It isn't coming... Would be too good. I'd like one but I doubt it's coming. I think the set effect could greatly boost specials and be balanced, since the set would be very expensive since much of it is very rare. A constant bonus would be nice too.

Shortsword? Warhammer? I like the idea of the Warhammer, Shortsword too... I doubt a Defender will ever be released.

Yeah. I agree. You can even get the prayer bonus for like 7k with a broodoo shield.

+1 the longsword is also more accurate, and hits slightly harder. Accuracy means consistency, I had put that in already :) I think I should pwn this and make a real unbiased comparison thread including the missed weapons like halberd, spear, claws, shortsword, etc.

Longsword speed to Scimitar speed is very inaccurate there. 5:6 Ratio. Longsword hits harder and is the most consistent. Unbiased requires accuracy and not just a lack of "OMFG SCIMMY P00NZZZ!!!"

People who range understand this phenomenon well... It juat happens, not a glitch and it isn't ranged.

You can use Guthan's on anything that doesn't require anything other than the food it replaces.

Hell yeah. It even has use training. On Topic: Thinking on price, anchor beats GS with it's stats very soundly. My personal opinion is that a whip is better and a z.spear is better than that.

I find it fun when I'm not going for tickets. Playing it for rewards isn't the point. Other minigames are reward based and less popular. Clearly the playerbase isn't as shallow as some say... I still like FoG more... probably because I enjoy pwning it in F2P for easy tokens.

Depends on levels. I get more ranged xp per hour than melee skills because my melees are low 70s and my ranged is nearly 90

Well I know equipment bonus certainly helps. 20 makes a big difference... 10 is noticeable. A warrior ring may be a good idea if you are training with slash for a long time

I agree with you. That would be an odd exception to the "chain is cheaper than plate" rule. The Dragon Platebody will probably drop as you say into the reach of lower leveled players and bring some life back into dragon armor... People often don't use something that they cannot buy as a set, I don't use dragon armor because I cant afford the chainbody (well, without selling most of my current gear) and can't have a matching set.

I'm sure the East will come out in installments. It could theoretically have updates to many skills, as the Eastern civilizations were quite advanced Farmers, Crafters, Smiths (have you seen how darn complex a katana is???!!), they pioneered gunpowder (possible updates to Firemaking, Herblore - as close to chemistry as RS gets -, I am NOT saying guns will be released, gunpowder had many other uses), they were accomplished engineers (construction quest) and mystics (magic update anyone?), among many other things I can't think of right now. And to the guy who posted above and made me have to click submit again #-o .... I agree.

Jagex has to pay its employees. That money doesn't directly go to him.

1. Look around to see if i can locate the unlucky dead guy. If I can't, keep it. 2. Keep it... harder than RS to find the real owner and there's a good chance someone would just take it a a lost in found (I know of people who go around to those kinds of things and ask if money has been returned to them). EDIT: Actually on the goldsites that's around $35-$40.
