    Interesting idea, but I can tell you right now it would never happen. Jagex has a history of not catering to pures.

    Ordinarily I would refrain from posting here since I'm really not sure what your problem is but based on the fact that you've been waiting a while: - Reinstall Java. It might help, it might not. - Switch browsers. IE has all sorts of problems, and even if it doesn't fix anything it helps narrow down the problem.

    DF just beat VR in an uncapped fight, I see the two as being neck and neck. I have heard many rumours of DK helping VR however, it seems as though they wouldn't be as competitive on their own.

    This. While certainly your plight isn't one that's enviable, there are far worse things than a junky computer and over-controlling parents. As others have said, I would advise getting a job. Even if you can't find one working for a company of some sort, try doing door to door yard work; there is usually a good market for that in the summer.
