  1. [hide=RayOxide's Quote] [/hide] Your Doing your math wrong, the Blast Furnace cuts your Coal in half. [hide=Mithril Bars to Mithril Bolts]You have 483,772 exp, and you need 184,279 exp to level 69. Thats 2,304 Mithril Bars, smithing and smelting. Coal: 171gp Mithril Ore: 167gp Cost of one bar: 509gp 10x Mithril Bolts (unf): 800gp You'll gain 6,704,640gp If you sell them raw. Otherwise; Feathers: 4gp Mithril Bolts: 86gp If you fletch them into bolts as well, you'll gain 6,750,720gp. Now you need to subtract the Cost of un-noting with the dwarf. Cost of un-noting Coal: 22.5gp Cost of un-noting Mithril: 81gp For un-noting 4608 Coal: 103,680gp For un-nothing 2304 Mithril: 186,624gp Total loss: 290,304gp If you Sell raw, you gain 6,414,336gp. If you fletch then sell, you gain 6,460,416gp NOW, keep in mind, this is for 2304 mithril bars. This will be your PROFIT, the actual cost of starting this project is: 1,172,736gp[/hide] Steps: 1. Buy 2304 mithril ore and 4608 coal at 1,172,736gp. 2. Carry 290,304gp, a hammer, your noted mithril ore, your noted coal, a spot for your mithril bolts (unf). 3. Go to Blast Furnace and smith until you have no life. (don't forget your music) 4. Resell, gain 6.4mil profit. Alternative: I'm not going to do the math, you can do it yourself, but you can make steel platebodies and alch them on the spot. This is much faster since your smithing 5 bars at a time, but, this cuts your smelting speed because you have to un-note ore with a variable of 5. Anyways, if you want to do this, i think u'll cut even, or lose money, i'm not sure. Cutting Teaks. I tried the Tai Bwo Wanna Trio teak method, and it is a real pain. I like cutting in the kharazi jungle because: 1. Nobody is there. 2. You have tons of space to burn your teaks after you cut them, or you can just drop them. doesn't matter. It just isn't worth going through dialogue boxes and carrying around trading sticks for 30gp profit. P.S. People don't know it, but the Blast Furnace is like the same if not faster speed than smelting gold ore with guants because your getting smithing and smelting exp at the same time. People prefer gold w/ guants is probably because they barely have to focus, the Blast Furnace however takes a lot of concentration at the begining, don't get discouraged!
  2. [hide=] [/hide] WC: If you've started the Legend's quest, you can cut teaks in the Kharazi jungle. Otherwise, just cut teaks on Monkey Madness island. I don't think its worth the trading sticks in Tai Bwo Wanna Trio. Smith: Definitely use the Blast Furnace, make mithril bolts unfinished, they should sell easily. Just buy Coal and Mithril ore, you'll still profit. Its a great way to gain a lot of experience fast because you smith the Mithril Bars into Mithril Bolts while your Mithril/Coal ore is smelting, so your getting both experience points at the same time. Heres a old guide. Theiving: Pyramid Plunder should be the fastest if you buy that sceptre that teleports you right to the Mummy guy. Then just use a castle wars ring and bank there. Buy super anti-poison pots, they'll last you a long time and eat some newbie food so you don't waste money, like trout/salmon/tuna. Otherwise, steal from stalls i guess.
  3. Do flesh crawlers in the SoS, or the giant spiders, either work because you can browse or watch videos because they keep you in combat for like 20 minutes. Then you just have to run off the map until you can't see the yellow dots and run back to make them re aggressive. You could do rock crab, but its usually crowded i think. EDIT: Wait, i think its 15 minutes for un-aggressive, yes, i think its 15 minutes.
  4. [hide=] [/hide] 1. Stick with whip and buy super sets to train, also get a defender if you don't have one, good bonuses. 2. Use "B" pest control is boring, and uhm, yea, no hp exp, and uhm, yea, no. 3. I'm guessing your going for bandos GS, ask someone to lend theirs to you first, personally, i don't like them.
  5. Aff. Anyways, i don't think you can access that area until you finish the quest, because there's no way up there unless you walk from the Isafdar forest, or from the Northern gate. I suggest you finish the quest, or if you really don't think the effort of a long quest with this reward: * 15,000gp * 13,750 agility exp * Ability to wield Dragon halberd * Access to Arandar, an alternate route to the Underground Pass is worth it, then just try once to get in from the Northern gate and if you can't, give up. EDIT: Wait, nvm, your already in the Isafdar forest, just head north and watch out for traps.
  6. Range: Slams ground Magic: Rears back Well, they both make the same sound.... Anyways, when it switches from magic attack to range, it makes a loud ssssssSSSSSSSSSSSSSSCHAAAAAAAAAA!!!! sound The other sounds are the same, switching from range to magic gives no warning either. All his hits make a CHA sound. Anyways, if you want to observe to your hearts content.... Heres the to the video. [hide=Warning!!]EDr-eXtcSYE [/hide] EDIT: [hide=meh] Sure took you longer to flame than it did to help, since as you can see, i already helped him before you could :geek: Now i know why i left, i'm going again, good luck with this forum...[/hide]
  7. Whats a troll?? I'm sorry, i'm a little slow on the new slang, aff :-#
  8. I just hang out by the Help & Advice a lot, although i don't post anymore :-# Wow, 5-6, i haven't played in a while =P~ Hm, breaks are nice, but cooking and fishing are nicer O:)
  9. wutz r hapineg? :?: naiz blogie. hai, kthxbai. dis ma yearly post on tip.it When'd you get back Sugar? (I'm not a stalker, i just remember your farewell post like maybe a few months ago)
  10. Weird replies. Anyways, I see two choices for you: 1. Buy junk, like rope at minimum, and you'll make more than you had before. (i have no clue how much penguin masks are on the street) 2. Trade that mask for something also underpriced on the G.E. except you ask them for extra items, and you slowly break down your rares into smaller and smaller increments until you reach base items and cash. (for example, trade it for 3rd age, except they need to put cash, then re-trade that 3rd age for another 3rd age piece or top hat or something and again ask for cash...etc) I wouldn't suggest making junk, this is usually when you have time, and when you want free exp. If your so set on it, i heard that making hunter potions are good, you could hunt salamanders, fletch maples as you probably already know, pick up yak hides, fish trout/salmon, mess around with flat packing, mess around with summoning and making pouches and buying street shards. The above are ways to conserve money. You could just go crazy and spend money making random stuff, which i recommend. Like, smith the best thing you can buying all your bars, craft the best you can buying all materials, cook the best thing that you don't burn much of, make the best potion you can make. **I know many have already "defined" junk, but my opinion of junk is it's easier to make than money, thats why it's so popular. It shouldn't be that hard to get junk.
  11. Could you post an image of the error or the ominous black screen. Other than that..... Go to the top of Firefox, you should see Tools > Clear Private Data. Thats for the newest version of Firefox, if you have a older verson, its something like Tools > Options > Clear Cache. If you've already done that, have you tried uninstalling the Java using Add/Remove from the control panel, sometimes the computer doesn't erase it all and saves some settings. You could try using error smart, but thats mainly because we don't know what error your getting. Have you tried it with Internet Explorer?

Ugh, i hate this too. When you make a perfect circuit where once you mine the last coal, the first one you mined respawns, but then someone who doesn't give two cents breaks your circle and just mines randomly to "power train" his mining level on coal.
  13. Bones to Peaches Tablets. They change bones to peaches as you probably figured out. The Tablets can be made in Player-Owned-Houses. To actually Unlock the spell, you have to go to the Mage Arena Minigame north of the Duel Arena.
  14. Yes, the most valuable thing in there is the Left Eyepatch, going for 15k on the G.E. :-#
  15. For minor offenses and thingies that give you like .1 black marks, they are now considered "deferred" or whatnot. Meaning you can't appeal them and you'll serve your sentence. I know it isn't fair if you've been unfairly banned, but I guess Jagex is filtering the more important ones, or not reading them at all. Who knows :) Just dig it out  :o It was your new account that got these offenses right? Not the old one?
  16. Reason it's gone is because THATS AGAINST THE RULES. You might as well ask us how to RWT. Just learn to make cash on your pure, no other choice.
  17. [hide=Sorry, off topic.]Ok, this is highly off topic, but i went to the Grand Exchange to see what you were talking about and i keep getting these random images for the wrong image. Like, this one time, the whole Grand Exchange pictures were all random item pictures that didn't fit their name. Like priest robes were on half of the images on the front page. While there were some tea cups and different types of cups for the other half. Now, all the pictures are replaced by flowers. WTF?! Is anyone else getting this.[/hide]
  18. Can you simply not accept the fact some people can give better answers than you? huh? You didn't read again :shame:
  19. Well, i confirmed that deaths from ankou are only obtainable in P2p. You should try bandits in the wilderness. I find it really fun to kill them there, and they have amazing drops that are stackable. If a revenant comes, just run into the building with the respawn pizza.
  20. X?

It just means that there is a problem loading the image. Reasons could be: -Image is not there. -Image is corrupted or "torn." -You have a virus scanner or pop up blocker that just owned the image. -Its too big or takes too much memory to load. (Sometimes, after you wait awhile, the image loads) -You ran out of RAM to load the image.
  21. [hide=This] [/hide] [hide=Is the same as this.]You just answered your own question. You NEVER see people with poisoned longswords. Thats because you can't poison them. Since when could you poison any type of weapon other than a dagger or hasta. P.S. Don't start naming specifics, i'm just generalizing the majority of common weapons. Well, you got the Keris... arrows....Darts...[/hide] Uhm, i called you a lazy bum. I guess you read my post wrong? And yea, he really specified...
  22. Shade robes used to be 10k a set, 5k a piece because it was a good pking set. I don't know why they made them untradable though... :-# I also have to say, brine saber is better than a rune scimitar and that other sword you get at Mos Le'Harmless. Rune Daggers are fast and they are a stab type weapon which most armors protect less against, although they are worse than a Rune sword, they come on the cheaper side. Oh yea, and warhammer is a crush type weapon, i actually like the warhammer better then the scimitar.
  23. You should do the blast furnace, i set up a link in my post. Its almost as fast as gold with gauntlets and you gain money. You get smithing and smelting exp at the same time, and you can sell the unf bolts immediately. You do know i was sarcastic about making d'hides and gold w/ gauntlets right? Because those calculations are correct and it'll cost you a whole lot more then 1.2mil. What i did was just spin flax, tedious, but i got a lot of cash from it. For serums, if you can make them, do it. Its really cheap and doesn't take long.
  24. [hide=] Lol, all he did was say the exact same thing i said. He generalized. I'm not a frickin dictionary, go look it up yourself you lazy bum. Don't flame the person who actually took the time to answer your stupid question. You could have answered his question in a less sarcastic manner, and I wouldn't talk about him flaming YOU if you're doing the same thing. OT: You can only poison dagger, spears, hastae, darts, and arrows. Nothing else (although I've never tried it on somebody's drink ;)) [/hide] Only time i answered him in a "sarcastic manner" was when he asked me to list all poison-able weapons.. Does that not deserve a sarcastic answer? All i put was this -> I think i was quite justified to flame him when he didn't "appreciate" my answers and instead, flamed me. After someone comes and repeat what you just said. *cough* You as well *cough* Does your answer deserve a flame? its almost exactly like what i said. I quote the Joker: "Why so seriousss"
  25. Yes, the higher the better chance you get more salmon. But you'll never stop getting trout. I'm at level 76 and i still sometimes get 5 salmon for 23 trout. Its entirely random, you'll most likely almost always get more trout than salmon. P.S. Most likely almost always < What does that even mean?
