Retirement fund
If you're willing to take a chance with the upcoming smithing update you could invest some in addy bars, they will either only give new rewards for higher lvls (Such as curses, and look what happened to D Bones) or they will introduce new training methods with new rewards. It's very chancy, but low risk means low return.

spiritual mages nerfed?
It should also be noted that the only times JaGeX has changed drop rates, they improved the chances for unique drops; they have never lowered the chance for an expensive drop. Hope your luck improves though!

ava accumulator recovery percentage
No, it cannot pick up ammo if it's blocked by an obstacle.
-
ava accumulator recovery percentage
I think it's around 75% of all ammo after taking into account broken/lost ammo, it might be as high as 85% but no higher.

Nomads Req
Reg rests work perfectly fine, they can usually offset about 2-3 doses of brews so they're pretty potent; the reason people like the spec rests is that it also heals pray but you aren't going to be using up that much prayer during the fight, 1-2 pots at most. Honestly I just tanked all of his hits, made the bombs a lot more manageable because I kept getting ko'ed from them, just keep trying!

Magic 79-86
I like String ammies its non boring and You can multi task On the other hand ammies arnt selling to well i cant buy any even at max That's because you sell the ammies to the rouge south of the Varrock General Store, he buys for less since a recent update but it's still faster than selling them on the ge.

Nomads Req
I also wouldn't recommend the Explorer's Ring as it doesn't help all that much and you'll lose it on death, not hard to replace just kindof annoying for barely any benefit. The ring slot is not very useful here, so if you don't have an archer's ring or other fremmy melee ring for this first run then don't bother getting them.

dragon claws
^ Agreed, they are best to buy if you have spec restores; just like buying a ZS is best when you have super antifires.

Nomads Req
I disagree with that, I just prayed melee and he almost never got a hit on me, though I didn't bring a combat familiar that has worked twice for me now. Also you might want to bring a BSS or DFS for more defense, but they are by no means necessary. Also, none of the guides that I've seen/used in the Archive of Wisdom (Gen and Reg) suggested void, try looking there again. Sorry, you what?!? How can you "disagree" with what I said? I was stating facts about my experience. Also, what do you mean by "that has worked twice for me"? Sorry, poor choice of words, by that I meant that I disagree that the strategy you used is the most effective (Which you never stated, hence the confusion); I was just stating that for me that by praying melee the zerker mode was the easiest time to fight him. Also I killed him twice, using the strategy I partially explained, because my friend irl fails at bosses and so I killed Nomad for him as a birthday gift :P .

Clan questions
Most of the management of the clan goes on outside of the game, either on the runescape official forums or on other fan forums; not to mention the fact that many clan chats are not designed to be operating clans but just chats for friends.

Slayer questions
^ Always use the highest level master that you have access to.

Construction restructure?
Yes, you can move gardens around to put the main portal in a better place.

Do I have this right?
Just a bit of advice, I don't think extreme defense will help at all there since wfs attack with all mage style, so the defense boost from extreme def pots won't be effective in reducing damage.
-
Overloads, Turmoil or Max melees
Not entirely true, you can only have 1 dose of brew every 15 secs while overloaded in order for it not to affect you, so it needs to be a boss where you take minimal damage like Sara GWD. And in fact because the extreme boost degrades over time instead of disappearing all at once extreme sets are better for team bossing than overloads.

Is it possible to poison an npc with a hit of 0?
I know that there was a DYK in the Tip.It Times a while back that said you can poison with 3 dds specs even if you hit all zeros, but like people have said the lifepoints update may have changed all this (Gimme a sec to browse the archives...). Edit: Found it; Tip.It Times Oct. 11th 2009 "... That it usually only takes six consecutive attacks with, for example, a Dragon Dagger (p++) to poison someone or something? The target must of course be able to be poisoned, but the attacks don't even need to do any damage. After hours of testing we can confirm this with reasonable certainty. (Thanks to Tal Shiar Alliance!) " So yeah, this was true a while ago but there isn't any new data on it that I'm aware of since the update.

DFS or BSS
This, and drags are really only worth unlocking with 85+ herb, because their stab weakness is hard to exploit with a shield. I'd just go for a BSS and anything else you might like, though I have one just to have one  .

Magic Xp
You can also try bursting mummies in the ct, not as good as lobbies but decent exp, a few drops, and a chance for a champ scroll.

Achievment Diares.
I actually found more of Karamja quite enjoyable, but for the most part I just did an entire day of Tai Bwo Wanni Cleanup and got a lot of the tasks done doing miscellaneous things. But yes, if it's really out of your way and you don't enjoy the cleanup game it'll be very annoying to get.

Fairy Very Wise
The first time you saw Fairy Very Wise she enchanted you so you only had to input the last coordinates to get to the resistance hq, just so you know so you won't have to go through that tedious process again.

Fastest Ranged XP spot in F2P?
I heard that if you're at the cave with ice giants the ice warriors that walk around there as well don't attack you if you're higher as 115 combat. I forgot the ice warriors lvls, but if your cb is 2*their cb +1 then they will never be aggressive towards you, otherwise you'll have to wait for about 20 mins for them to not be aggressive.

FTP3 General Levels
Ork Generals were all 175, Ork Cannon fodder were 54, Tooth Orks were 108, And the Fairy Godfather was 138, My Cb lvl is 128.

Woodcutting for money
If you are hellbent on money from wc then to the eucs east of MA, but like others have said the opportunity cost of such an activity means that the best option would be ivy (Might even get some tree seeds or a raven egg from nests).

Placing spirit tree?
Brimhaven is nice because it's pretty inaccessable by other convenient means of teleportation unlike Relleka or Ecteria; if you're considering fruit tree runs or growing calquat Brimhaven should be your first choice hands down.

Best f2p money maker?
Mining runite is probably the best skilling money, GOP is also good if you count that since how well you do is dependent on your rcing lvl.
