  1. I have found Littleboy's twin
  2. I completely agree with you there. Taking away the RPG aspect completely ruined the whole Paper Mario feel to the game! However, ... http://www.nintendo.co.jp/n10/conference2010/3ds/lineupMovHigh.html :D :D :D :D :D
  3. You know, there's a kid at my school that whacked off during a math class. Now he gets made fun of behind his back a lot. Either you are him, or I now know of two people that have whacked off during a math class. That is very strange.
  4. Erm, computers/engineering actually pay very well. In addition to that the number of students pursuing an engineering degree in the United States has been dropping every year since the 1960's IIRC. Though the physical engineering occupations have been dropping; it's predicted that by 2020 about 70% of engineering jobs will be in computer science/engineering. The last 30% will pretty much encompass mechanical, aerospace, civil, nuclear, and all other kinds of engineering. o.o
  5. Luigi's Mansion and Paper Mario, you win ten barrels of cider from me! I've actually got those on my list as well, whenever that's going to go up haha.
  6. Hm. Would a logical man such as yourself at least agree that your attitude is very selfish, regardless of what your obligations might or might not be?
  7. You'll get wise once you hit 15 or 16. Or when you get into highschool. Not sure if trolling... Anyways, the thought comes up every time I think about what I want to do later in life. People: You have to do well in school. Me: Why? P: So you can go to college. M: Why? P: So you can get a good job. M: Why? P: Either A, to buy the expensive status symbols, or B, to support a family. M: A, I think carefully before I buy something. I'd rather buy a beat up looking $2000 car that runs great than a shiny $200,000 car that runs great. As for B, why in the HELL would I want a family? I don't want to live my life entirely for someone else, especially when those people would ultimately end up doing the same crap I did, or I would make so much that they don't have to work because of inheritance, in which case they become spoiled brats like Paris Hilton. My ideal life would be to live in a small house. Hell, all I would really need is a bedroom with computer area, maybe a game console, a bathroom, and a small kitchen. I'd also like to live in an area with stuff to do around town. I would work a decent job, with decent pay, and not too demanding hours. I don't need to spend a fortune a day to be content. But this life is not possible, mostly due to BS. The main reason I wouldn't want to work for ANY business is because of that [bleep]ing income tax. It's BS. As far as I'm concerned, nobody has the right to take the money that I EARNED, pretty much just as an extra source of income for the government. My dad pays a 30% income tax. Unacceptable. When was the last time you considered the inclusion of a point C, or D, or the fact that the reasons probably extend to Z multiple times over? In addition to that, not everybody with a great job gets paid money-trees for it and not everybody that does get money-trees spends it on $200,000 cars. And since when the [bleep] did having a family automatically imply that your kids have the option of becoming a cynical bastard or being a spoiled brat? Your ridiculous generalizations are frustrating me. :l
  8. I used to think like you guys. Hopefully you'll wisen up by the time you're thinking about applying to colleges :P I think I just created a verb, wisen. Sounds funny when you say it by itself.
  9. I love the HDR pic, sans the streetlight. Why must it be so bright D:
  10. - Note: Only read the OP so far, will read the rest of the thread later. I've gone to schools from lower-, middle-, and ridiculously upper-class neighborhoods. I can tell you that there are people that act like that regardless of their financial situation. Though I did notice the upper-class people tend to avoid conflict, but still spew profanities like a fire hydrant and pretend to be tough. Seriously, 4th year in an upper-class high school and I've seen zero fights so far. People leave their backpacks on tables at lunch to save their seats. Doing that at a lower-class school (or at least the one I went to) will probably result in you not having your backpack any more.
  11. How come everyone always assumes zombies are grumpy? Don't you think that, after coming back from the dead, a person would probably be all like, "Good golly I'm alive again!! This is magnificent!! Look at how much has changed!!! Hello there sir! I'm from the past! What year would this be?" Not NNNNNNNNGGGHHHH BRAINS
  12. [bleep]ing this. Oh yes. Beyond that, far beyond that. http://captchart.tumblr.com/page/1 You will never hate captcha ever again! :3
  13. The semantics of menswear is far too ambiguous these days :( By sports coat I guess I really meant suit jacket, one that looks similar to this one. In regards to the formality, I suppose if you could pick one outfit to go with a black suit coat/blazer/sports coat/jacket/expensive piece of cloth that looks similar to the one above for various interviews for jobs or schools or semi-formal to formal occasions that would happen to pop up in which a full suit might not be ideal, what would you pick? Edit: I seem to be getting worse and worse at handling run-on sentences. :l
  14. So I've got a formal event coming up and I bought a sports coat for it. I'll also be using it for a few years to wear to the various interviews I'll be having. A suit would be ideal, but I don't exactly have the money for one. But I bought a plain black sports coat that fits very well, and now I'm trying to decide what to wear it with. I was thinking of having a white shirt, dark gray slacks, and possibly a gray or blue tie. I've still got a few weeks left to decide, which is nice. What would you guys wear with a black sports coat to a formal event?
  15. Genetic memories that are being displayed by virtual reality. Aha, so a bit of both! Haha The game's pretty fun so far. It leaves me in the dark quite a bit, but now that I'm figuring things out it's getting to be a bit more enjoyable. Climbing churches is fun too :3
  16. I only post when I have something I think people need to read. I put effort into actually making my posts legible; this IS a message board after all, not a chat room. I also tend to skip threads that have little to no discussion going on, and have people mostly trolling/going in circles with debates that were solved years ago. That's why I'm usually not even lurking in the Runescape sections, since that's mostly what goes on here. The only reason I read this thread in the first place is because I saw the thread title and thought it was interesting :P In retrospect, Off Topic isn't much better. But I guess I like it since most people there actually know how to spell the word you, and don't use stupid abbreviations like L.
  17. My friend let me borrow Assassin's Creed II. I'm about an hour into it and I'm not sure what I think of it so far; it's kind of fun I guess, but I'm still really confused. Is this like the Matrix or are they traveling back in time?
  18. Narcissistic much? :notalk:
  19. I'd like to bring up an important question that helps determine if a band is overrated or not: Does anyone here actually know someone that likes Justin Bieber?

    Today...

Same here :\ I had like an hour and a half worth of Calculus and Physics stuff. Not a problem on a normal day, but please, I just got my schedule today! D: On a better note, lately the internet has been boring me so I've been reading a lot more.

    Cars

I've only seen one Aston Martin in person before. My friend and I were walking through D.C. and we just saw a DBS parked on the side of the road. Both being huge Aston Martin fans, we stopped to admire the thing for a good five minutes haha. The caps were playing a game just down the street so we assumed one of the players owned it; I mean, who else in the area would own a goddamn $200,000 car?

Trolling in school means making Freshmen Friday the worst the school's ever seen. Oh, wait.

    Today...

There, I did some fancy photoshop [cabbage] and it looks like a goddamned masterpiece, will you take it now?
  24. Slayer, definitely. Nowadays almost anything bores me to the point of logging off after 15 minutes. Though with slayer I can have fun for about an hour or two :D
