Just thought Id point out thats not because were capitalist, its because our government takes the term sucking to a whole new level of fail. Seriously, capitalist or socialist economies can work equally well, how the system is run is often much more important then what the specifics of the system are. That would be a very appropriate reward for sequel to desert treasure, as a drop from some new monster, not just for finishing. Im not too up to date with story though has most of what would be a dt sequel been released through quests like wgs?

One small thing about the justice system not being a revenge system. If someone kills a loved one of yours then you have the right to demand they never be allowed into the public sector again, now as to whether you can demand their life is a matter of belief on capital punishment but to want murderers in a cell the rest of their lives may be revenge but that doesnt mean it isnt also rightous.

better to be blind then to be wicked. Personally I am for the death penalty, but really I dont care how we deal with some of the worst offendors as long as they arent leaving the prison alive. If we were stricter about handing out no parole sentences I would be happy to give up execution of criminals. Honestly, we do need to reform prisons to help the convicts who want it while being strict about punishing those who will not improve themselves. Finally, I think any prisoner with a life sentence should have the right to be executed by the method of their choice(within reason).

maybe make the catalytic and elemental runes a new drop from a new slayer monster taking 95+slayer actually I have a rough idea for that monster now remnant of creation cb lvl 200 ish hp 185 ish attacks with accurate melee attacks and a mage attack that drains any random combat stat by 5(including pray) both attacks occur near simultaneously. The remnant will reduce slayer to a non boosted level upon attacking(negate pie) similiar to nechyreals when it dies 3 lvl 80 fragment will spawn along with the drop and attack the player using only the mage attack they drop nothing except ashes and possibly runes not sure on the drops of course but that would seem to stop pie users while providing an adequate challenge

How do you merch it into cash? :? :?: Once again, no personal experience but I imagine it works like this. selling 100k in junk for 70k cash also if you own a god sword or other desired lending item you can lend for long periods of time and money using junk to get around trade barrier, ex lending bgs 24 hours 1mil, turns 1mil junk into 1mil cash

One flaw I have noticed with Communism is something that I dont think has been pointed out, specilization of work. If everyone makes decisions on how everything is run they have to take a lot of time to study a plethora of topics to make informed decisions. Where as in a society with established senators or representatives or whatever get to spend all their "work"<--couldnt resist joke: time doing what they should be by studying what should be done to best help the people quick summary--with a pure communist system every civilian would have to also work as a senator which presents a time management problem.

Just thought I would inform you that he wasnt saying homosexuality=pedophilia, but that they were the same in that they are sexual um activities is the word I guess that he does not approve of. On the genetic thing, the fact there is some genetic link of debated effect is different from a direct effect. A gene that promotes homosexuality isnt guarenteed to cause it just make it more likely so such genes could quite easily be passed on, especially if that family had other genes that suppresed the so called gay gene and allowed it to be spread out before showing up in descendents.

i think i know a fun prank to pull with zgs, not sure how well it would work but if it is effective would be funny in pvp spec someone then walk under them, while they are trying to attack you while under teleport away, once they unfreeze they will be so confused.

actually if you want 3rd age to stop being traded with junk you should want jagex to raise the price on it so people would rather have that price in cash then selling junk for more. The price in junk people want isnt what they would want as the stree price if their was free trade for instance lets just say some piece of 3rd age costs 20mil in exchange 100mil street price(this may resemble something but i just made up numbers). If a player trying to sell that piece could demand a pure gp cost it would be somewhere between the two prices because 100mil in junk is not worth as much as a 100mil in gp since it cant be used except for other junk trades

What about woodcutting, crafting and smithing, those seem to relate to sailing. his sarcasm hath defeated you :lol: interesting find hopefully we are getting a mining update lol

actually imp in a box is useful anytime you are dealing with high value stuff if lootsharing at a boss and get a drop like visage or hilt send it to bank so its safe, during wild clue scrolls send casket back to bank then go retrieve etc.

some things id like to see in slayer 1. less focus on single giant drops and more just plain good monsters, similair to the fact that you dont kill green drags hoping for a rune dagger 2. a dragon requiring a slayer level to kill, preferably high enough to deter a lot of people. This would be a visage dropping dragon, maybe the white dragon :shock: 3. a really good training monster or two unlocked with higher level slay then dust devils

I think a mage staff that nulls the need for all elemental runes could be workable if it had some setbacks. Also, maybe instead of providing runes it could be made to store up to a certain limit ex. you could put the runes into the staff up to say 200 casts of ice barrage, allowing space saving for pvp fighting. The best choice for a ultimate weapon i can see for range would be the dragon crossbow, though im not sure how well it could work due to the power of the current dragon bolts. Personally, Id like to see a new 2handed crossbow besides the karil's cbow that would be powerful but obviously sacrifice defense due to the lack of shield. For melee, the thought of a katana from the new eastern lands is a very tantalizing possibility. If it is released it will hopefully be 2 handed and fast, not sure about stats but clearly lower then gs.

You would not be able to get the same xp per hour crafting airs as you would with death because of the gloves. Sure, you can get the same amount of exp per essence but it takes time to earn those gloves that someone crafting deaths could put to use actually runecrafting. I think they should allow the gloves to stack, though I believe due to coding trouble they would have to work it as any gloves that lose charges being unstackable with full gloves stacking which would also be fine

as said wise old man tasks dont require completion of swan song if he does give experience for summon its very marginal, i tried doing tasks for him once and most of them will require you to go buy some basic equipment or smith it which is going to make it unworthy of your time

hate to disappoint you but we get a thread like this every winter event and its never true we are not getting seasons every christmas they give us some nice snow/ice and what not every halloween we get halloween decorations and easter gets some easter stuff.

I just completed the christmas event and quest so im posting what information I have. I admit this isnt very complete info but i forgot to take good notes while doing this so I only have basic info event-- started by talking to a head imp located at a few stated locations around runescape, you are given a necklace that summons a snow imp. You are tasked with finding jack frost who has escaped from the land of snow. The imp will tell you how hot or cold you are, the colder you get the closer to jack frost. I found him in the cow field east of lumbridge, after finding him talk to your imp to teleport to the land of snow. Walk up to jack and you will see a cutscene which will end the event. reward--santa suit, a top bottom gloves and boots santa themed (no there is not a hat) quest info-- talk to explorer jack who will tell you about magic stones hidden in the land of snow, and say that you can talk to a head snow imp or specific wizard(idk name) in the wizard tower to teleport there. The quest consists of a few simple s.lide through the room puzzles followed by a trickier two step puzzle(note, unlike many slide puzzles ive done you may move diagonally in these). If you go into the last room before finishing the puzzle a yedi will howl and you will be thrown out of the room, during this scene you will see a horn clearly connnected to the path of the previous room. Pushing the two stones into place and completing the path will allow you acess to the horn, after reading instructions written on the wall you can blow the horn which will stun the yedi. return to the yedis room and grab the stones. upon leaving the cave(you cant tele) some snow imps confront you about how the stones are actually yeti dung that they were using to prank explorer jack. After changing the spell on the yeti dung the imps allow you to leave. Talk to jack and you will be given the choice to tell him the truth or continue the prank. I choose to tell the truth (decision seems to end quest). Reward I received was a 500exp lamp and 1Qp. After quest note--there are 3 markings in walls on different rooms of the caverns, basic equipmentchisel, hammer, axe more possible are needed to access along with more puzzle navigating the first markings gave me 2k crafting exp when viewed the second markings gave 10k agility exp when viewed when i read the third markings it said it required 80 woodcutting to view so I am unaware of the reward. If there are reqs for the first two markings due to my stats i can say they are below 57 agil and 64 crafting respectably sorry if this isnt too well written first serious info like this ive posted

it depends on how you define safing the only real pking experience i have is ranging on ftp servers, I swallow two swordfish as soon as im at less then 30hp and get called a safer. I understand that it makes no sense to eat after everyhit but i figure if im within 2 hits of being killed its reasonable to eat. I have some friends that eat too soon and the fight is boring to watch because its all zeroes and i have another friend who wont eat if he cant be easily 1hit, i think hes crazy but not my choice so basically, I think its okay to safe if you arent eating at a constant rate, i figure if you are within 2 non maxed hits then its fine to eat, if your eating above that its very boring.
