You got the perfect Tip?
You need ~6m prayer xp - that's going to cost you 150m or so. ~8m more herblore xp, another 200m. Crafting, 40m or so. Construction, probably 100m. Smithing, 40m or so. Magic, 20m perhaps? That's all not even using expensive methods. If you have the money, I'd start with prayer and herblore, however both bones and torstols are high now - not ideal. As Green said, battlestaves, gold, possibly sc tools. For construction, make oak dungeon doors or mahogany tables, use the tools here as this is a bigger cash drain and clicking load. For magic and smithing xp you should superheat gold with goldsmithing gauntlets, it's fast for both (but costs a bit). Finally, farming. It should be noted that farming WILL make you the money you need for all these buyables over the course of ~14m xp (more than you need for 99). However it'll take around 1500 farm runs, or about 300 days of fairly intensive farming. It'd be better to do tds (frosts if you have a slow hand/connection) and farm some cheap trees on the side to be done in half a year :).

Herblore Training
They have to be dropped or you will devote a bank space permanently to serums - not worth it.
-
Herblore Training
Sell herbs but avantoe/lantadyme/dwarf weed/torstol, make 1k each of extreme attack, strength, defence, magic and ranged, then make 1k overloads w/ stew.

Question about Range and HP
Chinning is 300k xp/hr (that's ranged xp only) and costs maybe 800k/hr? 2-3 gp/xp, so not even twice as expensive but certainly five times as fast. Be sure to use a void set.

Dung Rewards
Scroll of cleansing for overloads . The crossbow is nice for Kree'arra and Nex, the maul is nice for KQ, tds and team bossing. The longsword is not good. Rigour is good for tds, Kree'arra, Nex.

Infernal Ashes
If you want to kill things with prayer, use deflect melee (*cough*). If you want your weapon to have a good damage output, use piety.

best magic training, non-combative
At 43 magic you unlock superheating and that's the best magic levelling in f2p. Until then, splash curses or combat spells, or enchant jewellery.

Need help with Dungeoneering, players needed
Rather unfortunately, dungeoneering is slow and painful on f2p worlds. As far as I know, up to tier 11 monsters (e.g. using primal) can appear, but you are limited to t5 or so. Yay for f2p is not a demo . So yeah, you will probably die. As for bosses, you need to know the strategy. In the case of Rammernaut, it's running around and maging, same for the Riftsplitter. Stomp is a [bleep] at the best of times, if you get lucky you can mage him and skip the last lodestone step, but you need multiple people for that. Otherwise, pray ranged on stages 2 and 3 and avoid the slow rocks. For Lexicus, range him with a short bow and kill the books. Pray protect from magic. For Saggitare, either mage him (pray range) or melee him (pray mage) using the appropriate gear etc.

what would my invo for jad look like?
Ranging the caves at his level, in void, would be MUCH harder than meleeing. You could range Jad for simplicity, but ranging the caves is 2007 - ancient.

What's needed?
Divine monster hunting guide ;). Kril and Zilyana change quite a bit with divine. That goes for Torva, by the way.

GWD - Bandos equipment
Don't feel discouraged - you can still go slay Graardor. You must however be very aware of the possibilty you get crashed. Bring friends and go there for the fun, not the money, because you will likely make none. If you want to start a long-term monsterhunting plan, you should start making money. You have at least 10m to start with, you can use that to level farming to 68+. Then invest in hunter/herblore to get juju potions, and go for diaries that grant some nice dailies. While farming, slay for high melee stats, 99 being ideal of course, but 95+ should work. Work on 275 quest points for While Guthix Sleeps and use the 400k xp on prayer or herblore - that should get you close to level 70 at least. If you slay from your current level to ~90 (higher is better of course), you should also have charms for a unicorn and a decent stack of cash from farming - use that to get 75 prayer and use the Blood Runs Deep xp reward on prayer - that should get you 78 or so. If at any point during this you got 60m+, get extremes. Once you get 150m+ after that, get turmoil or overloads. Of course you don't have to spend it all in one go, you can also make 1k pots, or 1k bones at the time. At 95+ melees, 91+ herblore and 95+ prayer you can expect to score some solo Graardor kills.

Quest your defense? What does this mean?
Builds in approximate order of how much of the game they can access: Maxed main (all 99s). Maxed tank (all 99s, 78 attack/70 strength, perhaps 78/78 if you want to get the quest cape) Maxed zerker (all 99s, 45 defence, perhaps limited attack) One-defence pures (all 99s, 60 attack, 44 prayer and 1 defence) Summoning tanks (95 summoning 75 defence, if you are really good, 75 prayer + divine), maulers and other low-level specialized builds.

Dungeoneering
You may want to get 90 attack for the next tier of twohanded sword, and 90 defence for the next tier of platebody. If you got 70 runecrafting you could also get a surgebox, a very useful item. In the Dungeonsweeper CC you should never use anything but a 2h at your stats.

Herb farming
It's visible - you can't reboost while it's active so it doesn't work for farm runs. I did mean time-wise. You boost to 86, which drops to 85, which drops to 84. If you start right after a stat drop, you can get 1:55 from one bite. No, as I said the plant can't reboost, sadly. Octarine's farm strategy works very well, it's both low risk and high profit - ideal if your cash pile can't take any hits.

what would my invo for jad look like?
This. Also get 70 prayer.

Do i have any chance at PKing?
You actually need 75 prayer to use the BRD reward ;). You can't hybrid which means you're stuck with Edge pking with korasi's or rapier-dds. Vengs help quite a bit against Korasi's/maul since it's one big hit, but versus, say, claws it matters less.

What's your opinion on dungeoneering?
I soloed 1-50 or 60 or so when it just came out, that was fun to me besides losing dungeons when going to the toilet <_<. Then I did up to ~70 with friends, that was fun. Then I did 70-80 in w117 and with friends, that was usually ok. Then I used 148 to get 80-85 which was much better than 117 at the time (w148 has degraded since though). Then I used 148 + friends to get 92 where I am now. And that was most fun. So yeah I had fun all around really .

Soul split flicking correctly
You don't flick ss when ranging at frost dragons - you should be using eagle eye if not rigour. Tds, I think you'd need to activate ss first.

Prayer/Herb/Summon
Barraging is the fastest charms in the game but also costly. If you still need magic xp, they are good (though I find them very boring personally). Approx 250 crims of xp per hour. Chaos tunnels fiends are quite often more efficient (you need to make quite a lot of money to barrage over ct fiends) but then again you need 95 summoning to do them, so you probably will make that money. They also drop effigies, which lobsters don't. 205 crims of xp per hour. Ancient cavern fiends are pretty fast, but still slower than bursting. 150 crims of xp per hour versus 170 at bursting. However, bursting costs 500k per hour versus waterfiends profiting 200k. You need a unicorn or turmoil to do these well, and void melee. Black demons are about as fast crims as AC waterfiends, but drop a lot more gold and green charms, more effigies, less loot unless you yak ashes. My last two trips brought a crystal key back, too :). Overall, it's much easier to qualify for lobsters as you only need magic levels, not high prayer/herblore levels.
-
89 - 96 summoning.
You should unblock spectres and cannon them, and hellhounds are decent effigies, too. Waterfiends are great charms. Bloodvelds are fast effigies as well, do them. And Kalphites are a bit of a grey area, try doing them off-task and see how you like it. I'd block strykewyrms (not ice of course), fire giants, warped tortoises and one task you hate (but not wyverns, waterfiends etc.).

Barrows trips
Gear: since you won't be tanking Ahrim only (you pray on Karil and safespot the melee brothers), use your max mage gear, e.g. sol + arcstream (worth getting), Ahrim's, barrows gloves, god cloak etc. Prayer bonus isn't so relevant, but if you find that you need more than one dose of ppot per Karil, you should boost it. Equip harralander tars, too. Alternatively you can use void mage (not with deflector due to the salamander being two-handed). Inventory: spade, ice blitz runes, black salamander, korasi's sword, Karil's top/bottom OR void helmets (melee for spec and ranged for Ahrim). You can range Ahrim with the salamander or use Karil's crossbow, not sure which is good, but the salamander would save space. You can bring blood blitz runes to heal if you like. Then bring 4 ppots (16 runs or so) and some baskets of strawberry (5), juju gumbo or just plain monkfish.

Herb farming
Torstol with pies should take 3 bites, maybe 4.

Cleaned - A New Start
Dungeoneer for a chaotic rapier and frost dragons. Farm herbs, dailies etc. Make money back. Give it to me (just safekeeping ;)).

400k Exp.. what to spend it on.
For tding definitely go with summoning. For maxing out, or doing all achievement diaries, it's a toss-up between RC and agility to me, although a good cash flow in the form of tding better would help doing buyable parts of that.

Prayer/Herb/Summon
For frosts, you need turmoil if meleeing w/ yak. If you are ranging, turmoil isn't relevant at all and you can just use eagle eye or rigour, as those are better. Otherwise I agree with Bladewing.
