I just use a rune defender for everything. Even if it's multicombat or a high level monster, I don't really care. It never fails me. You'll have to finish Legend's quest to wield a dragon square.

I did quite a lot of herb runs, and I'm pretty sure the method I use now is the fastest. Trollheim tele - run to patch - harvest Ecto tele - run to patch - harvest Deposit herbs in terrorbird Cabbage tele - run to patch - harvest If you have 3 or more spaces left, duelling ring to duel arena and harvest 3 cactus spines. If not, do this later. Camelot tele - Bank - run to patch - harvest Skills necklace to fishing guild - run to patch - harvest Pick cactus spines if you didn't have inv space for that earlier. Glory to edge or duelling ring to cwars.

What, only 1.3k ess/hour? I manage 1.8k using super restores :? No wonder it took that long :mrgreen:

Nah. He has ~900k xp now, 88 is 4,5m xp. 3.6m xp with 36k xp/hour (not made up, I get this myself), is 100 hours. Aviansies are about 290k/hour for me with 80 range, probably more at higher levels. The 30m seemed good to me :thumbup:

The farming timers were never broken, at least, not for me. And I'd say I plant quite a lot of trees/herbs. Con - ~200k xp/hour Hunter - ~80k xp/hour Wc - ~30k xp/hour Farming - 14 days if you plant 5 yews + 5 papayas/day, less if you farm herbs. Fish - ~40k xp/hour Rc - ~20k xp/hour Mine - ~35k xp/hour Thieving - ~140k xp/hour Agility - ~45k xp/hour These should be close to accurate. I'm lazy so you'll have to do the rest yourself.

You'll have to use a glory to get to edge or bank in cw anyway, why do you need a one click tele? Revs aren't that dangerous.

No, the method I posted earlier in the thread would make you break even and would get you 99 faster than yaks. Not all people like aviansies/chins though, so if you wish to use yaks instead, do that.

From what I've heard, you need to run around now, even while teaming. It's easier, because she wont randomly attack someone else now.

Tanking is using armour to defend from their attacks instead of prayer. It's best to balance range defence/attack, so you still have some defence against their attacks but you're still able to hit them alright. I recommend using range potions and b2p tabs/spells. Rune c'bow with mith bolts. Use an armour setup used in one of the guides in the prayer made guides forum.

I have no idea how long it would take. But I do know something that would be faster than that. Range aviansies to 90 ranged, 36k xp/hour and about 30m profit (rough guess). Buy chins with the profit you made at aviansies, chin zombie monkeys, 200k xp/hour on average, and get 99 doing this. The average xp/hour will be around 75k xp/hour if you follow this method to get 99, quite a lot faster than yaks.

Would you mind telling me what that item is? :geek: I don't think it's wrong. The other fishers don't get less fish because of you, right? It doesn't affect them but it's good for you. I don't see what's wrong.

I always try to do something 'useful' with my time on runescape. That's fun for me, and when I haven't leveled in a while, I feel like I've wasted my time. Like now. I could be slaying, but tif is too addicting. I know I could be slaying while I'm typing this, but I'm on tif this because I want a break from school work. If I logged on runescape now I would never finish my homework, but once I've read the new stuff on tipit I can just sign off and continue with my homework. Yay :mrgreen:

No. Raw fish is worth more than cooked fish, and since they can sell the raw fish very easily on the g/e, they wont trade it for cooked fish.

Can you show me proof they are weak to poison? I have never heard this before. The slayer master says it if you ask them. Its [cabbage] though, they also say lessers are weak against magic.

I did the caves in 3 tries with 74 range and a cheap setup (torags helm/legs, snakeskin boots, stole at 60 prayer, mith bolts for everything, even Jad). I know that's not very good, but it's not that hard if you know what you're doing. Broad bolts are cheaper than mith but better. That was before broad bolts were released. Thought that was obvious :?
