Did you find it through a friend?? Did another other player say it in game??? Or did you just search runescape help and find it?? it isnt because you can get xp much faster on f2p using strikes on low level creatures. If teh runes cost too much jsut mine and craft them yourself.

It is the same exact as drag skirt, but drag skirt it much cheaper. if you have 170k to spend, I think the skirt is worth it.

Lol these goals took awhile. They are pretty much finished. I achieved 90cb and 60 slayer. UPDATE: made all new goals. Going for 75 in all with controlled.
