That's the scroll of cleansing you're thinking of. Yeah, efficiency helps with smithing items, and since many people train smith superheating gold it isn't as useful as you think; worth getting if you want to get high smithing fast I suppose.

Is it really that unreasonable to think that updates usually come tuesday? or that we get a game content update at least every 2 weeks? It usually happens, so what's wrong with getting used to it. If you buy battlestaffs and air orbs while you train fm and smith you might get enough by the time you're finished to get you to 70, and if not just finish off with green d'hide bodies. As for spec rests idk if this is true for anyone else but the specs during the fight only took like 10-20% of my spec bar so I never needed any.

Sell your SGS, buy Verac's Skirt and a Barrows Melee top (Not Verac's) and a Sara Sword to train str, A Korasai's sword would be a cheap alternative as well. Also use the cash to buy the levels for an Enhanced Excalibur, but whatever you do sell your SGS since it's useless anyway.

Most likely this. You've seen what 5:5 larges can do to world 117, imagine if there were 5x that amount of lag. It would probably be more spread among the various worlds, but overall yes the lag would increase vastly.

If people could solo larges they'd do it on lo lag servers. And yeah it is unfair, and solos are a lot more fun, but JaGeX just decided that this has to be a team based skill.

Because they want the best exp to be through teams, as they want it to be a cooperative skill. Besides, solo larges would take forever :blink:

It used to be fairly even between ZS and whip+def, but now crapier+def is faaaar superior.

I usually averaged around 1 every other task back in the day so 1:300-400? And yeah RoW only helps gem, half key, and jav drops (Things from the rare drop table), not any unique drops like whip or blk mask.

This. And also, for the love of god, train attack and strength. if your a tank ignore this ^ :P also I can testify that with 93 range I can down the queen with only diamond e bolts, so I would stick to your guns (ranged) He's not a tank, just "anti-strength."

The Lumby Ring (3 or 4) also replaces the need for a spirit tree there as well with the cabbage teleport, though as mentioned if you do plant on there then you get a free teleport close to the tree network including the ge.

Fastest Melee exp I know of, and the reason zombies are always so popular is that the salve ammy (e) gives the best boost for a single slot in the game and it's non intrusive on other set effects like void or dharoks. So much for anti-strength eh? Jk :P
