I found someone with a seriously disgusting name and I have to agree, it's pretty stupid that you can't report someone without having spoken to or traded with them recently. Most of the time, the people with those names are just running past you or something.

Having read the book and done the quest, it definitely is a reference to it, but I don't believe that Tip.It has a 'Trivia'-type Section on quests... or well anything really.

There's different teams in Valve, of course. For instance L4D2 was being worked on whilst another team did Portal 2, and another team was updating TF2... etc. This looks interesting - the last time they took on a mod, they did it brilliantly with Alien Swarm. Although, I've never really been fond of RTSes.

Also, it is fairy balanced. It's weaker than a whip, and the spec takes 60% of your bar, 54% with a RoV, which means you'll have to wait a bit, then activate the second spec, then wait even longer... unless you use a Special Restore (like Dragon Claw Speccers) etc.

You're gonna take Karil's just to make a run to do a non-wizard/combat Clue Scroll? :roll: Well I dunno, let's weigh the pros and cons: Little Johnny has a clue to do. Oh no! It's in the wilderness! Plan A: Grab clue supplies and prance merrily into the foreboding woods. Plan B: Grab clue supplies, spend an extra half-second to click on Karil's top/bottom, prance merrily into the foreboding woods. I've never taken any supplies, other than the necessary Clue Items, and survived, and I'm not the most high level person. Karils = Pointless for Clue Runs. Karils = Somewhat useful, but still risky and wasteful for Wizard Clues.

Revs are not OP in the slightest. I used to go rev hunting for fun when I was a 120-something. Yes, but you were in a situation where you were going to combat Revenants. People who, for instance, need to make a quick jog across the Wilderness are going to find Teleblocking, Freezing and Mage/Range quite annoying, no? They should just space out the land more, make the CW portals a small box, sort of thing, with no arena (Instanced Arenas) and remove the Volcano - it's really just another Slayer's area.

I've always questioned why Jagex doesn't get a good music making software, and make their music orchestrated, be it classical, Techno, whatever. That would actually get people listening to the music tracks. If a small team like the people here can create tracks like that, imagine what Jagex could do.

I got (halfway through) 67-70 with 2 and 3/4's of a hammer, so I'm guessing you'd only need the one, but a secondary hammer doesn't hurt anyone. That's about 2 games in Fast SC. And I cut the cost further, Tempest, via Penguin Points and other Lamps.

It's used when making the Forge, I think, but no boosts are allowed for Construction, whatsoever. My advice for you is to get a SC Hammer - I changed a cost of 2M for Oak Planks into about 750K cost with 3 SC hammers to get to 70 Con from 67 (with Oak Larders). Try Fast SC (if I remember that correctly) on W99. It's a quick way to get SC Points without combat.

This is meant to happen, because the sword you get during the quest is different to the reward sword. So just speak to Jessika, and she'll give it back to you ^_^ Good luck with the quest!
