Hints towards future quests - Cold War 2 & Desert Quest

Well, there's 15 minutes left in their time frame, so if they include the 10 minute update counter, that would have to pop up in the next 5 minutes. =P~ -
11th May 2009 - Offence System maintenance - UPDATED
Me_Hate_Libs replied to ford_landau's topic in General Discussion
AsI never had a blackmark, and don't think I ever will, it's another update that doesn't affect me in the slightest. As a person who doesn't PK or do team based minigames, I can't wait for Jagex's new update next week that I won't do. -
Well, I forget the name, but the demon that destroyed Uzer was an Elder Demon when he died and left behind a body. Reclassify Kril as an Elder Demon instead of Lesser, give him some kind of "Unholy Remains" that can be buried for higher exp, but cann't be ground for Ecto. Then throw in some Icyene bones and Giant Avian bones for good measure. Not that difficult. I mean Bandos only had a mild connection with a pre existing item. You can make new ones.

7th May 2009 - Development Diary: Tools for Games
Me_Hate_Libs replied to Johannas's topic in General Discussion
This could be something really cool and it could turn out to eventually be something very big th encompasses a wide variety of things. Or it could suck. Never know with Jagex. Also, DD will start to get really good once they start in on talking about things as they're being developed. -

Yeah, but if you can sneak into those worlds right now, you know you'll have all the runite rocks, mage trees, and red chins to yourself. -

I literaly "evil laughed" out loud when i read this! Blitz/D claws or Ags? This update depending on how evil Jagex was feeling at the time will either make me lol or make me go streaking in a pvp world watching all the drop potential builders get ko'd ^_^ Well, they did a good job in fixing the people pulling that crap. It'll be even better now that you can play Bounty Hunter. -

Me_Hate_Libs replied to Kirderf123's topic in General Discussion
At least it didn't take them that long to fix it. Well they kinda had to because the whole update would be pointless as you couldn't play it. -
Actually I said you know, which means you should ask how I know, but then that would confuse the people reading this and not paying attention, so they probably would assume that your way would be correct... and oh no my eyes just crossed. :? But basically, going on their past methods for doing it, they'll do whatever they can to stretch out an update to cover a week, no matter how small.

Theres a difference between wanting something and physically doing it. The fact that people were anticipating it to come out yesterday, then rioting and posting all over the RSOF whining when it wasnt, most probably forced Jagex to have no alternative but to release it today  Nah nah nah nah nah. Don't even try that. No more. I'm sick and tired of this argument. They spent a whole week and stiill screwed the pooch. It is their fault. They crapped out. -
I don't think they need to "work" on F2P skill capes, since it's just a matter of releasing them to F2P. They're already designed and stuff. And you have nothing to say about their priorities. You pay to play the game, not to tell them what to do. And don't tell me you pay for the game to "contribute to Jagex". What a joke. They have to work out a way to release certain capes in the F2P world. Also, I'm guessing they won't get the quest skill cape. Not exactly rocket science. Perhaps not, but you know it'll be it's own release for a whole week despite it taking so little work to actually implement.

Expected, since people cant be patient and wait for it to be fully tested before release. Good thing I don't PVP or I'd have been really annoyed. But still, you can't act like it was people asking for it and they rushed it that caused this. Jagex took an extra week and still botched it. This one is entirely on them. No excuses. :shame: -

I don't PVP/PK so this update gets a big, fat "Meh" from me. Although I am curious to see hoe many bugs it'll end up still having. -
Not much we didn't know and what we didn't know is months and months off. I seriously hope tomorrow's update isn't BH cause I don't PVP and could care less.

Dragonkin: After the Rise of Lucien
Me_Hate_Libs replied to Psycho_Robot's topic in General Discussion
That just means the other Gods are out of the picture. Guthix may not be asleep in the human sense of the word, but rather in hiding among the humans of Gielinor, waiting for the right time to re-emerge. Plus, we already know from the W.O.M that he's going to die in a great fight against the DragonKin & Mahjarrat (I think both, if some1 remembers swan song...). Maybe Guthix will emerge from W.O.M's death? Dunno cause WOM is an avowed Saradominst. I don't think Guthix is really involved, but he may well wake up soon. Hopefully. -
Jagex **& RuneScape** are up for an award

It'll be Paul who falls on it, Mark will [bleep]e his drinks. I wonder until how long it'll be before we get some pictures of this. -
Whats happened to the meat shop at ooglog?!!!
Me_Hate_Libs replied to Mercifull's topic in General Discussion
Oh well? I mean that shop is now in line with the rest of the shops, and if you want to complain, you guys are the reason those prices went up in the GE anyway. It's all rather circular. And funny. \ -

Dragonkin: After the Rise of Lucien
Me_Hate_Libs replied to Psycho_Robot's topic in General Discussion
If it turns out that the elder gods are actually the players themselves, or something corny like that, I'm gonna be really pissed  I dont think it's that trivial, but it does bring about a nice point... Could Guthix possibly be hiding on RS? Maybe as M.O.M or the W.O.M? Or the old guy near the temple on the river Salve, with his weird bag of bones making muffled sounds... Or those weird stones in the field near fally... Doubtful really. Guthix himself is asleep and the other gods are prohibited from directly influencing the world, so I really don't think they'd be walking around with phyiscal bodies. I really think that area of stones near Fally could do great with a sort of pagan/gods of nature sort of deal. -
I'll admit after having playing all these years that telling someone "scru you" is a little annoying.

Dragonkin: After the Rise of Lucien
Me_Hate_Libs replied to Psycho_Robot's topic in General Discussion
Well, it's said many times the wilderness was corrupted by the god wars and Morytania was one of the most beautiful places until Zamorakian forces invaded it. So I think the lands were already purified (by Iycenes?) when the 3rd age started, but then became corrupted again by the slaughter of the Zamorakian forces. Maybe the Icyene could only keep the land purified so long as they were there to keep it that way. When they were overthrown, it simply returned to it's corrupted state.
