Wow OP, I really don't know where to start. I'm maxed with over a billion xp on Runescape myself, so I've sunk quite a few hours into this game as well, but your post comes off as nothing but a desperate attempt to rationalize the addiction of the last year of your life. Instead of talking about working out and getting ripped, why don't you get a gym membership and actually do it? Also, I seriously doubt Jagex would mistakenly ban someone who just AFKs for botting... Yes, it's very possible and easy to do. For example: Remaps Z key to type all that for you, and Esc to bring back the normal Z key function. As long as you don't spam enter so much that it constantly displays text above your head, you probably won't get muted.

All those people who got 99's as quickly as possible could very easily turn around and get some overall levels and get themselves to #1 on front page w/ dat 13m+ xp. Looking at the front page atm is not a good indicator of who is ahead in the max race.

I bet it'll feel weird that the most awesome achievement of your life will probably always be 5B XP on Runescape, a game few will have heard of a few decades from now. Hopefully you pass on dat No XP-Waste, Ever wisdom to your kids, if you decide to have any (such as teaching them how to brush their teeth and poop simultaneously). It feels like RS has come to a bittersweet end with someone finally achieving the maximum of all maximums, outstripping the "epic"ness of all who came before like Zezima. After playing this game since 2005, it's nice to finally witness it happening.

I just want to post to clarify that there is currently no way that you can profit from smithing a rune bar into anything.

I personally have found the xp/hr difference between doing Dark Beasts in Kuradel's dungeon w/ fero ring and cannoning at light temple to be negligible at best. Your cannon will often get blocked by other dark beasts at light temple, especially when you're picking up blue charms and a few other drops. I don't have any substantial xp/hr data, but I got a task and did exactly 100 kills @ light temple and 100 @ kuradel's dungeon and found light temple only just slightly faster. Loss of ferocious ring is significant. Also, gargoyles are DEFINITELY not worth doing in CT vs. kuradel's dungeon. By the way, this is a great guide. Good job.
