  1. So does phpBB.. Reliability wise I've never witnessed much difference - I actually prefer phpBB over IPB because I find it easier to use and less bloated with ridiculous features. We used to be on phpBB as well, but we changed because IPB does have several advantages over phpBB.
  2. No, just a bug caused by the conversion I assume. Admins will probably look at it.
  3. True, the storyline wasn't as unique. I felt the overall gameplay was better - although MW was a good game, don't get me wrong....nothing for me has ever beaten those mp_harbour rifles only matches.
  4. All of the text seems a lot smaller now :? Other than that, sounds good :) EDIT: Ok, the fonts are wayy too small on tip.it theme. The other styles look ok. The mobile style is mediocre, could have done a much better job on that (although obviously you guys didn't make it). http://ready.mobi
  5. There's no good reason to buy a Mac if you aren't going to use OSX...you're basically getting something flashy looking with expensive hardware. Adding to the above, Asus's are good. I also have a Toshiba that I'm quite happy with.
  6. Mhmm.. kinda felt I had to include it though. I'm glad you did, maybe wouldn't have put it that high, but I think that before the bad updates it at least merits a top 30 list. Don't like COD4 that high on the list, personally I think COD1 was the best of the series. At least it wasn't MW2 though :P
  7. LDL - low density lipoprotein. It's a kind of cholesterol. Fat isn't bad for you in small quantities, like with practically anything, it's when you eat too much of it you see negative side effects.
  8. I think there's some sort of interference tbh, not sure what it is though. The DIR-615 I had worked pretty well for a while. In terms of setup, I rather doubt there's a mistake with it, because I spent 5+ hours on the phone with their tech support reconfiguring it to no avail.
  9. But I thought all sexualities must be acted on, as it would be terribly unnatural for people to practice any restraint whatsoever?
  10. 32 Apparently I have 160 posts in this thread...I can remember posting here 10x, tops...
  11. Well, I've had problems with my wireless for a while, and I'm pretty sure my router is to blame. I want to replace it. I need up to 7 computers to be able to connect to it at once, and it needs to be good. Like really good. The ones I've had so far were supposed to be good, but they sucked. So far, I've had a DLINK DIR-615 and a LINKSYS WRT54GL. Budget is whatever necessary, thanks in advance for the help :)
  12. I do agree the jokes go too far sometimes. He's only a kid, I almost feel bad for him...until I see him driving around half million dollar convertibles.
  13. Its not listed anywhere on your profile though.
  14. I'll give it a shot if I come back - I did want to roll a lock.
  15. I prefer dogs because they're a lot more fun...while cats can be cuddly you'll never have the same kind of fun with them, especially as they often are solitary. And dogs do not always smell worse than cats, I've came across some pretty bad smelling cats.
  16. What if it's against discriminators? California is the gayest state in the US. I've probably given my two scents about this several times but I guess once more couldn't hurt for the newer readers and whatnot. I think homosexuality is gross in the same way I think eating peanut butter with meatloaf is gross. It's just one of those things I'm personally revolted by, but there is nothing really "wrong" or "immoral" about it so I'm not bothered by the fact that others enjoy it. I feel the same way against heterosexuality, I honestly do. It just looks.... wrong... to me. (as bizarre as that may sound.) Lolwat? It's basic human biology, you must be heterosexual to reproduce, unless you become a sperm donor ofcourse You're interests have no impact whatsoever on your biology. Every human being, with the exception of those unfortunate enough to be sterile/infertile, has the ability to reproduce. Being homosexual just means that you choose not to reproduce. Note: I say choose because I consider homosexuality a choice just like it is your choice to breathe. You can choose not to breathe, but eventually you're going to either give in to your instincts or die. Also, you need to realize that sexuality isn't black and white. It's a range of greys. Just like how some people who say they're straight, but would be open to "experimentation", you can't just label someone as hetero/homosexual/bisexual to get a true grasp of what their sexuality really is. Just to top it off, sexuality is psychological, not biological. If sexuality is psychological then comparing it to the urge to breathe is void because breathing is a biologically driven action.
  17. To be fair, he is right about the bad advice given...un4given's thread was good though.
  18. I agree. I do think some young adults have legitimate autobiographies to publish (if they've been through something etc idk). But the vast majority do it to make money. Fix'd.
  19. Bump because this forum is dead. Finishing my semester now, had a few projects. Had to write a student portal for use on mobile phones - php, mysql, ajax...that was fun. Currently attempting to finish a basic library cataloguing system using C#...annoying. Made an ugly as [bleep] web service using ASP.NET...even more annoying. Wrote like 20 assorted functions for Oracle using PL/SQL...most annoying thing.
