It is true that a majority will probably play less, but if you enjoy the game enough to call it an adiction, it most likely won't affect you as largely as it does others. I find the word addicted used far too much on the internet... it truely did lose it's real meaning. I sense sarcasm.

My brother got a girlfriend and he didn't play less... I'd like to note again, you can't be addicted to Runescape... if you were...

60-85 mining?
Iron to 70-80 and Granite mining was what I picked up over time, but I'm not sure if it's correct. You can easily manage 50k+ xp/hour if you concentrate at Granite, so I'm sure Iron is pretty close. Zarfot can get 70K+ xp/hour from Sandstone and Granite combined.

I'm not sure that's the best idea. The key is to quit, but on a boring note - if you have a great time with friend PKing or something then quit the next day, you'll keep thinking of how fun it is and how much you want to do that again. If you do something really boring, say, grind fletching for 10 hours, waste the day, feel like you didn't accomplish anything, and THEN quit, you won't even miss the game. Its not the smartest move or easy for that matter to quit an addiction all at once. Try to reduce your time a bit each day. Runescape definetely isn't a drug, or something you get addicted to. It's really easy to quit if you try, but if you half [wagon] it (lack of better words :XD: ) I find it a lot harder to quit. Just quit playing, it's not as hard as most think.

Nice skirt noob
There is something very ironic in buying a Dragon skirt. You argue that money and stats is worth more than appearance in a video game but... Why buy Dragon then? Barrow far outdoes the stats, at the same cost. And please don't argue about repairs, as it only costs ~5k per hour in normal combat, PLUS you save food, which will sometimes add up far more than 5k. If you don't care, go for a Barrows skirt.

How many 99s with 15m?
This is very, very true. For example, planting Willow trees from MTK is a very bad idea. (Not sure if you said this; tl;dr. Just something everyone says now) Slayer... there is something called a time factor. With Slayer, you can make a hundred times that, but time is the main factor. This is true for mostly any skill.

Kent's guide to Summoning mastery! Bork
I updated a little, nothing big. However.... Am I done updating this guide? There is very little I can work on now... The things that come to mind is Summoning in PvP... I think I'm almost done except for a few grammatical and spelling errors, and a couple niggles in my guide. Obviously there is much more I can work on, so can anybody point some out? Besides new monsters I can add. Thanks. \ They do, but Dagannoths in the Watchtower are much better xp and give more Summoning xp (due to fast kills). I might mention them later in the guide, though. Ahh... I'll see to that.

Keris vs Whip
Whip is better, as said before.

Alternative Melee Approach To mithril Dragons
It's not a rumour, but it's based on the fact that all dragons are weaker to stab (which is true). On monsters with crazy defense, a spear with more accuracy could make up for the loss in strength. I really do doubt this, unless you're using a Black mask...

training summ till 68...
Don't listen to Lady ninane (no offense.) You get less shards back from trading in scrolls.

Quitting: What to invest in?
Yeah, I would definetely invest in cash. Not only because of less cash, but everything is crashing.

Training Controlled... Faster or a 'Croc'?
I see a problem in people's logic here. The more you level, the more xp required it is to level. So instead of: By the time you have 70 attack 60 str and 20 def, you would have had 60 everything, at least. Also, defense is often ignored as a very important training stat - you dish out more damage, but do you have any idea how much more food you'll use/bank time you lose? Also, whip is the fastest training weapon in the game. No, the SS is slower.

Best weapon for me to buy?
They start with Tz-xxx-xxx And you got Broad??
-
Best weapon for me to buy?
No, search Tz And get 70 Attack, Whip is the god weapon. And Rune defender is a ton better than the obby shield.

Black demons - mageable?
High magic levels doesn't mean that much if you're not going to use a high level spell.... Melee shouldn't be that much slower, neither. I mean really, effective in Runescape means almost nothing. He might as well Ice blitz if he wants effectiveness.
