  1. Seems like a solid update to me. Signed.
  2. Should be cake with some decent equipment and decent prayer level.
  3. Am I the only one that likes making metals still? Lol...
  4. Invest in farming imo, so you can plant higher level herbs and profit. Also make sure you are doing mtk for 200k+ a day
  5. I've got to level 95 magic pretty much by just highest fire attacking metal dragons. I never tracked it the entire time but after you get a visage (or more if your lucky) you could potentially profit or least make up alot of your loss... I think its fun too.
  6. Raise herb, summoning and then prayer (probably in that order) and you will be able to solo bout anything I guess. Higher herb for extremes then later overloads are very important for soler's and monster hunting in general. Summoning obviously for bob or some great figthers. And prayer well theres newer higher level prayers and obviously prayer is always needed so higher level always helps.
  7. WOW!!! that would take a long time and a ton of money. especially prayer Not to mention range is used to solo Amardyl and DKS. I'm not knocking your stats your better off in most things than me anyway. I'm just helping you, point is to really profit from many of the bosses you need more closely maxed out stats dealing with ALL combats.
  8. I havent played in a years so not sure of all the 'pure' trends but first time I've really scene this taken to this extent. Awesome pure man. Better than all level 3 skillers by far. Much more unique.
  9. Lend it for a day if you can and just decide how you like it. Definitly a better exp rate, especial is kind of fun, least alot more fun than scimitar.
  10. Your stats are really at 'duo' level for most things, I mean you can try soloing some of the GWD bosses but unless you get extremely lucky I wouldn't imagine it would be worth the time/trouble. Like i said though feel free to try? Barrows seems like a very nice idea for you though, your stats are awesome for pretty much anyway you decide to do barrows, and with your budget you can really maximize your trips. DKS is not out of the question. Solo maging (Rex), but you have to either a) find a sucider, some people will even do this for like 10-30k I'd imagine doesnt take but a few minutes for someone to help you get in. Or you can try x-logging.
  11. I'm currently level 73 summoning so I have two questions. Whats the next reasonable 'goal level' what summon should I look forward to past 73 that isn't say the pak yak (little to far/expense wise for me right now). I haven't really looked at the higher familers and dont know what people use anyway. Second question what summons do I have that are of some use? I already use spiritbird for running around, will use on farm runs, etc. Just rediscoved why the bunyip is cool for the healing forgot why I had made so many of them lol... War tortise is also a good fighting/bob type for monster hunting and such. Any others that pop out that I have?
  12. 5/10 Your missing 'half' the game. Seriously nice stats for f2p but support the game we all love (One way or another) and become a member. GL and congrats.
  13. That's what I was going to sugguest, be alot better off with higher prayer and definitly higher defense though I'm sure. Melee/defense stats are a little to low to effeciently solo DKS. You could do some other bosses KBD, KQ, TD's? (not sure never done them) im sure but Armadyl will probably be your best profit if your lucky.
  14. I remember when I made money owning people for millions in the duel arena. Back when millions ment you where wealthy or even rich... I remember the three time's i've quit just to always come back and re-learn the game heck probably why I quit. I remember when farming, slayer, summoning, construction, hunter, and now dungeoneering (maybe new) where released. I remember having two halloween mask sets and a santa and being considered rich everywhere I went at 40 million. I remember years passing by and super rich is easily 10-20x what I am now! Gotta love runescape. It really has evolved so much.
  15. Agility, thieving, runecrafting, sometimes hunter, and now dungeoneering. Just basically my lower stats ones I haven't trained or dont like to train.
  16. I would buy one more rare as an investment item, halloween mask or santa hat something of the sort. Buy Sara godsword just cause its the most practical of them all IMO. Then I would pretty much save/invest the rest of the gold into my skills and buy alot more supplies (potions, farming seeds/super compost), runes, etc.
  17. Its balanced fine and they would lose a lot of players if they reworked such a skill. I mean think of how negatively the HP-constitution change affected alot of the longtime players and it did little than make some numbers bigger... I dont see any real bonus to this here. I do agree magic doesn't have its many uses in Pvm but it has many other uses especially non-combat uses, teleporting, making stuff, enchanting, alching, etc. What can you do with range? Shoot stuff pretty much... Melee? Stab stuff... Magic is fine.
  18. Why do people always try to take the easy way out? This is all this is. Doesn't help grow the game any. There are more than enough ways to make money in the game, you can lend items for free to your friends for lengthy amount of times, etc. No need. Not signed not ever. Sorry.
  19. It's really a matter of what you want to do. I mean magic has its limits really, you don't use it (generally) much in pvm, pvp its fun and can be very powerful. But if you don't want to pvp a level 88 magic is suffient enough to do any kind of monster hunting with it you would really need. I say herblore, but only if that 40mil wont break you. You never want to exhaust your bank.
  20. Only problem with your idea is he already has been training defense... Think for f2p you would have been better of with 1 defense/prayer, 40 attack and high as possible range/strength.
  21. Looking at your stats I guess I'd say herblore would help you more. Looks like you have alot of melee and range and prayer training to go. If you got herb up you could use extremes and such and speed up training and help you out alot. But if you like magic like I do that can justfiy being your first 99 too...
  22. Farming advice looks good but for MTK I'm pretty sure putting the last five workers into fishing is better?
  23. I've scene a guide somewhere where a pure ranger was using the safe spots and would quickly side step out shoot then hide again... Wait for dragon to turn around pop out, shoot again, etc. So if there is a guide about it I would say its definitly possible.
  24. This and more of this. We can't make the choice for you. I will say in terms of boss fighting 99 range will help your out more than 99 magic. Pvp and mini games magic would probably be better and certainly more fun. Having magic in the 80's is more than enough to use magic anywhere you really need too. So by purpose I say range. But I love magic personally more fun for me since why magic is my highest
  25. This. I'd also suggest swapping the archer helm for a focus sight/full slayer helm since you're training ranged with slay. Working on saving up my points for full slayer helm now. Believe it or not last time I trained slayer there where no points! haha Thanks guys for advice.
