  1. This. Even when more floors come out and dungeoneering inevitably hits 150k+ xp/hr, it will still be the most difficult skill in the game because of the skill and strategy involved. Slayer has a similar paradigm. Everything else is simple and easy and anyone can do it. Also, why isn't this in Questionnaires?
  2. The consensus among the best dungeoneers seems to be that the 2H is best.
  3. Yeah, all the herbs are crashing right now. Take the opportunity. You can probably make it, or if not all the way then at least close.
  4. Your stats aren't much lower than mine, and I've been handling Kuradal's tasks just fine. Okay, except for prayer. And summoning. You should probably train those. But you can still use Kuradal. Her tasks aren't really much harder--just longer, mostly.
  5. Recent updates have streamlined the conversation for fetching items from the bank and added a right-click option, so it's faster than using noted planks now.
  6. With your levels, you should be able to get by just fine on food rather than switching to a crappy spear to heal. Spend your money elsewhere. Also, raise your summoning.
  7. Keep in mind that you need to find a decent team before this is an applicable strategy. Teams of random people have a tendency to suck and the good dungeoneering clans won't accept you, so you'll want to get as many friends together as you can.
  8. Well, it's not quite that simple. What you're really comparing isn't the xp/hr of going through dungeons and catching all the fish but rather the marginal xp/hr gained in the extra time you spend fishing that you wouldn't have spent otherwise. If, for example, it takes you an extra 5 minutes each dungeon to catch all the fish, and you get 5k fishing xp out of it, that's equivalent to 60k xp/hr, which is a pretty fast xp rate. I don't personally know if there are any skills like that, but it's plausible that there could be.
  9. A lot? It depends on how you lay it out.
  10. Makes sense to me. Do a few quick timed tests and see what you get.
  11. Farm herbs. And manage Miscellania.
  12. The trouble, of course, with that is that as more of the masks enter the game, the less people are going to be willing to pay for them, and the "street" price will be dropping rapidly, while GE prices climb at a very slow rate. The result would be, as stated previously, potentially losing the opportunity of at least an additional 100m if not 200m. perhaps someone knows a fast way to gather vast amounts of junk in the interim so as to avoid losing such vast quantities of potential value? Yes, buy something in a junk trade. That's pretty much it, tbh. Nothing else makes junk faster than you could make real money.
  13. They aren't. Next question please.
  14. Keep in mind the percentage boost only applies to one target and not all of them. Or so I'm told.
  15. Buy something in a junk trade? No other good way, really.
  16. I would add Fire cape and Arcane Stream Necklace (and other mage gear) for ice strykewyrms. Also, you can easily lower all herblore requirements by 1 with greenman's ale.
  17. Troacctid replied to Guy's topic in Help and Advice
    Farming, dailies, Miscellania.
  18. When in doubt, use a titan.
  19. Fighter torso isn't worth getting unless you already have one, in which case you don't need to get one. Certainly not worth getting instead of a Bandos Chestplate, which is flat-out better and can be lent out or resold. Bandos tassets are too expensive and don't do enough to justify the loss in defense and prayer. The chestplate gives +4 strength instead of +2 and has higher prayer than the barrows gear it replaces, and it's still not worth the cost. Tassets are just as pricey, but with less upside.
  20. Upgrade the blessed spirit shield to a rune defender. Upgrade the bunyip to a combat familiar on applicable tasks. Upgrade the ring of slaying to a berserker ring. Upgrade your leg armor to Verac's Skirt. Sell the Guthan's set except for the platebody. That's about it, really. Make sure you have Karil's and a Sara Sword for waterfiend tasks. Bandos Chestplate is only marginally better than Barrows and not really a big deal, especially if you could be using that cash for merching, cannonballs, or prayer/herblore training, any of which would be more useful.
  21. The short answer is no. The long answer is hell no.
  22. How do you think people would feel if Jagex gave out furies and dragon full helms/platebodies as treasure trail rewards? There would be an outcry. Ornament kits are Jagex's way of giving us trimmed dragon armor, armor not included.
  23. Well, Bandos and Armadyl items are at least reasonable GWD stuff. The wreath is notable as the second-best prayer headgear in the game, and a lot of the other items look nice. And I kinda like the god bows.
  24. Armadyl book is an option for aviansies. It's also better than a Book of Balance for ranging, so if it settles at a lower price than zammy book it could be a reasonable budget option.
  25. Or living rocks. :^_^:
