ranging slaying
Well, it's not quite that simple, since that doesn't take into account the ferocious ring mechanics...the flat damage increase to every hit favors faster weapons more than slower ones, so you can't just add 40 to the max hit and get an accurate DPS from it. Plus rapier has more overkill, knives lose attack ticks if you pick up drops, FSH with range armour is more accurate than Void, the numbers change significantly based on stats and gear (not relevant in this case, but it matters if we're making blanket statements), and is it even worth overloading on greater demons? I mean, IIRC, the rapier is still better DPS at maxed stats, but that can't be the right math to prove it.

Dominion Tower
1. Yes, but only if you find him in Endurance or Climber mode. 2. No, freestyle is only available after you've beaten them in Endurance or Climber.

Dragon Eggs
That's not true. ROW affects unique drops too. No idea if dragon eggs are included, though. Not seen any proof for that and Jagex has never said it does. In fact jagex categorically stated that it does NOT effect unique drops (I think it even said this in the news psot of the last row update) http://services.runescape.com/m=news/g=runescape/ring-of-wealth-shanties-trolls-and-dungeoneering QED Also, from the update FAQ: It may or may not work on dragon eggs...there's no official confirmation or denial, and to my knowledge there haven't been any tests of it. I suggest checking whether the ring shines brightly when you get one as a drop. Alternately, if it shines brightly on every kill regardless of the drops, that would indicate that the monster in question has at least one item on its ordinary drop table that the ring of wealth works on...I dunno if the dragon eggs are on their normal drop table, though. They might be on a separate drop table, like charms.

A couple of money-related Questions
Oh yes, definitely start questing. It's by far the most effective way to develop your account, and as luck would have it, it'll also help familiarize you with a wide range of members' content. Start by setting the quest list to "Filter", and then just go down the list and do all the quests you can.

ranging slaying
Knives and darts complement the Ferocious Ring nicely, so you should use those against the lower-defense monsters in Kuradal's dungeon. Blisterwood stakes are actually great against vyres. Bane bolts are...okay against dragons--not better than melee, but if you're going to use ranged, they'll be better than any other ranged option. Nechryaels are chinnable in the Chaos Tunnels. Most other tasks, you'll just be using a rune crossbow with broad bolts, or maybe a hand cannon if that's what floats your boat. And there's always the ol' cannonballs, of course, which you should make liberal use of. If you don't have Armadyl, it'll just be black d'hide, since Void is obviously no good and there aren't really any other options.

Waterfiends or Dust Devils?
If you had less than 70 attack (i.e. no access to decent crush weapons), there might maybe be a case for dusties, maybe, I dunno, would need to test it. That's not the case here, though, aye? Waterfiends are gonna be better.

help me prioritize goals
Combat familiars are useful for multi tasks though, and you need summoning levels for tasks. The key levels, I'd say, are 74 for granite lobs, 78 for ents (close to titans in combat and extra profit from farming stuff), 79 for titans, 80 for Fally tasks, 83 for lava titans, 89 for geyser titans, 92 for wolpertingers, 93 for Ardougne tasks, 95 for iron titans and Karamja tasks, 96 for pack yaks, and 99 for steel titans. So get those levels when you have the charms for them and don't worry too much about the levels in between.

End Level Content
Why haven't you done all the quests yet? Go do quests, obv.

Slayer/Herb/Sum Questions
Well quests are an even better head start, since Fairy Tale Part 1 (which you need to do anyway for magic secateurs) gives enough xp to get from 1-18 farming. Then Forgettable Tale (which you need to do anyway for the best gravestone, hand cannon, and gold mining outfit) gets you to 25 farming. Then Garden of Tranquillity (which you need to do anyway to complete the Varrock tasks and fight Tormented Demons/Glacors) for 30 farming, My Arm's Big Adventure (which you need to do anyway for the Trollheim farming patch) for 33 farming, and Enlightened Journey...you get the idea.

Best Skill to Obtain (F2P)
Yeah. If you chopped yews to 99 woodcutting, it'd take about 360~ hours and you'd earn 29m. But if you chopped willows, it'd only take about ~250 hours. So if you chopped willows for ~250 hours and spent the extra 110 hours mining for 300k gp/hr profit, you'd have spent the same amount of time and you'd have the same woodcutting level, but you'd have made more money (even if you assume willows are 0 gp unsellable junk) and you'd have gotten a bunch of mining xp to boot.

This is a public service announcement: Leaving D bones/hides on the floor while slaying is inefficient.
Yes, ceteris paribus. Assume everything else is constant. It's a perfectly legitimate and useful assumption to make.

Runecrafting
You should be carrying a big stack of mind or body runes to bank with because they're the cheapest. No idea where all this nonsense about "extra profit" or "spending more runes overall" is coming from. Banking costs 40 runes per run, every run. Use the cheapest ones. End of story.

Best Skill to Obtain (F2P)
Actually, it's not close at all--mining's way ahead. Mining clay or iron is more profitable than chopping yews at 99 woodcutting or catching lobsters at 99 fishing, and you don't even need a high mining level (since they hit max speed as soon as you have a rune pick). I'm told runite is pretty good as well.

Steel Dragons
Combat brace is similar in stats to the addy or mith gloves from RFD. Hmm? Into the Ancient Cavern? Sure you can. I mean I don't know if the whirlpool still blocks familiars, but fairy rings and the ferocious ring are faster anyway. *shrug*

Runecrafting
Banking with the ZMI banker is fastest. 28k/hr is very low for ZMI at your level.
-
BGS Question
Well, three, really.
-
Gold bars
Gold bracelets are pretty weak. Decent for strange rocks, but not much of a training method (sapphire braces, for example, are twice as fast and still turn a profit). I wouldn't recommend em.
