    Food

I'm jealous. The only other donut shop I've seen around here is Dunkin Donuts, which is leagues behind Krispy Kreme. There is no comparison o.o

    Food

Anyone ever tried a fresh Krispy Kreme donut straight out of the oven fancy-donut-making-machine? I tried one for the first time a couple months ago, and oh my god I am a changed man.
  3. I try to dress well and aren't antisocial by any means, but I love video games, psychology, music theory, and engineering, so I'm probably a nerd :P Most people that know me know that those are my interests so that's probably what they see me as.
  4. You guys do realize the dude's 16, right? He's already hit puberty. I've never seen a Justin Bieber fangirl so I don't really see a reason to hate the guy. I'm not forced to listen to his music. Hating him just for existing would make me a douche.
  5. *sees void knight in the background* *reads BTS* Yup, definitely a Cooking/Construction update.
  6. Why is it awful? If you mention the online play, then I don't give a [bleep]. The real reason I'm getting it is to play with close friends; I'll probably rarely play online.

    Today...

Today I realized how much TIF annoys me (a lot), and I'm now wondering why I visit here so much o.o
  8. Finally getting my PS3 this weekend after I get my paycheck, I've been saving up for sooo long o.o I plan on getting MW2 first so I can finally play online with friends, but after that I plan on getting: Uncharted 2 Bioshock 1 & 2 Assassin's Creed 2 Oblivion Fallout 3 Anything else worth looking into?

YES LEARN BY EAR. You'll regret it if you don't, trust me :(
  10. I understand the necessity of it sometimes, but it's still selfish. There really isn't any way you can justify it. Don't bother.
  11. Guys it's shooped, look, we can't even see all of the chatbox
  12. Hmm. I could argue that Muse is musically leagues ahead of many performers out there, because they really do make impressive music. But I've seen some ridiculous fans, so I can understand the hate :P
  13. It wasnt even the sex jokes were that funny. I dont remember much specific stuff. But I do remember me and my friends laughed at completely different times then the rest of the audience. It was awkward. Well, I mostly only laughed at the mouse stuff, and at Zach Galifianakis's parts. Dunno why but they were the funniest parts of the movie for me :P
  14. I also saw Dinner for Schmucks last night, with my family. It was better than I was expecting, but still wasn't that great. Steve Carell really needs to find a new character to act, not just the brainless idiot with a big heart. I actually thought the first half of the movie was hilarious, but the second half was filled with too many tasteless sex jokes :l
  15. I remember last week while I was on my way to the fire giant dungeoneering spot, I got up while near the log by the coal trucks to get a glass of water. When I came back, no one was there but this was in my public chat: Range Assist me w/ agil? ? L fail bot, reported I wasn't doing anything, just standing there. There's nothing I could have possibly been botting, except maybe the coal trucks. But... the coal trucks? Why in the world would a level 124 be botting coal? Intelligence is abound
  16. Think seriously if you actually want a job at Jagex. You'll probably be working more than 40 hours and probably staying overtime at least once a week to make sure the update's perfect and ready to go. But while trying to make a slight change to that goddamn wall of text that is Runescape's code, something terrible goes wrong and nothing you and your other programmers try to do for six hours fixes it, so you're forced to delay the update, get a night's rest and hope the code is merciful the next day. You'll wake up and find this: http://forum.tip.it/topic/272623-game-update-delay/ You don't even have to be a programmer to have your life made hell by the ignorant teens that think that developing a game like Runescape is easy peasy. Of course, you don't even have to look at the feedback of the players. I assume most Jagex employees don't even consider the playerbase anymore. The amount of good suggestions among all the whining is slim, and finding a suggestion that would actually work (in regards to a lot of stuff; scope, software, pc capabilities, etc.) is even rarer. I'm sure developing for Runescape would be a hell of a lot of fun at times, but I personally find the users of it far too annoying  Edit: To abyssal ^ There are a lot of degrees relevant to game design. Of course if you want to be a programmer get a computer science degree, or an artist some sort of graphic design or animation-type degree. But game design is pretty different, and an English degree could work as well as an Aerospace Engineering degree. Well, there's a difference, but game designers/developers have rather diverse jobs. The only true game design degree I've seen is really only offered by trade schools, which are rare and expensive :P
  17. Jagex release BTS > People whine about it > People whine about people whining about it > People whine about people whining about people whining about it, and attempt to justify the original whiners. WOOOO TIPIT ROCKS WE'RE AWESOME
  18. My shcool had that Algebra 2/Trig (Precalculus) class. It was ridiculous, first time I got a D in school :P And would that happen to be a USFIRST Robotics team? If so, that's awesome, you're going to love it
  19. To make up for roccodog's heinous act, your inner voice shall now be narrated by Morgan Freeman. You're welcome.
  20. What the hell is wrong with that?
  21. You didn't give many reasons why you liked the games :[
  22. Long term goals: - Break into the video game industry, hopefully landing a job as a game designer sometime. - Travel the world, and live somewhere abroad for a while. I've always wanted to leave America and see what the world's like; hopefully I'll get a chance during college :D - Own an Aston Martin o.o Shorter but still long term goals: - Graduate with a Mechanical Engineering degree without being completely swamped with loans after leaving college. - Meet a member from one of my favorite bands in person. - Become moderately decent at jazz piano! Really short term goals: - Finish learning Butterflies and Hurricanes by Muse on the piano. - Finish Majora's Mask in less than 10 hours. - Find a job! - Have fun but still keep good grades during my senior year of high school  - Help my robotics team make it to the world championships again this year :D
  23. Most of the good suggestions in this thread require a bit more than 200k startup money (farming herbs, mtk, slayer). I'd kill chaos druids until you're comfortable starting those. There's also an epic new spot to kill them if you have at least 10 dungeoneering, which I highly recommend you get :D
  24. You'll have enough tokens soon after level 80, possibly at 81 if you spend a bit more. The fastest exp is to rush floors 1 - 25 (complexity 1, ignoring everything and getting them over as fast as possible), then to 5-man larges for the rest of the floors until you have to prestige again. This is because 5:5's on floor 26+ give a loooot of exp. But I'd just keep on soloing smalls or mediums until you get to floor 26.

    Today...

    Started relearning by Muse on piano today. So far I've gotten up to those huge arpeggios in the solo. Problem is I didn't exactly get them down the first time I learned it ;_;
