We don't really need higher success rates for mining/woodcutting, we need a lot more xp/item and a lot fewer item/h (plus that resource drops from non-mining sources needs to be removed). Adding higher tier tools will increase xp/h I guess, but skill balance is much more important imo (can warband mining anyway). If gold was 500 xp per ore and 200 ores per hour, you could make gold ore somewhat valuable again. Edit: Sinkhan had a good idea about warbands: make the reward bonus xp. Ensures at least 50% of the total mining xp gain is from training :).

I don't know if you noticed, but Runetracker says you got 15k woodcutting ranks this month, with no xp gained. At this rate we project rank -1.5 * 10∞ by the time you reach 99.

For tetsu, you'll want 90 smithing, thieving, fishing, herblore and prayer. For lotus, that's 90 crafting, thieving, herblore, prayer and slayer. For seasinger, 90 runecrafting, fishing, slayer and prayer. For scrimshaws, 90+ fletching, 90 prayer, herblore, fishing and slayer. That's for the crafting the armour, single and double-adventurer missions for the required trade goods, and the triple voyages for 50 trade goods each.

OK put it this way: DKS are useless now, and any reason to buff them, no matter how slim, should be taken. In addition to that, DKS have always had really high rates for RDT items, which could mean they'll drop lots of key parts too. @Bruno: I hope so :). About time too, lol. Add chaotic spikes for chaotic knives yes? @Below: Not useful enough for an awesome boss like that, that's useless enough for this :P.

It's a bit inaccurate to say that Latin evolved into those five languages. Latin evolved into another form of Latin (100x, languages do this all the time), and there were regional dialects, for example Gothic-influenced Latin and Celtic-influenced (and there's probably a bazillion dialects of those languages and a bazillion ways those can create a dialect of Latin each), and those eventually bcame different enough that they couldn't understand eachother anymore. The only languages descendant from Latin that are alive today are the Romance languages, but like all evolutionary processes there is no evolution 'towards', only 'from'. There's also the point of the definition of language vs. dialect. Some Spanish and Italian people can understand eachother pretty well, and for example the word for 'goat' is chèvre in French, cabra in Spanish, and between the two countries exists a whole spectrum where the sh > k transition takes place plus a lot of other varieties. Latin is a big provider for words in a ton of languages, often the second or third biggest source of loanwords, mostly through academic fields (medical, zoological etc.) and because Latin was cool for a long time (speak Latin = fairly high class = awesomesauceness guaranteed). Anyway... OK, I have no OT message. Uh, are the bows actually good at Nex/KK, after evaluation?

Did some dried zombies - fast kills but the spawn rate is absolutely horrible. Half the time there's either no or only one zombie :(. Goblins are the same. Also got 900 chompy kills now :).

You can reconstruct pronunciation. It's actually a pretty cool field to work in. For example, PIE stress patterns can be reconstructed based on Greek and Sanskrit (their writing systems write stress/accents) and maybe Hittite as well :). OT: Why doesn't ROW work on the keys/signets? It works on virtually every other kind of unique/rare drop.

It's great that skillers can now (hopefully) DIY dragon tools :). I hope DKS get a bit of a buff, maybe a high key piece drop rate (they are high level slayer monsters after all). That challenge is cool.

That's a very nice tool, but be aware that there is no way to match the cape you make there with the one you have in-game. The in-game system allows you to enter values (hue, saturation, brightness) but it appears this tool does not.

Exact reverse for me, I went there just after they got buffed and were crazy afk effigies, scroll in 20 mins but no effigii :(. And yeah west Sarim has bots for some reason. Are they training or gathering clues? Idk.

You can have one at the time and you must pay the cost every time you want to change it. Probably best to just get Luxurious for more adventurers.

Most people haven't updated, plus I get ~200k xp a day for free because of challenges :P. And I got like 900k combat xp yesterday because glacors + azs are crazy. Edit: daily 10 shards done, 40 mins at glacors. Hit 11117 with Omnipower.

1) Warbands. You seem to be doing good with mining, so put some in herblore, construction and farming. 2) Dungeoneering. You are closing in on 80 attack without any chaotics, so get those. 3) MTK, some dailies etc. for cash. You can start doing QBD runs or glacors with tier 80 weapons.

Whole dungeon seems to have Latin roots. Legiones are obviously similar to legion. Scutarius comes from scutum, a typical Roman shield, and the gladius was a shortsword. Not sure on the others but I'm assuming they have the same idea behind them. Primus to Sextus are simply First to Sixth in Latin. The higher numbers are also names for Romans with unimaginative parents with lots of older siblings. English (and other languages') names for small groups of people derive from this. Sex (six, in Latin) and ἕξ (Greek) are cognates deriving from PIE *swéḱs but I don't think sex derives from hex. Legiones, plural of legio, which is a legion (not a legionnaire, a legion). Scutum is shield, gladius is sword (not of particular types, though the default Roman setup is shortsword and large shield). Capsarii are 'bookcase users' (capsa is a case, specifically for books) and rorarii are 'distilled'. The suffix -rius roughly means 'person related to ...' basically as the English prefix -er in shielder, sworder, booker, distiller.

There's a lot of possible colours for the max cape, so unless you copy the way RS works with models/materials/textures and how it renders them, you probably wouldn't be able to do anything. Except taking screenshots of all possible combinations, which takes a long time.

You can try EoC, it's pretty badly implemented, but can still be fun (hint: do not try slaying as you would in old times - that's horrible). Drygore is good for melee, but for slayer, virtus wand may be better (lower tier but barrage is very good now). Drygore mace has prayer bonus, otherwise they're all the same. Offhands are 1% better than ee, so just use eee and save yourself the 30m. Shields aren't good. Tds are good, glacors, KK, Nex, GWD is ok as well - GWD can be barraged which means you use a ton of runes but not a lot of prayer/food (none at all usually).

Think those mummies are supposed to be one-hit kill, they were one-hit with fire blast pre-eoc so yeah... should take one hit per mummy, bring a bunyip? Goblin village is totally ruined now, you get these 'miniboss' things every 20 kills or so, and you can't attack any other goblin while it's alive (gf multitarget :().

I did banshees with maul, equilibrium, momentum, turmoil, overload. You get guaranteed one-hit kills so there's not a lot to think about. Probably also works for anything sub 1500 lp or so. How'd you get goblins by the way? As for mummies, you can afk in the DT pyramid (fire spell, autoretaliate) or barrage in CT.

I'm guessing maging would be most effective, as you can avoid all the melee attacks & pray protect from magic with an antifire potion (if that's still 100% protect), using dual wield grifolic.

You can cannon but that won't increase spawn rates, and it's a pita with tagging as well. Kill rates are so high you can barely even get to abilities :(. Edit: Bought vbook/wand (wand is 10m below med, book above), went glacors, got 10 shards, died once (stupid lag). Pretty crazy kph - void is no problem either. Also 20m magic. Another thing: 700 chompii hunted, triple gold feather, next is five plain feather @ 1000 kills.
