  1. You have to do damage to get his prayer off. So, pot up before you use the special, and waste all your prayer on your special attack (i.e. super str, piety, chivalry, whatever you have). You just gotta do 1 or more damage. He is really easy to kill after that.
  2. he said f2p maybe ice giants? uhm...those are f2p....
  3. Very thought out : Uhm, what i didn't like about the skill is that it seemed almost...repetative. Can i just suggest adding traps, agility courses, areas that need a lamp, and other things to help make this skill more appreciated. That way, it can incorporate other skills and it'll make the skill much more challengeing and respectful. Maybe create a digsite helmet? (i read on someone else's mining helmet suggestion thingy) I hope it isn't too late to support, lol.
  4. Fish>Flax>Coal>Maples>Anything Else Flax is currently the best, but the price changes so often that you would have to check everyday on it and switch back to fish, which i don't think you want to do that. Fish is best, and it gives crystal key halves a lot. Also, it gives more gems than coal. Coal, stinks. It only rised because of rocking out, now that its back to its normal price, its one of the worst investments. Maples, even worse than all of these. Your MTK "makes" maple logs for you at a price of 56.1gp each, that means you LOSE money. (maples are 46each in G E) The only way this would be a good investment would be if you get a magic seed every 2 days, which never happens, the best you could ever hope for would be 1 magic seed every 4 days. So 10 on Fish, 5 on Flax.
  5. Well, this is my first time as a windows vista user and frankly, i don't want to mess up my computer anymore than necessary. Does anyone know how to set the second Lenovo driver as default? I tried properties and such, but no go. Is there any way to "merge" the two drivers? [hide=][/hide]
  6. 1. People don't like quests, rather not bother with them and that quest really is a pain. 2. Not many people know about it. 3. Not many people want useless potions in their banks. 4. Might lose less money than serum 207s, idk.

I finally have enough money to actually train my construction to a decent level and i want to demolish my current house and start all over. I've got a vague blueprint of how i'm going to build my house, but i don't know much about dungeons. 1. I went exploreing other people's dungeons, and i noticed that the "dungeon" contains ordinary rooms like a kitchen. Does anything i build underground automatically make it a "dungeon" room? 2. Like, wtf is a Oubliette? I read in a post that i should build it in my throne room, is it the trap door thing in the floor? 3. Whats the point of the Dungeon other than the obvious pvp fun? I want more detail on the "Treasure Room". 4. Whats the minimum construction level to have a decent Dungeon? I'm going to get 70 construction today (made all 10k oak plankies maself  ). Is that "enough?" to start tearing down my entire house and rebuild. I have access to porcelin tea and the crystal saw. :
  8. Rock shell and Granite shouldn't since they aren't metal. I wear Barrows and it interferes, but maybe not for karil, no clue about that one. Rune Platebody definately though.
  9. lol? You obviously don't know what your talking about... :?
  10. Most quests allow stat boosts, some new ones prohibit it though (i.e. Rocking Out).
  11. Not a team, lol. Its a minigame where you work as a team to rebuild the temple. All you need to do is go to the themed world (forgot which) and just buy a few materials and get your sanction up. Then bless your oils. EDIT: world 77
  12. Lol, might i suggest updateing your recovery questions every now and then mm? (lol, jokes) but seriously, you should -.-
  13. You sure you didn't just type the pass wrong? Or have numlock on when you typed (laptops)? Maybe Caps? Or were you lagging when you typed? Might have missed a letter. Try finger typeing.
  14. Looooool, i had the same problem. i was like wtf?! What [cabbage]ing trail?! Just keep going forward, theres snow on both sides, just keep going until you see giant blue icicles.
  15. Looking at your stats, this must be your first time as members. GWD is not outfitted as the "major money making" you think it is. Soloing takes a huge chunk of your cash away. My clan member has gotten 6 sara swords and he says hes still poor, even though he makes his own potions. For GWD soloing, you need sara brews and super restores, and that costs a lot. If you get your stats to 90+ as you said, your ready, only, you can't do armadyl and you can't do saradomin, and bandos u'd get maybe 1, 2 if your lucky, kills. That leaves Zammy, and he's easy, but gives junk most of the time. I suggest doing quests and raiseing your member's stats first. P.S. GWD needs experience, on what to do and how to do it. Read the guides, and most of all, go with a team first and learn the ropes.
  16. dont worry i only eat 1 potato a hit >_< No, i'm saying it looks like your getting hit twice in a row, which shouldn't be happening. Stop concentrating on your food. Concentrate on the giant fat red guy trying to kill you. Either, as the poster under me said, run to a safe spot. Or concentrate on not getting k0'ed on the second hit.
  17. Well, you need 70 agility for Saradomin, so thats one god down. Your range isn't top notch for armadyl, so raise that. The more prayer the better. Pretty much train everything
  18. Just a few things to change in Ixindor's post. 1. Don't get snakeskin bandana, its useless, might as well get a Spined helmet which is almost as good as a robin. 2. Zammy Book if your going for any type of god book, but it'll take you a long time to get all the pages (took my friend 3 months and he offered 1mil over the current priceings). 3. If you can't buy a Zammy Book, get a good shield like obby. 4. YOU NEED A ACCUMULATOR, do the animal magnetism quest right NOW! Picking up your own knives is such a pain. 5. Use Broad Tipped Bolts, cheaper than mith and as good as addy.
  19. I haven't been against Jad yet (not going either anytime soon), but should'nt you continue switching prayers instead of trying to heal instantly with tuna potatos? Because isn't it more important to block the second hit instead of trying to heal with a food that gives 22 hp? Idk, someone verify this, but concentrate on blocking the second hit if he hit you once and once you start getting back into your flow, eat your potatos.
  20. All i used were a couple of cake and a few anti poison ;) Seems like your trying to drain his money for no apparent reason. Just get a few lobsters, 5ish anti poisons (not super, its the same as anti poison) and don't bring any prayer potions, throughout the quest, theres an alter on the island where you can pray. Only the dungeon runs will you ever run out of prayer, in which case i suggest 10 energy potions (you'll have to run to the mage 4 times i believe). Don't forget tele runes =) but but....what if he makes an error or something?better be safe  Super anti poison is used for constant poison attacks. Only way he'll be poisonsed is from the scorpion, the spiders, or the traps in the dungeon. The scorpions are easily evaded, the spiders poison 2 damage, and the traps, if your worrying about traps in the dungeon and 4-5 poison damage, your not looking straight. You said as many prayer potions as you can....Man, i used cake ffs. I had 43 prayer when i did this quest, and i still didn't run out of prayer in the dungeons. I didn't even have run potions, so i had to walk portions of it. Just bring energy potions. Tip: When getting monkey dentures and the monkey mould, get 2 spares of each....My friend, i told him to get spares, and he didn't listen. I ended up making another 3 super energy potions for him -.-
  21. Killing cockroaches /Mining runite /& doing the newt w/ air running trick are the fastest money makers in F2p. Newts w/ air running - Kinda self explanitory, just use your cabbage patch tele, craft airs, run south to newt shop and buy full inven. Then reteleport, bank in draynor. Tanning hides is 50k an hour. Yews aren't bad, if you know what your doing. Merchanting would get you over 100k an hour, if you have a lot of money to start with that is. Another one thats over 100k an hour is doing cheese runs - Cabbage patch teleport, run south to the port sarim shop, buy cheese, teleport back, bank. Repeat.

  23. It is proven to be the best strength training in the game. Don't talk about what you don't know. Under that logic whip must be the best attack and strength training weapon. (Same stats, allows rune defender for better hits), so under that logic whip should be higher because it's better in 2 skills. I guess you've never owned a whip? Doesn't train strength, only controlled.
  24. :wall: Reading this 4 times a day. lol Its ForsakenMage right now. And Blogchat turned into Blogworld.
