeliverable mail, depending how small your post office is and how helpful they may try to look around for you. Did you at least put a return address on it?? if so you may get it back, it may just take a while.

I'm 41 ...a wife and mother of 2 ...and combat lvl 86. It's great to know I'm not the oldest. I have to laugh when guy characters come up to me and ask if I want to be their gf ...I usually say no, but I could probably be your mother :lol:

Buying them is definitely faster, and they aren't expensive, but if you are the type that gets bored easily, you may want to get them yourself. Get about 500 or 1k, fish until they are gone, then go gather more feathers to take a break from fishing ...plus you'll get a little combat XP in the process.

Well if you're just doing it for fun, and you're not worried about dying or looking to make a profit ...then by all means go for it ....it just seems they don't show up that often for people who are hunting them, but try to train, do a clue or kill drags in the wild and you are guaranteed an appearance ...they get annoying after a while :x

Just for the simple fact that they can poison you, and there is no anti poison in f2p, I would have to say it is a bad idea ..... I have learned how to co-exist with them in the wilderness in p2p to do clues and kill green dragons, but they have hit me for 27's, poisoned me, tele-blocked me, so they are not something I would seek out ...I just try to avoid and evade.

I just went and tried, and when I talked to the blacksmith, [bleep]es was the first option, and he made me a pair ..are they tradeable? if so you can have them edit ...sorry, just checked, they are not tradeable

Talk to the Sherpa in burthrope and buy another pair for 12gp ..these are called climbing boots ...not sure if they are considered [bleep]ed or not, but they are the ones you need for Troll Stronghold quest

I agree with all of the above ...got to 50 prayer myself buring all those noobish bones ...and I pick up all coins .... they added up to a whip for me

I often wondered that myself, and not to hijack your topic, but along the same lines ... If there are many of the same creature and they have a pretty quick respawn how do you kill them? Do you bounce around and kill everything that moves, or stick to the same 1 or 2? I figure if an item has a drop rate of 1 in 500 say, I am better off killing the same monster (well, from the same respawn) 500 times until he drops everything he has to drop, than bouncing from monster to monster .....or maybe I'm just weird #-o

It's Andy Rooney, but it still made me laugh ...have you done quests? although in f2p there aren't that many. Any chance you can go members? Slayer and hunter are fun and all the extra quests are worth the $5/mo in my opinion. Otherwise stick it out and see if summoning is f2p, maybe you can set some summons lose on revenants for fun whilst you mine.

Blessed Dragonhide has the same exact stats as black dragonhide, so if you are on a budget, stick with black. The only thing blessed has that black doesn't is a matching coif.

I just got lvl 53 hunter and started trapping the gray chinchompas, and was wondering if it really is any better if you bait the traps. I caught plenty of kebbits pretty quickly without bait, but these little buggers like to just sniff the trap, set if off and run away. So my question is, is it worth the time to make bait or is it just as good without it? Thanks
