Low Levelled Jad Kill?
You should get an arcane stream necklace first, other than that you have very good stats (for your combat level) to attempt the caves. I would suggest upgrading to infinity if you can afford it, and using flasks & Vecna's skull.

What can I do
Turmoil is pretty simple, it's a level 95 curse (curses = another set of prayers, like ancients & lunars are different spellbooks). It boosts attack, defence and strength by a lot, about 29-32-29% at most. The 1 def pure still exists, basically what you are now. Just keep increasing strength/ranged/magic when you want to fight in a higher combat level range. If you want to gain defence, the most common step up would be the 40-45 def zerker pure. The quests to be able to use turmoil require a certain amount of defence, putting you at 30. From 30 to 40 you get nice items like rune defender, fighter torso and barrows gloves. At 42 you get void. At 45 you get the shadowsilk hood in dungeoneering and berserker helmet in the rest of scape.

Fishing xp rates?
I'm afraid c2 fishing is still the most afk, since you don't need to get rid of your fish :P. Although cavefish are more afk if you bank the fish, the xp rate is also twice as low or more.

My Little Brony: Friendzone is Tragic
Remember they decreased the degrade rate for ganodermic so it lasts twice as long as it did on release? When announcing that update, the mod responsible said: "It appears many people are using ganodermic to hunt ganodermic creatures - we didn't expect that to be efficient." As a reason to update gano. Seriously.

Fight Caves
Ganodermic only helps if you have trouble with prayer switching. Polypore helps in the sense that it deals more damage than a crossbow at 99 (though not if you use void w/ bakriminel/dstone bolts I should think) but your magic level isn't high enough for that. Caves take between 30 and 50 minutes depending on equipment. For you, melee would be fastest, using ranged on Jad if you can't melee him. You can't out-dps healers without a task & max stats, and even then you need claw specs to reliably out-dps all four. I'd say, get your usual max strength gear with a Soul Wars cape. Melee everything, kiting the 360s, piety+supers. For Jad, equip a crossbow, range top+bottoms, dose of ranged potion & eagle eye, runite/bakriminel bolts. When the healers come, kill three and out-dps the last.

JUST HERE FOR THE DOUBLE XP WEEKEND, FOR NOW. YOLO.
Jad gets so much easier once you do them on task with melee. Not so much that Jad gets easier, but the caves get twice as fast which means you won't be so depressed if you die :P.

QUESTS! :)
You need 85 combat for Smoking Kills which is a skill critical to training slayer quickly. You also need 65 defence for King's Ransom which eventually unlocks piety, a powerful prayer (requires 70 prayer too), and you need 75 attack and strength for Blood Runs Deep. Raising your melees will also help fighting assorted enemies you encounter in quests, so I'd recommend working on those first.

Barrows gp/h?
Your magic level really favours Barrows, so I'd say no. But if you have basic equipment I recommend working on your stats, at least to get all of them to 50 & 70s in all combats. Getting void would help a lot too.

Plypore staff at Frost dragons
I heard dragonbane bolts don't work on frost dragons :( They used not to on release, also not on metals, but they should now.

qbd 100% drop?
Any boss you can't hunt a few times in a row will be really annoying, and if the boss fight takes anywhere near as long as a regular bossing trip people won't like that either. I certainly hope it won't be a D&D style boss like Bork. The metagame of a boss like that isn't very interesting imo, and there are already too many timer-based/daily things.

Plypore staff at Frost dragons
If you've completed RoTM, you can mine bane ore & cast Attune Bane Ore on a (frost) dragon bone with a bunch of ores in your inventory, then smith them into bolts. The bolts will be as strong as mithril and have a 50% damage boost vs. all dragons. It's pretty much the fastest way to kill frosts.

Q
Eh theoretically. If you have at least 50% accuracy with your claw specs already, it's probably good, not sure what accuracy you need to make it better. For the sake of risk and maybe also mage def, warrior or neit is probably still preferred. Even when you can get back 90% of the deaths, the 10% lost TFH adds up.

[15-May-2012] Stomp the Bosses!
I don't think it would, it's not cheaper (prayer cost vs. ammo cost-wise) and you only gain 7 magic defence. The real question is why he's not using a kiln cape :P.

Cant kill jad
Your problem is that you're using an outdated setup which doesn't play to your strengths, that is, magic and melee. Try meleeing the caves in Bandos + whip + defender (on task if possible), using Ahrim's + polypore staff for Jad. You can also mage the 360s if you don't like kiting. Pray piety while meleeing, mystic might while maging. Use a combination of super strength, Vecna's skull and magic potions, possibly with super attack also if you have inventory to spare.

Q
I don't like lancing but horse archery is way OP, yeah. I've nerfed arrow bags to hold only 20 shots in some games, which sort of balances it especially solo. Lancing is easily nerfed with manual (hard) lance control (I hate using it). But hero troops are way OP too, eight of them can kill ~30 sea raiders, no casualties (and they can't die anyway), cheaper than Swadian knights. You just need to buy equipment. And don't give them lances as the AI sucks at using them.

Help level range from 91 to 99?
Green & blue if you are below 85 dungeoneering, frost if you are 85+.

Tip.It Times - 20th May 2012
The news broadcast in the second article is funny... they don't get it. "virtual items in Runescape" > court ruling more or less suggested they weren't virtual, lol.
