Familiars don't start to cost 4k in shards until the late-50's... And they're levelled in the 80-90 range then, and usually can pay for themselves... Even then you can exchange them and get 75% of the shards back was it? If not alch them, or sell on GE. Also, for GE price, you can actually get shards for cheaper than just buying them. Do the math or find that thread where you buy pouches on the GE, and trade in for shards. Some can go as low as 19 gp per shard! You can't buy shards on GE.

You can block pop-ups, but not ones embedded onto the rs Game-screen. Jagex does not advertise with pop-ups, If you are getting those you might want to check if you have spyware.

Yes. Because he chose to put in honest effort into the game. That does not make him a no lifer though, he may simply have a lot of time on his hands despite all he does with friends/family/work/chores, etc... Buying Gold is just an easy way out of having to spend more time on the game. Which is what devalues it Which is why it HAD to happen. Although I was a decent PKer back in the day, those days are gone and past, it had to ultimately happen. Imagine Jagex closing down because they were sued by 15 different countries for credit fraud. No the true price is the GE price. Like it or not what Jagex say an item is worth, is what it is worth. Adding "junk" to it isn't selling it for more, it's adding to it's value. Also if people do junk trade then the GE will never have the "correct" price in it as most junk trades consist of med price. Yea, because Jagex totally plays RS right? Players are pretty much the beta testers for RS, everything they release has to be refined AFTER release... Sometimes I wonder, if i found i glitch of new released content in 10 minutes, how did Jagex's Beta team not find it in months of testing?
