it would be interesting, as drop rates would be easier to work out, as you see how many you have at the start, then once you get the drop, you start again, and work out the drop averages. could be interesting, i support.

wait i feel a new thread coming on: finally got a needle on the ge!!!!!!@@@@@@, after managing to kill men for 3 seconds i obtained 10 gp and was able to buy 10 needles. am i proud? hell yeah. 10 needles is awesome man, i mean its worth all of 10gp... thats the sort of threads that will start coming up. if you had posted some of the drops or skills you got along the way for getting the cash to buy the sgs then it would be rated higher. also on another point: buying an item at lower than someone else did, is nothing to flame about. i bought my zgs at 32m, its now 27.1m i think (and falling further), but am i going to sell it? hell no. if you really want an item you keep it, no matter how much cash you will lose.

potions are not a way to 'secure' a victory, but that said, i don't really care if someone i am facing uses pots. when i beat them, it makes me feel better, as they had to pot and still lost, whilst i was unpotted. simply put: who gives a flying **** whether someone uses a potion or not. pots are in the game, so why should someone not use them?

75 fming in less than a week isnt an achievement. (75 is the lvl for under 100k rank)

1-82 in 6 days isnt hard, especially if you burn the highest logs you can, so it is not an achievement. also just over 2m xp in one level isnt good in a cheap skill. try getting 2m xp in prayer, then post that. you would get a lot better response than 82 fming. 3/10

fletching makes money not loses it, therefore isnt seen as much of an achievement. cooking costs about 5m to 99 and can be done quite quickly. firemaking costs around 5m usually, however some people probably burn yews which costs more but takes a lot less time. however i dont look down on those skillcapes, merely dont respect them as much as the others. however the menial tasks associated with those skills make it unable to be looked down on.

the godsword gives around 85 crush bonus, which i think is ok, albeit slightly slow.

having relationships with people over the internet is fine by me, to a certain extent. If anyone ever starts to have a 'loving' relationship and you are asked to meet them irl, either: a.) tell them no, because you do not want to, b.) if you actually want to meet this person, bring at least a friend or parent/older sibling/guardian, who can watch things from a distance. That may sound sad, but i think that being watched over, whilst meeting someone, is a lot better than being kid napped without anyone knowing about it. i do not however condone meeting people over the internet, i am simply telling you that someone who is more mature, or a mate should come with you (not this is directed at those younger people 15-, who wont be able to defend themselves against a grown man). I would also not suggest giving out your phone number, if you are a child, because you could get disturbing texts/calls, and the person may pass your number on to third parties, making your life even worse. i know loads of people on rs, who i have relationships with, i even know the part of new york, that two people i know over rs, live in. But am i gonna go there? Hell no. apart from living in britain, if i actually met them, i may well hate their guts because they are a**holes in real life. I agree that sometimes people can have good relationships after meeting on rs, but usually that happens to adults only, as an adult is more likely to know what to do etc. Children should not look for love over the internet, because of all the sick people out there. despite probably being underage (older readers will know what i am referencing to), you are vulnerable, even if you wont like to admit it.

one of the faults in your statement, is that it isnt actually hard to get money anymore. that is why jagex create 'money drain' skills such as construction and summoning, so that people have less money. any noob can go to god wars dungeon in a group and make money, not hard, and very little effort recquired. Then there was 'onyx merchanting' the ability to use unfair trading made this even easier, as you would pay about 1.5m for the runes, then get crafting assist (or if you have 90 crafting make your own) to make a fury amulet, which would sell for 4.9m. this was still able to be done, albeit with less profit than before, a few weeks ago. selling bought items is also the hardest part, as the ge limit restricts the amount you can sell.

but do you remember what happened to the ags at one point? it fell 10m in 3 days, if that is not a crash, i dont know what is.

the highest hit that has actually happened on rs is 150 with ruby (e) bolts on a steel titan. the highest hit is calculated as 168 with a keris on kalphites, but this has not happened yet, as the effect of the keris is very rare. the highest hit is not on a corporeal beast, although many people believe a 400 can be hit, it cannot, because the corporeal beast is either: a.) resistant to its effect, or b.) starts on 500 health points, and is taken to 2000 by the healers.

funny thing is, you yourself now nothing about price manipulation. It takes far more than 5 minutes to manipulate prices, and to sell stock after you have bought it. Also i have spoken to some of the generals from a c i d y's cc, and they agree that price manipulation is F****** up the economy. It is unfortunate that price manipulation is part of the economy and is actually illegal in most countries as it is not just to do such a thing. A lot of people know how to manipulate a market and dont, because they want other people to enjoy the game, so your argument about it just being a game, also works against you, as this is rs money, worth effectively nothing, that these wanna be merchants feel that they have to have some fake money, that wont get them anywhere in life. In a job interview, will this help you: 'I know all about how markets work, i price manipulated on an online game called runescape, and made loads of gp, i currently have 200m in my bank and full 3rd age melee', say that and you will get laughed out of the interview, and most likely never be able to show your face in public again. merchanting, is far different to price manipulation. merchants actually had skill in markets, and didnt need 100 other people to help them make money, i refer to such accounts as chessy018 and a c i d y, who merchant(ed) without other people's help. and price manipulation is making the economy change, because things dont simply become unavailable to buy because loads of people decide to buy them. Irl the stock is rarely 'bought out' completely, most usually people have stock indicators to show how soon stock runs out. [hide=]so basically you have just proved that you fail; [/hide]

it isnt actually against the rules, but jagex have said that they try to combat price manipulation. which is a lie, because the price manipulators still do it.

change the blood rune amounts as well, steel dragons drop 20 bloods, whereas these addy ones drop 7-12????! id also like to see a rune dragon as a boss, which drops the dragon platebody =P

the problem is, it isnt just one person who does it. if it was one person then they are a merchant, but often now its just a group of wanna be merchants who decide to buy out an item. jagex have also said they do change it if they see evidence of price manipulation. i hate it, because i have had over 4 different dfs's and zgs's so far, and have lost money from all of them, i didnt actually buy them for merching though, i actually used them. and i currently have a zgs, but i like it and if it falls to 20m, im still gonna keep it., because i enjoy using it.

jagex also stated that the new weapons that are 'uber' good, will only be able to be used on pvp worlds. they also stated that you wont get the other persons items, which is fair enough considering they dont want rwt, but most people pked for money and fun. so 0.5 of the idea of pking has already gone, which leaves us with the new super powerful weapons, that mean people will be hitting even higher than before. i think that in the end, many f2p will complain that they didnt get much from the update, which happens with most pvp udates, such as bher; 'i play to pk', was one of the favourites of f2p who couldnt use the members argument; 'i pay to pk'. so i can see f2p complaining about it, but only a minority thankfully, seeing as most f2p are mature enough to not try to threaten jagex by leaving rs etc. on p2p though, it will be a gerat update, albeit something i wont be doing, because i never did original pking, seeing as my acc was made just as pking was phased out. However many of those who endured from the last december updates, will have some of their fun back, even if they cannot make as much money as before.

in the new free for all, i face lvl 120+s who still hit 0s with their ags specs. also the point about it 'just' being the ags is wrong, seeing as you complained about the str and slash bonuses from it, which applies to all the gs's. effectively you are complaining about all gs's because take away the specs and you can still hit high 50s with each gs. get piled by that and you are still dead. imo get a gs then go and kill people with it, you would realise how fun it is. and not any 'noob' can afford an ags.
