An Intelligent Perspective On Botters
You didn't answer any of my other reasons. Do that first. In fact, you probably make just as much getting to 99 hunter as I would getting 99 attack at Az's, probably more.

An Intelligent Perspective On Botters
So, why are you opposed to bots being removed (and by extention), the cost of raw materials rising? I never said that. I said that I don't see them being as big a problem as they are proported to be, since Monster hunting should be a better method to make cash anyways. Why should it? Why is someone who raised their attack level high more deserving of someone who raised their fishing or mining? Yes. Do I need to restate what I said? Its not just the attack level. No. MH should be FAR more profitable for numerous reasons: 1.) Time spent getting high enough skills to MH efficiently. 2.) Money spent on gear to MH well. 3.) Money spent on skills such as prayer/herb to MH well. 4.) Risk. There is always risk. I've been at GWD where the whole world lagged out, and everyone in the boss room died before. 5.) Input. I don't know any boss which is easier to AFK then fishing/mining/wcing. 6.) Time. Most bosses take preparation time, and time commitment then any skilling money maker, unless perhaps herb runs. However, herb runs are profitable already, and aren't a part of this discussion. 7.) Cost. Even though there are averages, dry streaks still occur, and one needs cash to cover supplies. There are more, but I think I made my point. Also, if you skill, why do you need as much money? Most gear is for killing things anyways, and unless you are looking at aesthetic items such as party hats and certain TT items, you shouldn't need as much cash. And I make ~4.5m gp/hr at DKS. Why shouldn't I? I spent hundred of hours, and over 1b on my gear and stats. If you want to make that kind of money, train up. Hell, I've trained attack more then DOUBLE the amount you've trained ALL your skills. And yet you tell me I shouldn't make good cash? If I have a better education then you IRL man, I'm probably going to be making far more then you. When skillers spend 50m, 25m, or even 500m on an item to help them make money more efficiently, or task some risk skilling, then I'd support it being more profitable. So essentially Racheya, yes. I spend 100 grand on my college education, and six years, and you only finish high school. You may have worked to finish High School just as hard as I did to finish college. However, I still spent more time, more money, and took more risk, needing to find a job. (Far easier to get a job at burger king then it is to find an advanced job in most instances.) If I mess up in my current job, not only am I facing termination, but also MASSIVE fines (up to $10,000 a day) and a jail term of several years, courtesy of the FCC. If you mess up at the library, wal-mart, or the gas station, you get fired.

Before Jagex increases the level caps to 120 ...
Jagex isn't going to boost it to level 120, allegedly, but yes. Level 120 is "only" something like 108m xp, so 200m xp is well over level 120.

Level 4(elite) clue scroll discussion.
How did you find this out? I made them up. They are things I want. That they seem believable means there is hope.

Level 4(elite) clue scroll discussion.
Hopefully they'll have high level thieving, etc ways to get level fours as well. That's right, forgot you can thieve for clues, as well. ;) The problem with thieving is that the only level at which something like this could be obtained at would be 99, and still be very rare at that, with sufficient risk involved(maybe pharoh spectre like) and still those low levels would have to face level 150+ guthix wizard that would even need preparation for maxed people. I doubt these clues are meant to be completed by low levels. Also, if you really are a tresure trail enthusiast, how can you not be high leveled? Doing an enormous amount of level one clues really doesn't make you an expert, and to obtain clues now at any rate you need to be good at combat. As for the common droplist of level 4 clues, that really is an interesting question, dragon weapons that are buyable from stores would make sense, but dragon armor drops shouldn't be too common from them. A fury(t) is very likely, some new rings would also be welcome. Holy ring: +1 to all defense and +4 prayer. Can be imbued at MA for either +2 in all defense and offense and +6 prayer, or just +8 prayer. Defender ring: +8 to all defense, no offense stats. Farming Ring: Daily teleport to a few different farming patches, and Instant picks all herbs. (Speeds up herb runs)

A dungeoneering 'must have'?
I'd prefer nerfing the whole prestige thing, and floors. Too many floors means that unless you stick with one team, its far too hard to find teams. The last 2 times i've been motivated to train raiding, I gave up after 10+ minutes of trying to find a team.

An Intelligent Perspective On Botters
I never said you shouldnt make good cash, merely that skilling needs an improvement. ~150k an hour is simply not comparable to how much you can get hunting monsters. Infact im a pure, and i still make much more money hunting dragons than i do skilling. And a lot of this is because of bots, if they were removed, the prices of raw materials would rise, meaning skilling would make better money. We all know it still wouldnt be comparable to monster hunting, but at least its an improvement on the current (crap), rates. Isnt it a bit selfish to want bots to stay just so you can hunt monsters easier? No because I have all the levels I need and am almost 100% self sufficient except for fish if I'm pking.

It doesnt make the rest of the game obsolete, actually the opposite. it makes being lvl 10 just as fun as being lvl 80 (max). Your armor and skills' costs reflect your armor. runescape works off this. lvl 8s can afford steel. lvl 50s can afford rune, lvl 80s can afford dragon and barrows. lvl 100+ can afford GWD armor. thats how it works. its not unfair its the way it works. dont be so narrow minded. And how is a level 80 supposed to afford dragon when all the resources they manage to gather and sell come out to barely worth rune due to bots gathering the same resources? Face it, bots make everything harder for everyone except those who require the botted resources, and have methods of making money that are difficult to bot. The day someone comes out with a level-138-Turmoil-Overloads Bandos-killing bot is the day Bandos armor crashes to the ground. And then where will your monsterhunting be? Why do SKILLERS need ARMOR. Not to mention any level 80 can make ~10m in a week easy.

"You don't see people working at Burger King raking in money, why should workers at Dairy Queen and Taco Bell be any different? So, we can replace most of them with robots and neither they nor the CEO would care." ^ IRL analogy of what you just said. And if the robots worked right, why would it matter?

Faulty logic. You are appealing to emotion, that isn't a valid argument. Skillers spend far less time WCing then MH'ers spend training and earning. I don't mind skilling making cash, heck I'd love it. Then I'd have a reason to get skills up for some other reason then total levels or to get a certain level all. But I think it is perfectly fair as it is. Next time skillers get a mini game like raiding in order to get a better gathering tool, or actually risk something skilling, or something of the like, I'd support.

I don't go around egging peoples houses either. Its not "serious", not really damaging, but its annoying and shows that you get your enjoyment off being an [wagon]. Sure, RS is virtual, but that doesn't mean you can go around being a [bleep].

Exactly, youve stated how inefficient skilling is for money. Isnt this an indication that skilling needs to be improved somewhat? No. MH should be FAR more profitable for numerous reasons: 1.) Time spent getting high enough skills to MH efficiently. 2.) Money spent on gear to MH well. 3.) Money spent on skills such as prayer/herb to MH well. 4.) Risk. There is always risk. Those bots are all free. @Elc, ye because being annoying on purpose is SOOO cool. Doing things which can be considered "mean" such as crashing is one thing; often there is no other option. Being a [bleep] just to be a [bleep] is another matter all together. Remind me to try and get you killed the next time I see you at a boss or in PvP. @Zokot, that would do nothing outside the short run. There are numerous ways to get around that.

If you think RWT is dead, go check out a few of the famous "cheat" websites. Its still quite easy to RWT, and always will be as long as there is any form of free trade.

Why do you think there are only 14 day bans for botting right now? Racheya...Just... Can you back up ANY of what you said? Why? Because you want them to be higher? If you are woodcutting or fishing for money, you are doing it wrong. Neither has ever been an even halfway decent way to make money. Hell, even hunting chins to 99 hunter only makes what, 30? That is 2-3 DKS trips. Raw materials being higher would result in buyable skills costing even MORE. More people would be spending money on herb/pray etc. Personally, I don't see bots as a major problem.

He uses a Hammer at the start though, so it isn't exactly soloing with a bronze dagger imo. That honestly made no sense.

Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
Except z spear isn't always better against irons/bronze. From my tests, I was killing faster with whip+defender. And I'm with games. I already rip graador apart with whip+divine. With a weapon with higher str and offense, I can't see rapier being worse. Since I'd also use it at tds (Where Whip>GS) and I prefer whip to GS pking, I'd defiantly get the rapier first. There is no arguement, rapier is better the majority of the time. Long is either used for fun, or for specialized situations.

Before Jagex increases the level caps to 120 ...
120 skills wouldn't be stupid if the content up to it wasn't stupid. Jagex isn't a bunch of moronic 12-year olds like you seem to believe. Do you have proof for that statement?

RuneFest Tickets Sold Out & Venue Location
Rofl... never thought about it this way, but you're right. That's actually really crafty... there will definitely be people who would think they'll end up getting their refund and will only pay for that, then, when Jagex don't refund... lulz. :P I disagree. Most of RuneScape might be like that, But I sure hope most adults or older teens with the money and ability to get into this event aren't that stupid.
