    Sucks to be you.
  2. I don't see them disappearing entirely: more old-fashioned people (especially the elderly) will still want them, and there IS something about having it in print: but they're going to be hurt more than books, at least IMO.
  3. Beneath the wounds of a junkie, by The Juliet Massacre
  4. I'm averaging like 500xp an hour right now, so I really hope is starts to speed up...
  5. Huh. I'd never heard that, but some research says that 85 slayer would be worth getting for that reason alone.
  6. Smithing will "only" take 240 hours? I would've guessed far more, what with how slow I find c-balls.
  7. Whip + Rune Defender is best, Saradomin Sword second best, unless you want to exclusively train str, in which case it's the best option. Get some dragon (or barrows, if you don't mind repair costs) and invest in some good food and super sets.
  8. Wish I'd found this guide before getting 99 WC.

Was is really worth a blog post to say that? I mean, I respect the fact that it's your blog, but still....
  10. OK, the consensus seems to be that the Sara Sword is better for Slayer Str training than the Bandos GS I'm currently using. That said, I'm going to buy it. Thanks for the advice guys. =)
  11. I'm currently slaying, training str for at least another few weeks, and wanted to choose the optimal weapon for my tasks: I currently have Whip + Rune Defender (use for tasks that require a shield and such) and Bandos Godsword (using to train strength ATM) I have the cash to do it, but I'm not sure: should I buy a Saradomin Sword? I hear that it's more DPS than the Bandos GS? Thanks in advance for the help guys. =) [be back to check answers in about an hour]
  12. Well said, lol.
  13. That's what I normally do.

Yea, I was wondering why he did that too.
  16. Ahh, I was never aware of this going on. I thought it was just normal G.E. hyper-inflation.
  17. Awesome, I'd hoped to hear that.
  18. What's "the rougue"? I didn't do anything underhanded: I bought 2mil worth of gems for crafting training.
  19. I've had some bad luck, in short. Why are gems crashing?

Lvl 52 Which is really just ridiculous anyway.

It's wrong, but I doubt that it's illegal.
  22. If you kill 1000 chaos druids, that gives you 5K prayer XP. There's a reason people don't bother picking them up. Even so, just carrying the bone crusher on slayer tasks would give a steady (even if small) trickle of prayer experience, saving potentially millions on dragon bones in the long term. That 5k exp you got from killing the chaos druids alone saved 92k in dragon bones... Agreed. I mean, I'm killing thousands of monsters and just leaving the bones lying there, and I'm really too cheap to purchase the bones, so this is a good compromise.
  23. Well said.
  24. I doubt that much will be smuggled out, and even if it was, I think it wouldn't be long before Jagex fixed the problem.
