Anything in Judas Priest, however I like Ellis better than Hinch. Painkiller intro is one of the best in my opinion.
  3. Talk about something you are incredibly knowledgeable about, and as Zierro mentioned it will sound better and it will appear to be more free-flowing and inspired. About a current event, pick anything you hae an interest in.
  4. Thats freaking awesome ! Anychance you can direct us non-American folk to another website. Another question, where was the incident first published ? Another piece of OT history. :
  5. Adam Smith is from my neck of the woods (Fife) which is ironically one of the politically furthest left areas in all of the UK (considering both Adam Smith and Andrew Carnegie are both Fifers). Fife is so far left that even during the 90's (i think) we still had the last 2 remaining communist councillors in the UK. Plus there is a nearby street called Gagarin way. In fact, there is an Adam Smith college here and in a form of protest at the colleges name, the student union named themselves the Jennie Lee students associate (after a socialist MP). Cool. Have you read or heard of the Wealth of Nations? Funnily enough he actually studied moral philosphy and the nature of human ethics before becoming the father of economics. Interesting stuff.

Yeah, I didn't register what you were saying. My mistake.
  7. I use to have long hair, then cut it back shorter because a) It looked stupid on me and, B) It was difficult to dry Uhh, what was the topic again ? Haven't had a dream for a while now. Maybe a week or more.

I always assumed he was talking about the other Silk Spectre. Old woman -- hot ?!
  9. You seem to be mocking me. Either way, you have missed the point I was trying to make. And the trainwreck of language that bears no context or relevance -- makes no sense. I'm respectfully disagreeing. Uhh, what ? How can you make that assumption from a single paragraph. Makes little sense. The basis of your argument is that you (were) (are) ignorant. To end this argument (that is, if you want it to end) peacefully: I wholeheartedly/heartily endorse/and agree with this paticular product/event/idea/. Necromagus, I completly agree. Lego not Legos. EDIT: I like the first "this" better. Looks better, slightly more expensive though.
  10. Yeah, I admire Scotland too. Although I've never tried Irn Bru, I have heard good things. Anywho I've got a few Scottish friends and they and their families are incredibly socialble. Deep fried Mars Bars I also enjoy. Credit goes to Adam Smith who is Scottish, and my economics teacher, whom I respect who is also of Scottish origin. @ Lateralus, I thought you were from England.
  11. Ever considered this as a career ? I keep pining for your next post. :D Don't stop, especially not now. :-#

Far Out. Economic Case Study on Zimbabwe. HDI, CAD, FD, GDP and their relation to economic growth, the standard of living and the role of goverment. Kudos to those who can identify the acronyms.
  13. I'm right handed and I can semi-touch type. Yay, 1000th post.
  14. Are you really so naive as to think this ? The world hasn't changed. This may be true for you, maybe you were young. But to everyone else it was the same. Sure there was to a lesser extent the internet. There were earthquakes, famous deaths, bombings, another trade union formation, and another president of a despotic and squalid African nation was killed or a coup' occured, you have the occaisonal genocide, and a nuclear test. People were never innocent. Any decade seperated from another is only unique in a change of a single digit. Because when you step back, you can't even see the good from the bad and the mundane from the relevant. Does anyone even remember or care to think back to the reunification of Berlin ? Or the Belfast Agreement ? Or NAFTA ? Essentially what I'm saying is, that things will continue to happen and we will continue to live and forget. The events that mark a passage of time are as redundant as the event itself.
  15. Mmm, Y2K makes me laff. I still don't see the basis of the "scare".

I'm talking of Sally Jupiter not Laurie Jupiter. That is Silk Spectre and not her mother. She was in Sin City. Carla Gugino was Lucille in Sin City. Look harder.
  17. Remember that cursing is the lowest from of language. It's for the people who cant construct a coherent sentence.
  18. I proceeded to ingest a bottle of sleeping pills after 43 seconds. Rap is just not my type of music.
  19. Heh' another one.
  20. One time I was laying in bed, I knew I was asleep - as if I was awake - but I knew I was sleeping. Anywho, I was still "sleeping" but my eyes were wide open, I couldn't talk or do anything - I just couldn't move. I wanted to get up but I couldn't.

Look, the simple truth is that if you do use physical means it usually puts an end to things -- that too, quickly. If you simply ignore them or respond verbally, you'll end up regretting that decision. You'll think back, when your older that I could have dealt with those bullies and put an end to it. Much more self-satisfaction. Don't make that mistake.

    Follow Pryomancer's advice.
  23. I believe that's the area where the oceanic crust starts sinking into the mantle, like an escalator, and also causes the ocean floor to move. Respondible for ocean trenches and sub-oceanic rifts. Occurs at the fault line between two plates. Caused my convection currents moving in the Earth's mantle. Thats what I remember from high school. ;)
  24. Can you pleeeease stop this ?
  25. Out of interest, are you in high school ? As for my c/c, it sounds far too pretentious. Too angsty, too dark. They dont actually convey any message, but instead they are jumble of interconnected words without any real focus. Make them less vague.
