Lucid dreams? I believe I had one, but it was weird: I could do what I wanted, but the laws of physics were set. They were just...different. For example, you could fly simply by jumping forward into the air, and twisting your body like a top. Anyway, scary dream: I think I had my mouth covered or something, but in the dream: I was underwater, at night. I could sense movements in the water, but I couldn't see anything. Just blackness, with waves of water rushing against me. There was a persistent growl rumbling through the entire space, and it was just startling to see nothing, but feel everything. Was frightening to not know what was swimming around me, and to not be able to breathe. Also, who can forget the dream where aliens vivisect you?

There are no awesome emissions. One can only hope to catch a wisp of awesome left over from the insightful comments, good jokes, and original comebacks of forums past. The days of awesome emissions are over. And you... are a fraud.

That stings.

Its the bumblebee upgrade. It makes absolutely no sense--an anti-aircraft flamethrower. Seriously, Russians?

Just got the game. Probably going to get LIVE just for it. I've decided to use the Europeans. Why? Because apparently they're hard to use (which will make me better after repeated losses, because I currently suck), and because the adviser woman has a sexy voice. Russians are ridiculously cheap. They break the command chain ( a rock-paper-scissors thing) with their gunship-killing tanks. Also, their tanks have freaking flamethrowers. What?

What? No way! I'm pretty sure you're just talking about what looked like fossilized bacteria in martian meteorites.

Yeah pretty much. Sex is a really good thing when two people are using it to show how much they love each other or to start a family. I wouldn't even consider porn as a bad thing. They are consenting adults after all. Porn? Nah. They reduce it to a mechanized action, fitting a pre-written script. Even though it should be completely free flowing--the only thing fueling it being passion. But that's just my opinion.

Space. My one and only goal.

Yes, but Schrodinger's cat is easily resolvable: just open the box and observe. There is no equivalent for God. You might as well just say that we can't be sure. Comparing it to a situation described accurately by mathematics is a little misleading. Opening the box would just be... death. That's the equivalent.

I came in here thinking this would be a philosophical discussion. Maybe about organizations or sections of society that stem from tradition and an illusion of 'need', soon becoming White Crayons of the real world... But it's actually about white crayons. Damn it.

No, I don't think so. The only reason I can do so many pull-ups is probably because my arms are abnormally big, in comparison with my body. I've been doing the exercise since I was like 12, so I've just gotten good at it. When I add a backpack with like 12 kilograms, the number of pull ups drops to 15--So it's all probably just about my unusual arm/body ratio. EDIT: Now that my body weight has become stable (I've stopped growing), I guess these same old exercises just don't help anymore. Are you going all the way down and all the way up when you do pullups? I've seen many people claim to do X number of pull ups. They go upt to the bar and their ROM is ridiculously small. They attempt to do dead hang (go all the way down) and the number decreases dramatically. I don't let my arms go completely straight, no. Because that gives them time to relax. I do more of a 160 degree deal. Maybe a bit more. Though, admittedly, the last two or three are done with the aid of my legs (I kick up weakly, as my arms start to burn off). So those numbers'd be a little lower I guess. But yeah, I don't want to talk about what I'm doing currently, I need what I should be doing.

Oh, yessah-- As soon as I saw that car in 'I, Robot' I wanted it. Plus, spherical wheels. How can you beat that?

Tell me, when you reach a plateau, do you maintain the muscles at least? It sucks, I have no facilities here. I've hit barriers at 41 pull-ups, 43 chin-ups, and 120 push-ups. I can't advance at all. Could any of you PM me some good weightless exercises to switch it up? My facilities= one pull-up bar, one mat, two 5 kilogram dumbbells, and a track. My leg exercises are terrible. I try and do 2 miles, with 100 meter sprints injected after every 700 meters, and then I do some squat jumps :-/ Oh right, to offer me good exercises: I'd be around 5'5 and 135 pounds. Thank you in advance. And...I like climbing. I try to do parkour. If any of you do that--tips'd be nice. I'm sure one of you mentioned it... was it Mage_man?

If you knew me, you'd know I like to teach lessons indirectly. And if you knew me--you'd know I like a contradiction or two.

Losing someone you love. I've tried thinking deeply about that scenario--felt like there was a crushing weight on my chest. Only a fraction of what would happen in reality.

Adrenaline. Where you can feel your heart beating against your chest, where you can gauge your body's beat by the pump of your veins--where the tingle of sweat pierces your skin like a million tiny daggers. Amongst all of that chaos, there is oddly a sense of clarity. Almost makes you meditative, makes things move in slow motion. It feels like electricity is bursting from your fingertips. It feels good.

I told that Nate story in real life a year ago. It carried on over a week of AP World History classes, with the sudden conclusion bringing all of my friends and my teacher just a little bit closer to killing me. A lot closer, actually. Was hilarious, because they were so interested. I kept telling them that the ending was insane. They all laughed like hell when I did it to some other people though :P

No. But we can still make odd animal/human hybrids. Artificially splice genes, and voila. ^Well, it's not that easy, but meh.

Flop, flop, flop, flop, flop. Perhaps that's why.

Ignorance. Why care about something of which you are misinformed?

Damn, my parents absolutely hate drugs. :(

I have spent time scouring this thread, in an effort to compile all things listed into the single most quirky personality trait and present it as my own. After much calculation, it seems tha-- Well, crap. I guess that's my thing. Whether my 'thing' is to analyze the trends of others and calculate the optimal way to act, or whether my 'thing' is to present radically new ideas is a conclusion that can be reached only by your perception and judgment, and those alone. I'm a bastard, making you copy and paste these tiny messages.

I don't know about mathematics being boring. I too held that view a while ago. Many times, the thought relapses. But sometimes a mathematical problem presents an entirely different scape than anything you've ever seen before, and you're forced to think on your feet and figure it all out. You use every tool at your disposal--and it ends up being like a game. Not too bad. Though, the same occurs for every science, so... I just wasted two minutes.

Wait, wait, wait-- Are we talking biological age, or the age you're perceived as by people around you? Because you could freeze biologically at 18, wait 3 years and be able to drink. And you could freeze at 25, and gain all the wisdom you want while still remaining physically optimal. :-/
