Uhm, in the Middle Ages, people already knew about black people. Greecs knew them, Romans too. I know a lot of knowledge has been lost after the fall of the West Roman Empire, but I don't think this also means black people. You mustn't also not forget that trade between nations, including Muslim nations etc in North Africa, didn't stop, although it decimated during the Dark Ages. Oh, and we have the Crusades, some Muslim factions used the so called coloured people too as militia in their centres in the Middle East.

Yeah, but could you really expect a 2k price to be sustainable? It's like 3m/hour for experienced hunters, so there's no way that'll be the equilibrium price. My best guess is around 1-1.2k each as a settling price - I wouldn't go through the hassle of hunting grenwalls for less than 1m/hour. Have the really crashed now? PS: I got around 40k of them in total for 500-1200 each :P Of course I didn't expect them so stabilize at 2k each. That's why I'm posting, showing that I've fallen for my impatience, and I will pay for it. I also feel a bit stupid not trying to get any spikes in the GE before (I assume that's what you did). It's not like I had a lack of open slots (not flipping anything atm) to keep an offer in. I guess I expected them to crash when I finally got to the point where I need them. I'm pretty happy though with the prices I've bought my lantadymes, dwarfweeds, mage and range pots at (I think they are all like 1k+ more expensive atm), not to mention my unintended awesome merch on super energy pots (I had been buying a ton of them for around 1-1.5k each cause I first wanted to use those to get to 96). After I got 87 herblore, and super energies were 3.5k each, I realised overloads would be cheaper, so I sold 37k super energies for a profit of over 2k each and started buying overload supplies. Buying 10k avantoes at 1.7k each when they had a minor dip was also a pretty good move :-) (used 4k, sold 6k for 3k profit I think). Have they really crashed? I haven't really tried buying them for min, but from what I read in the herblore forum, they are and from my own reasoning they should. They were bought out and artificially high, then got buyable in the GE, so the next logical step is the crash. And mr 33 hunter xp, are you telling me you can get 2.2k spikes an hour?! Is this with catching your own pawya's too? In any case, that's insane. Well, I average about 1.8k spikes an hour, but with the papaya seeds (who seem to love me) and the many herbs I get, I equal around 4-4.5m easely. Yes indeed, I catch my pawyas myself. 3 traps for pawyas, 2 for grenwalls and everything goes smooth. ^^ Only thing I hate about it is that I can't multitask while doing this.

PS: I got around 40k of them in total for 500-1200 each :P I get about 4.5m an hour at 33m hunt exp, I think the extra "exp levels" (I'm almost 109 by exp terms) really adds improved catch rates. But hey, made some pretty money over there. Hopefully there will still be a reasonable price for them, so they are still worth more than chins (seeing as I get about the same exp/hour there).

I'm thinking of sea slugs, just because of the sea creatures and of the family of Kennith. Might be wrong, but after reading the blog about christmas, I don't think there's a link to the sea. Oh yeah: SAILING! @@@@ This is getting old... XD

Well, it wasn't Saradomin who helped Zamorak, just some Saradomin followers, in their hopes to break the power of Zaros. And about Saradomin being good: that just not true, he led whole armies to conquer the world, just as Zaros and Zamorak did. Only he did it with so called "Law and Justice". History is written by the winner of a fight, in this case, most human civilisations worship Saradomin and from this angle Saradomin looks good and Zamorak bad, but it's just a matter of perspectives. :P Just wanted to point that out.

Smelly, but wasn't Lapalok a disciple of Sumona/Devourer/Amascut too? Hmm, the game oddly ties together. :P

Slayer guild please? Honestly, how could you build a guild for slayer? Perhaps make a tower with various monsters on each level that get progressivly higher levels the higher floors you get to. Or maybe a cave where the further you go in the higer leveled the monsters are. <_< Yeah, that'd be cool. Oh wait...

At my home we just don't celebrate those American holidays, like Hallowe'en and Christmas (well, not the way like in America, we just have a tree and we have a special dinner that day). Halloween's not something that's only celebrated in America. It originated in Ireland, as the end of the "lighter half" of the year - then becoming the "darker half". Therefore I'm sure, if celebrated in so many places there's most likely *some* people that take part in it in Belgium/the Netherlands. Yes, that's true, I just said that at my home, we don't celebrate it, and that Sinterklaas is far more popular in Belgium and Holland. And about Hallowe'en, yes, it comes from Ireland, but the way it's celebrated these days is the american day, with the trick or threating, pumpkins (in Ireland it were beets originally) and that sort of stuff. And sorry for the interuption to the pictures, I shall not fuss about the holidays anymore. :P

I wouldn't know the spelling of Santa, never celebrated that American holiday. In Belgium and the Netherlands, we celebrate Sinterklaas, from the same Saint Nicolas. But it's an older version, on another date (6 december) and apart from the red and the beard, they don't resemble that much.

Well, I have great respect for Tytn, he's one of the first mods Paul and Andrew gathered. A lot of the old quests are on his name, same as the myreque series, one of my favourites. :D

Well, there could be something planned with it, but fact is, we don't know. We also don't have a use for that machine in the slayer cave in the desert, a use for daeyalt, a lot of doors/gates are still locked for us. We just have to be patient. :P

As for now, they didn't play a role in the game, apart from the mentioned clue.

Saw that person also a few days ago, I was like "Oo MUST GET...." And at the Guthix Cave thingy, is already there since the beginning, when the quest came out, I thought I've got to get there. (No guides were online at that moment :P)
