Sounds like an update that's sole purpose is to get new players to the game, not to satisfy veterans of the game. Why not ask players on the forums or anywhere to submit applications? Sure they would get thousands, but it's better than some random kid on the street.

Yeah, it's much cooler to sit around at the mall smoking pot while talking about how the world sucks with your lazy friends. I wish I could've joined the boy scouts, would have done some constructive with my teenage years. How anyone on a runescape fan forum can badmouth a boy scout is beyond me; and no, I don't have any family or anyone I know in the boy scouts. Poor you, I deal with crap like that every day at school, live it, you'll deal with it a lot when you get older, I get the MMGW garbage shoved down my throw daily.

Look at the big picture: When I first saw the clear icon I thought: "Oh great, they're just going to move down the world map and put the button down in the interface", wrong, as you can see in the picture... World map button is still there. Same thing applies with the log out button \ I agree campbell, I've been giving Jagex crap every since it was 2 months into the "upgrade year", there's been a few nice things, but it's obvious they're helping the Mechscape team, it would save money (kind of like how Anime uses 1 guy to voice-act multiple characters to save money) and be more convenient. I could be wrong, but it sounds logical that they would help the Mechscape team; and don't think they would tell us the truth either, if they came out and said so, people would be soooooo pissed off that we're getting [cabbage] updates because they're too busy with Mechscape, they're a company, no way in hell they would admit that. We just got to give jagex hell next year and hold them accountable, don't let them slide off like a lot have this year, or you're going to get bad updates.

Exploration? I hope they didn't waste a whole tab just to bring the world map button down there, what a waste; but looking at the first animation pack again, the world map Icon is still up on the top, and the tab is filled...

Oh goodie, another hour long quest with terrible rewards? Well, hope it has a good story. Didn't jagex say there wasn't gonna be another GM until next year?

Maybe Latinos aren't a big demo for them? Here in Southern California a lot of Mexicans play rs, me being one of them. Remember, they're a company, they aren't gonna waste time making a spanish version of RS if no Latinos are gonna play.

Good, they make people that really care about animals and other anti-animal abuse organizations (none that I'm aware of) look bad. I would gladly donate some of my time or money to a real anti-animal abuse organization... Edit: I'm not a fringe one either, I still love a nice steak whenever I can get \

I wish they would ask for our input BEFORE they make such drastic changes... I swear, they just love messing with things so they can "fix" them in the future to fill up update space. Hope they change it ASAP.

Don't say it in a bad way TTC was a great quest. :l Na, it wasn't bad... I'm just eager for an epic quest, because I've completed every quest and achievement diary already, I thought it would come out the next month, but it seems I was wrong :(

PETA have proved their illegitimacy already, no one takes them seriously. Vick served his time, good for him I guess; would rather Goodell not make himself look like a moron by reinstating this guy, I personally wouldn't care, but you better believe it would waste real news time for weeks, even months.

1. Cash, commonly used pots/food, armor, barrows... pretty much all my fighting items and stuff I use in combat. 2. Summon Pouches, scrolls, pets, charms. 3. Herbs, seeds, farming supplies, least used pots (strength, anti poison, summon pots, restore pots). 4. Junk, quest items, quest items I never use again but might need in the future. 5. Gems, planks, logs, ores, moulds, misc tools.. 6. Quest items/Achievement diary items I do use (enchanted water tiara, enchanted excaliber etc..), brawler gloves, firelighters, eggs.. 7. Teleportations, glories, castle wars rings, games necklaces, runes, pouches, tabs etc.. 8. Warring Gear, rune sets, basic f2p pk items (not including binds, those are in my runes/teles tab) 9. N/A, not using..

I think they're probably aiming for that sortof "abyssal purple" that you find in the fairy ring place and the abyss Or quite possibly weapon power ups? I remember playing NWN way back when it first came out, putting acid and cold power-ups on my halberds and bastard swords, that would be cool if jagex was doing it, much better than just keep making items like D claws/Godswords.

Yeah it's a pain, I can't see the summon bar to tell me if I should brew or not, and at dks you gotta switch a lot when you solo hybrid, prayers, weapons, helms, shields; we need easy access, the notepad thing is completely pointless and useless, JUST USE YOUR COMPUTERS NOTEPAD. On NPR they said that she would be stepping down next month. Kaphias, I haven't really followed her much, how is she as a governor? She was okay, I believe she had the highest approval ratings as governor at one time? They went down during the election, she's still pretty popular. -- Personally, I don't know how she can support herself financially, she gets all kinds of ethics complaints that cost her 100s of thousands of dollars, and she's not exactly rich, according to her, at her press conference, this is a reason why. Most of those ethics complaints were fluff anyway, they were made because of their dislike for her, every single one (ethic complaint) was thrown out, she has tons of legal bills, she said she and her staff have had to spend most of her time dealing with all of that. Oh well, if she's running for president/congress/senate etc... There's no way I would vote for her because of this, she's a nice woman, and she obviously doesn't crave power and money like most of them, but you can't go around doing that and expect support. I already know how this is going to go, so whatever, kind of reminds me of President Obama leaving the state senate after like 100 days? and running for president (when he said early on that he wouldn't). Just gonna vote 3rd party if the repubs can't put someone competent and fiscally conservative up, I sure as hell am not gonna vote for this current guy in the white house already out-spending Bush. Or maybe even Ron Paul, ha :lol:
