There are 2 thieving guides in AOW(Archive of Wisdom), blackjacking in the 1-99 guide and PP.I've recently started training thieving and tried PP on a more serious note.It's definetly more fun than blackjacking.

Saradomin/Zamorak item.There's plenty of Saradomin warriors in the middle-east part of the dungeon(towards the Saradomin room).They're fighting other monsters most of the time so it is easy to kill them. Otherwise you can kill the Zamorak ones.Wear a Zamorak item and pray mage as you go into the dungeon.Go north, over the Zamorak bridge and you'll end up near the warriors.Good luck.

With SGS and pray flicking you can last for the whole 4k kc(max kc).I did it about last year.By pray flicking I can do a single task on 1-1.25 ppots(a ppot and a sip) but that is with using familiar(steel titan).
