Void range hand cannon with extreme range pots and rigor is about as strong/accurate as a cls if I remember right. Range dps is quite underrated but the problem is that you need void for it to be basically any good. Void range arma top ccbow and diamond bolts is extremely accurate, but again you have low defense.
