I believe what bladewing is saying is: chaotic rapier/whip are outliers to d scim defenders are outliers to dfs barrows armor is an outlier to dragon armor etc. In which case each is only one outlier in a certain field, and thus should be nerfed under your logic. Either way I agree with blade and the others here that even if the hood is nerfed a new best bind set will be mandated and everyone will still be the same. You're not going to change high level conformity with a single update/nerf, it's an underlying mindset concerned with efficiency that I for one have no problems with.

The drones are unattackable, the archers are the only ones that can hurt them Sorry, confused the drones with the defilers, either way just make sure nothing is killing your archers and after a while they'll be doing enough damage to kill the queen.

Fruit bats are the way to go with greens till unis, if you use them at all that is; what titans are you referring to? Because if you have the seconds I'd make lava titans over ele titans, or save blues till 89. Also yes, kyatt + cwars dueling ring tele is the best way to make pouches.

You don't wait for the archers to kill the drones, kill the drones yourself while making sure to spec the queen when you need to; it's a battle of endurance, where you want to get all the archers out and attacking the queen.

As an answer to 3. I'd just go to ZMI, you'll probably lose money but it's still dec ext; alternatively craft nats till ~60 then ZMI.

I kindof see what you're arguing, though correct me if I'm wrong: the RSOF and other JaGeX implemented infrastructure are vastly inadequate compared to the current fansites, and would the community be as strong without the tools that fansite forums provide, but clan chat and RSOF don't (Such as messaging). I would say it'd be fairly weakened, because though there are alternative ways to compensate for the primitive structure of the RSOF (For communication there's email, IM, skype, or IRC for example), the community would be divided between the different mediums, and it'd be difficult to bring masses of people together. It's an interesting hypothetical, but honestly I'd have quit over lack of correct information before the lack of community.

Kind of true. Your stats aren't great. But that doesn't mean you've wasted your time, or that you are "worthless" at RS. You can always get better :P If its fun, play. Just try and do things the best way. I never understood why doing things in a sub-par manor was thought of as "fun" ^ Just because your stats aren't that good doesn't mean you're failed, you can always improve. It's not like you were going for a pure but leveled the wrong skill accidently; just train what you want to when you can, set some goals, and when you reach those set some new ones, and you'll be on your feet before you know it.

+1, in the overworld there are so many accuracy boosters that attacking style rarely matters.

If you're set on not using combat, train up hunter enough to hunt grenwalls. It'll require some questing if you haven't opened up the western lands, but it is the fastest skilling money possible. P.S. You will need to train combat somewhat, as the method requires 69 summon and I doubt you're gonna get that many charms from charm hunting. Considering the OP will get murdered fairly quickly against any boss, barring giant mole and kbd, he wouldn't make any money through this. He's not asking about maxing exp in a skill, just about 200mil gp for whatever goals he's set.

Other than money making to get 95 herb or getting 85 dung you can also work towards a quest cape, or perhaps get rcing up a bit for all stats 70+.

i dont see the difference. other then when i use super str. i go to 100 str. when i use bax spec i go to 102str. and then i dont have to buy a ton of 3k costing pots. The difference is that you have a whole spec bar to use if you switch to a super set instead of baxe spec, and with a dds or EE that spec bar can really help on slayer tasks.

I believe the priority is ext>turm>ovl, so yeah get ~85 herb first. It's better to sell luxury for skills items since your levels never go away but items can lose value, but whatever you do don't sell claws for dfs (Not only is it a piece of trash it's losing value).

You can't do frost dragons without dung :P , and if you have the level for it herb farming is easy profit and some exp for very little time put in. But more on-topic perhaps try blue dragons in the ogre enclave? Not the greatest range exp but you'll profit some.

I don't have access to the EEE, nor am I likely to for a very long time. In that case, should I get the chaotic staff and not bother with the special bar at all? I'm surprised by how few people consider melee damage having for one minute to be useful. Is there a reason for this? Yes, because Claws or EE/EEE are far better alternatives. You should have one of those three, or even a dds and it'd be superior to the SoL.

You can probably get onto 117 teams with a 110+ cb lvl (Can't know for sure w/o hp stated, but I assume you have this) though I'd recommend training your melee stats more to get onto better teams.
